We were not sure how to find Cochrans beautiful new showroom/service center on Liberty Ave and left the north hills early for our 1 pm appointment. As it turned out, it was easy to find and we arrived a full hour early for our appointment. Everyone in the service department was very welcoming and said no problem when we asked if we could leave the car that early. The receptionist directed us to restaurants on Penn Ave and cautioned us to be certain to cross at the light on Liberty and watch for oncoming traffic. We found a delightful and rustic restaurant on Penn Ave that specializes in fresh fish. We had a very good lunch and afterwards casually strolled down Penn sightseeing and marveling at the transformation that is occurring there. Before we realized it, we received a text message telling us the car was ready and to return to the service center. We were quite pressed with the friendliness and level of service we received from all the employees. Every employee we met stopped and asked if they could be of service. For a pleasant afternoon in the city, stop at Cochrans Pittsburgh Audi Center and explore the changes that are happening in the Strip.

Coming here from Audi Sewickley, these guys are a breath of fresh air. My car has some very light modifications to it and where Audi Sewickley just did piss poor service and looked for excuses to blame it on, Audi Pittsburgh actually took the time to go ever my car and find out the issue I had was just a sensor. These guys are fantastic. After dealing with Sewickley I thought I was going to sell my RS7, after dealing with Patrick and the Service Manager Larry not only will I continue to own Audis but I will seek them out for service and any other Audis that I may purchase in the future. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership.

So... this was a long process to purchase a used Audi RS5. Let me preface this by letting everyone know that I purchase all my vehicles from #1 Cochran. Ive been buying new for about 20 years. This was a used vehicle that came in. Unfortunately Maryland has a terrible system for title work. It took 76 days to get the vehicle. I was sad, not mad, but annoyed. However, the guys at Cochran- specifically John Doliveiera, were in constant contact updating me on the snail pace status of the title from maryland. It actually became a joke as to how long it was taking. In the meantime, they gave me a loaner for the time I was without the car. These guys are A+ in my book for doing what needed done. I appreciate that. After finally receiving the car, i couldnt be happier.

Overall experience with Audi Pitt was awful. Drove over 3 hrs to see a car just for people to be rude because they were having a bad day (financing manager) honestly if we didn’t drive that far and already had my credit checked I wouldn’t of bothered. 10/10 do not recommend.

Purchased our Audi through this location. Decent experience thanks to the salesman who is no longer with the company. However each service experience has been absolutely horrendous. I would not recommend ANYONE to this location. Similar to others, weve dealt with Patrick & Mary Jo, both who have NO customer service skills whatsoever. Ive been without a loaner/vehicle each service visit, once when very pregnant - and they knew it, and then others before where my work schedule was shattered. This last service, my car was towed to the service center because of an Audi malfunction within the computer. I was the one who had to continuously call the service dept for updates, in which I got nothing but a call after hours saying we replaced one thing but it needs about 10 others ( that we didnt do) call you first thing tomorrow - which they didnt do! We called continuously for hours the next day desperately needing an update as we are carless ( no loaner offered/given) with children at home and pregnant! Their phones continued to hang up on us!!!!? So, my husband took PUBLIC transportation to the dealership and walked a mile + to get there and demand they give us our vehicle. He waited 40+ minutes, and finally got our vehicle. -- with absolutely no apology or communication to resolve the terrible experience. They have absolutely no care, though. Interestingly, Ive never seen one person of color working at this dealership, and my husband being African American - Id HOPE had nothing to do with the severely poor treatment. Avoid at all costs!

I had an amazing experience with Audi Pittsburgh. I had to come in after I popped my tire on a nail on a road trip. I came in 7 am first thing in the morning, and they were able to set me up with a replacement tire. I think they had to get the tire from somewhere else because its rare. But its an original Audi wheel and tire so I was expecting them to have it in stock. At any rate they got the tire replaced same day and I was able to finally make it home. In all an amazing experience with Audi.

Not only was their financial manager unprofessional and rude. After being escalated to dealing with the general manager directly the purchase seemed to be going smoothly . Until I was notified right before the transfer that the vehicle was wrecked during the detailing process. What dealership wrecks their own inventory right before a sell? This has been the absolute worst encounter I’ve had with a dealership. To top it off, they did nothing to make this right except for saying sorry. Not a very good business.

I recently purchased a Q3 from Audi Pittsburgh and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Chad Cribbins in Sales helped me locate the right vehicle for me and did an excellent job of walking me through the sales process and making me feel very comfortable in what is typically a very stressful transaction.. Brandon did a great job at explaining the financing terms and making sure that the process went smoothly. And a special shout-out to Sales Manager Jon Doliveira for going above and beyond to help facilitate surrender of my vehicle (that I had leased elsewhere) so that I could drive away in my new car!! Jon also personally followed up to ensure that all of the detailing and cleaning of the vehicle was done to my satisfaction. A stellar experience from start to finish! Ive bought/leased countless cars over the last 30 years (Ive had some truly harrowing experiences!), and leasing my S3 through Cochran was one of the best experiences. Despite COVID-19 making it hard to visit dealerships, I was able to reach out with some specific requests for my S3. (Premium with Magma Red seats, no black paint.) In just a few short days, Cochran found an S3 that met my picky requirements and they were able to procure the car while it was still in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. It took 6 weeks, but was worth the wait. I was able to nail down financing and the entire deal on-line. Painless! The staff are true car enthusiasts. Super friendly and made delivery of the vehicle a snap. Great experience all around, and Im 100 percent stoked with my S3!

I cant say enough great things about our buying experience with Audi Pittsburgh. My wife was looking for a particular model and color that wasnt available locally so we emailed several dealers within a days drive. Jon from Audi Pittsburgh was immediately responsive, understood what we were looking for, and came back with a great price on the new car. We were a little worried about trading in our old Audi site unseen, but after sending Jon a few photos, he made an offer that we were more than happy to accept. We arrived at the dealership right when they opened and were able to get all the papers signed and drive off in our new vehicle in about an hour - couldnt have gone any smoother. Car buying should always be this easy and well be making the drive Pittsburgh next time we buy a new Audi.

Terrible. When they 1st opened up, Linda was GREAT within the service department. The other person I am working with has been anything but attentive or responsive.Nowadays, you wait 3wks for call backs, don’t get informed of updates in service and/or changes to work orders. My calls were not and have not been returned. My vehicle has been there for over a month. Would not recommend.

Outstanding SERVICE!I am so impressed with the service I received on 2 of our Audis this past Saturday. Patrick McCullouch (Service Advisor) and Rob Buchtko (Technician) went above and beyond. My 2 Audis were only scheduled for oil changes.. but instead, Patrick was able to get one of them inspected and the other new tires and alignment! These gentlemen made life easy for me! Go to BMW, Mercedes, or Porsche, theyll treat you like you are buying a Bugatti, this Audi will make you feel like youre buying a 1992 Impala from some ghetto place. Lack of communication is not enough, no communication at all. Before you buy a vehicle, theyll be all around your phone, after youre done, itll be easier to reach the IRS than these people. Cheap customer service.

I purchased a used Q5 from Audi Pittsburgh, within the first 1000 miles I was back at the dealer twice for a low oil warning. They determined the piston rings needed replaced (after having the car for 3 days and no contact from them I had to call the service manager to get an update), not a good sign for a car I just purchased. This is a common problem with Audis, so common that I even asked the salesperson about it before purchasing the car, and he told me it was not a problem for the 2.0 in this car, just on the older 1.8 engine. That is total BS as I found out later, just google Audi oil consumption and you will find the class action suit on the 2.0 engine. They agreed to replace the pistons under the warranty on this engine and at first we were told there were no loaner cars available so it took two days of complaining to the sales manager to get a loaner car. Two weeks after it was supposed to be done with no updates from the service department, we finally went to pick up the car. They pulled it up and as soon as we got in we noticed a strong odor of gasoline. I pulled it into a parking spot to inspect it but I couldnt as the hood release was now broken (how did they do the final inspection if they couldnt open the hood?). So back in the loaner for another week (was told it would be 2 days and again no contact from the service dept until I threatened to go to Audi USA on one of the many voicemails I left for them while they fix the fuel leak and repair the hood release. So on top of the worst service experience I have ever had, I just got the bill for the loaner. I expected to have to pay the Tolls on the EZpass but they overcharged more than double on the tolls, $6.00 for a $2.70 toll and $10.00 for a $4.80 toll resulting in a total overcharge of $54.80. I will probably never buy another Audi and will definitely never buy another vehicle or get service from any Cochran dealership.

After reading reviews, and especially the one where the guys car was wrecked while being detailed, I decided to write these facts. I looked back to being told my 10 digit code for Audi Care would be ordered...and having parts tell me that it never was. So, I contacted National Audi Customer Service. They are working with me. I was also told that I couldnt get the 6 months Connect Prime and Connect Plus free trials, only to call National Audi customer service again with them saying it was never used and I can get it. They set it up. Lets keep going. Looking at maintenance, they should have changed the brake fluid (it was beyond 2 years) of my CPO before they sold me the car. It didnt happen. I thought well, this car has a maint. plan, Ill get it done there free of charge. So I called Cochran Pgh. Audi Service, they said it wasnt included. I also did a lot of reading from folks who said it was included. Pgh. Audi said Id have to pay. Remember, I just bought the car from them. So, I called the other Audi dealership on Ohio River Blvd. They told me it is included and so they did it- no charge. You cant make this stuff up. Other than my salesman Mr. Ruffner, who was a great guy, I am truly disappointed in this dealership.

Buying a car is a big ticket transaction for most people. Thankfully, since the vast majority of those transactions are trouble free, they do not help to differentiate one dealer from another.However, the true test of the dealers mettle is when there is a hiccup in a transaction, and how they handle it. My recent transaction with Audi Pittsburgh had such a hiccup when my car developed an unforeseen issue post purchase. I reached out to Jon Doliveira to discuss the issue, and Jon immediately stepped up to the plate and worked with the appropriate personnel to make sure that the issue was taken care of quickly and fairly to my complete satisfaction. I have been taken advantage since I started going to Audi monroeville, bud smails sold me the car and Audi said this this is wrong and smail said the opposite, I replaced head gasket and should been covered with my warranty yet they denied it and then problems continued and service light continued to come on, went to Audi Pittsburgh said it’s the turbo but don’t need to replace for awhile.. now they said it needs to be replaced and they won’t cover it

Walked in ready to special order a car. So much effort to get us into a car that was not exactly what we wanted, and to keep us from ordering. I did not trust we would get the car for the price offered before we got there. If you feel pressured or hear excuses as to why you dont want what you are asking for...Leave! It is never a good situation. Went to another dealship and ordered the car from someone we can trust, no games.

My original new car purchase was the Tesla Model S refresh. After an exhaustive wait and extended delivery timeframes I decided to cancel that order and began to shop around Audi. I immediately locked onto the S5 Sportback Premium Plus, quantum grey. The color was beautiful and the car was unlike anything I had seen before. I knew it wouldn’t last long on the lot. I immediately contacted Audi and was connected with Sherri McKillop. Sherri was very professional and responsive. I had just moved to Pittsburgh from the west coast a week before finding this car, and Sherri helped guide me through gathering what I needed to purchase a new vehicle as a new resident.At the dealership I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and taken upstairs to discuss the vehicle. I worked with Darren Burns. Darren is an all-star. The guy was very knowledgeable about their product, ready with all paperwork to make the process quick and seamless, and always available to answer my emails or calls. I have never had such an easy transaction and I’d recommend anybody who’s looking to shop for their next Audi, request to work with Darren. You won’t be disappointed. He continues to answer my calls and assist with anything I need. True pleasure to work with him.Closing out the deal with all the financials, I met with Rick Duggal. Rick brought it home. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. I generally despise the idea of sitting with the financial closer when buying a vehicle, due to the constant upsell. Rick isn’t that guy. When you first meet him there’s an immediate genuine welcoming smile. He explains in detail each upgrade to the package and allows the buyer to make their own decision without pressure. It was an extremely pleasant experience.I didn’t get a chance to speak with many other Audi staff outside of a friendly ‘hello’ in passing. I can say that Sherri, Darren and Rick were all amazing and I’d recommend this Audi team and location to anybody looking for their next vehicle purchase. Thank you all again!

Started shopping for my dream Audi Q3 Chronos Grey Metallic with Beige interior here in Ohio. The dealers here wanted to put me in my 2nd or 3rd choice. I decided to call Audi Pittsburgh Cochran as I had heard from my dealer my dream car was in PA but they couldnt get it for me. Well, Sherri was so pleasant and said she could find this car and match the Ohio deals!! WOW, thats a way to make an impression girl!! So them working with Brad we finalized the deal for my Pandemic Dream Car- the Audi Q3!! We drove up and in less than 90 mins Rick and John had us in our new car!! The entire dealership staff was courteous, friendly, all wearing masks and using social distancing!!! What a great way to buy a car!! Nothing but great things to say working with the people of Audi Pittsburgh. I came in on Monday to test drive an S3 I saw online after initiating a chat with Brad online that morning. when I arrived, I worked with Jake to be able to take it out for a drive even though it was at their service center waiting to get the recalled piece installed.Jake was very helpful sharing details about the car and was in no way pushy. He worked with me to show me different payment options and thoroughly explained how the no-haggle pricing and the double trade-in valuation worked.Brad was the manager that did the physical valuation for my trade-in and I feel like he gave a very fair assessment and I was pleased with the offer. He also explained exactly why the S3 was priced the way it was - explaining the CPO, packages the car had and a nice little surprise that the car came with a set of winter tires and wheels.The next morning I got in contact with Jake and let him know I wanted to move forward with the sale. He immediately sent me a link to purchase the car right from my phone and stated he was going to get down to the service center to have the team get the recalled part replaced ASAP and have the car detailed so I could take delivery before the weekend. The car was complete already the following day and I completed the paper work and took the car home that Wednesday. Management even agreed to hold the winter tires and wheels in their garage at no cost since I will be needing those swapped out in just a couple of months.Overall, everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful making this a great car buying experience. Highly recommend if youre in the market for an Audi.

Super happy with my service experience at Audi Pittsburgh. They diagnosed and fixed my headlight issue, and performed my 10,000 mile service quickly. The dealership is pristine with several waiting areas, but since I’m new to Pittsburgh, my service advisor Patrick suggested I check out all of the shops and restaurants on the strip - only one block away. What a great suggestion! I really loved my old dealership in Portland, but this one has them beat. Great people, and great location. I highly recommend.

I’m usually a do it yourselfer but having just purchased my used A6 from a third party I thought it was best to bring it in for its first oil change of my ownership. The contact free drop off and pickup made the process easy. Price was fair and not much more than what it costs me to do myself take to a less reputable shop.

Im a regular Audi Pittsburgh customer and just received my 2021 Audi A4; couldnt be more pleased with the beautiful car and the way that things were handled by Audi Pittsburgh, especially by Calvin Lane, who worked to make sure that I received it as quickly as possible and provided a nice trade amount for my older A4, and Jim Ruffner, who brought the new car to my house and patiently explained all of the updated additions to the new model.

I went in to Audi Pittsburgh pretty much knowing what I wanted. That being said, Richard was very knowledgeable and professional while showing me some of the key features of my Q5 and the Audi brand in general. While I wanted to get the car that day, I was informed that there was a recent recall and the dealership would need to wait for parts to arrive before I’d be able to purchase. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked, but I’m sure this wasn’t the dealer’s fault. Throughout the wait, I was notified of any progression in the process.Once the recall was taken care of, I returned to the dealership and Richard was there to continue to make my experience a pleasant one. In the finance department, Rick was great to work with and took the time to explain each document instead of just telling me to sign at the X. On top of that, I received a more than fair value for my trade-in. I will definitely recommend Audi Pittsburgh to anybody looking to purchase an Audi.

I love the treatment I receive at Audi Pittsburgh. Paul, Patrick, Mary Jo are fantastic. The facility is first class. It is worth driving the extra distance for service. I live just 5 miles from another Audi dealer, and enjoy driving past that dealer to get both of our Audis serviced by Audi Pittsburgh. Larry and his entire team are truly exceptional.

Continously have to call them [it has been over a week since I left my car with them] and they keep telling me we have no updates on your car.For a high end car dealership you sure have low end employees. Will never take my car back here again, it was just the only place that had an opening- I know why now!

I had great experiences during my last two recent service trips. This was my first time at their new location on Liberty and I have to say that I love it! It is really easy to get to and a beautiful facility. Both times, I was able to pull up and drop my car off swiftly. However, I would recommend calling ahead to ensure their availability.The first time I dropped my car off and then was able to walk around the Strip District while they did their work. After walking around, I relaxed in their seating areas. They have both plush chairs and high top tables if you needed to do work. The second time I dropped it off in the morning and they offered to order a Lyft to wherever I was going/returning from. I didnt need to use this service as a friend was driving me to and from work, but it is available should you need it.Patrick, the service rep I dealt with, was very welcoming and a great communicator. Throughout the day that my car was being worked on, he kept me updated with their progress and gave me an accurate timeline on when they would be done. There were no surprises or tricks.I will continue to look forward to getting any service/repairs done here!

Went in to build an audi tts. Dealership had no idea on pricing which is not there fault. But as we are going through trying to build a 60,000 using black and white ink on a paper printed out my husband got frustrated and called another Dealership in Washington and they immediately informed him you could do it online. Even the main sales manager was clueless that it was an option. Absolutely needs to do a little firing in management department. Will be buying the car at sudi in Washington PA. Sherri you were the only asset that Dealership has and thank you for all the hard work you did for me.

I just bought an A6 and had a great experience. Elliott was hyper-knowledgeable about the vehicle, the sales team was very responsive, and Rick did a great job of closing things out. They all went above and beyond to make it a great experience on a holiday weekend. I love the vehicle and I had a Bentley owner tell me how impressed he was with my car! I live right by Sewickley Audi but Im glad I went to Pittsburgh Audi and the team that is there.I use Pittsburgh Audi for my vehicle maintenance because Larry and Patrick and team take such great care of everything. First class all the way. Its just routine stuff because nothing has gone wrong in the year and a half of ownership, but they pay attention to every detail and make things easy for me. Great team

Stopped by Audi Pittsburgh asking for help to install two bolts holding the exhaust of my Audi A5 that I removed while installing a bike rack and could not get back in. They gave me some pretty useless tips on how to do it myself (things I already tried, thats why I went to the dealer for help) and they ended up sending me to any other shop to get that job done. I own two Audis from dealers. I was not asking for a favor, I was asking for service and I was willing to pay. This is a simple job, lift the car, put the bolts in, torque them to spec, lower the car. Done. The service guy made an unnecessary problem out of this. Take it to a shop. Ok I will, and my next car wont be an Audi thats for sure.

I took my A8 in to address a recall and get an oil change. It took several weeks to schedule due to availability of loaner vehicles. The service consultant (Pat) was very professional and courteous. The loaner vehicle that I received was nearly new and in very good shape. However, upon picking my car up, I noticed that the back seat and rear floor mats were covered in dirt and grease. In addition, the oil level was at the minimum operating level. This was not type of service I expected from an Audi premier dealership. Pat took care of everything himself, taking the time to clean the dirt out of my car and add oil. His attention to customer service turned what wouldve been a very poor review into a positive one. I would consider going back here for future service needs.

Charlie Dillion tge service manager is on top of tge game. Quick contact and always gets back to you if hes unavailable. Uber service available if they have no loaners. Got a Q5 Audi while my RS7 was getting some warranty work. Shes running like a champion Now! Keep it simple, visit the Audi service center if you want the best reliable team working to get you back on the road. Audi.....no other driving experience compares!

I was having some electrical issues with my 3 1/2 year old Q-3 and feared the worst. I contacted Linda at Audi Pittsburgh who arranged for a loaner that I just had to have. After drop-off, I got a call back within 2 hours that the repair was completed. Fantastic service and assistance, including complete diagnostic review of my cars health. The best experience. Great staff and awesome customer service. Got my Q5. I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes to join Audi family! Ryan Woods is the Audi specialist whom I worked with. Very knowledgeable and dynamic sales men. Lot of patience and answered my 100s of questions during the sale as well as post sale and continued to be in touch until I feel comfortable with my new Audi. He did really good job and made the process easier. Also the finance manager Jonathon McMeans did great job. He has been super pro active and ready with all the documentation before our appointment. We were able to complete the documentation within 15 minutes. This would not have been possible without Jons preparation! I greatly appreciate. Very friendly environment. Greatly received. Overall, the best experience!
