From when I initially called the store to set up a test drive, to when I was signing the paperwork for my new Altima, I felt very well taken care off. Robert Martin, the sales associate that mainly helped me, was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He helped me find the right vehicle for me, and I am very happy with the overall experience! Another sales associate Dave was also super helpful and knowledgeable when I needed to test drive a different car on a day that Robert was not at the store. And Anthony, in accounting I believe, made the paperwork signing portion feel simple and straight forward. I will highly recommed to my friends and loved ones that they come to your store if they are looking to purchase or lease a vehicle!

I drove in without an appointment because my right rear tire kept losing air. I was politely acknowledged right away. My car was given to Carson. Within 1 hour, he had repaired my tire and I was on my way. He was such a nice young man, certainly a good choice for Cochran to employ.
When I bought my car the sales department, especially Nick and Scott were extremely customer oriented. I really thought is was too good to be true until I needed service. Not only did they take care of the problem correctly and quickly they even called to check on me to make sure things worked out. The service guy that handled the call was also great! I’ve never felt comfortable with an auto purchase until now. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from them. Thanks guys!

So, for years I have stressed and struggled every time I have purchased a used. There has never been a time where after the sale, within 1 day to 2-3 weeks, I didnt discover some major problem with the car that was almost always deliberately hidden from me by the seller. Sometimes this has amounted to many thousands of dollars of unexpected repairs. I couldnt financially take this risk this time, so I tried something different. I followed the recommendations from a few people I knew that thought very highly of #1 Cochran, and decided to exclusivly purchase a car from them. This worked out very well - right from the start, from the very down-to-earth no-nonsense salesperson who didnt play games, but instead just helped me out in any way he could - even to the point of getting their mechanics reports for me to look over (to help sooth my fears of getting a getting another lemon), and even picking me up from home and driving me to the dealership to purchae the car. Though about 1-2 weeks after, that the cars check engine light came on. I was very fearful that Just great- another lemon!. I talked with some friends and they all told me to call them back (#1 Cochran) as they stand behind their cars. So fearfully, I called. #1 Cochran ended up looking at the car, and just fixed. It wasnt a very significant problem, but they probably had no obligation do do anything at all but I think did it since I had just bought the car from them. This proved to me that yes, #1 Cochran really does stand behind what they sell. Sure, NO used car seller can know every little hidden problem with the car they are selling - I didnt expect #1 Cochran to either. But this did show me one very important thing: #1 Cochran was honest, and really did want to sell me a good car, from the fact that they comb over the car and fix everything they can before they even put the car up for sale, plus gave me the mechanics reports, and then still stood behind the car right after the sale when some prior-unknown rogue problem showed up. I could never hope to have anything better than that - I could not be more pleased. #1 Cochran has now earned my loyalty, and I trust them. This experience might have now turned me into a permanent future customer. Thank you #1 Cochran for being honest and standing behind what you sell.
I don’t know the guy’s name but he told what to expect and they would let me know everything. Now I wasn’t expecting them to give me a ride too so that I wouldn’t be stuck for a couple hours. It was expensive to me but overall it was a great experience.
This is my second time purchasing a used car from this dealer and I highly recommend them. My trade-in situation was a little messier this time around but Bill was amazing throughout the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted. He kept in constant communication so the process was as smooth as possible. I never once felt pressured. Ive also never had any issues when I took my previous Rogue to get serviced here and they never tried to sell me something I didnt actually need. The online scheduling feature is also very convenient. The shown price is what you pay, so you may either love or hate that aspect of it. But honestly I will keep coming back to this Cochran in the future
The Service reps were so nice and helpful. Kelly was my Service rep. I got there but could not find my owners card. I had my old one, so Kelly said she would look it up in the pa.gov site. I found out that I forgot to renew my card. I was getting upset, but she so kindly said that she can renew the card for me while she was in the site. I was put at ease immediately. I then went in my car to get my purse and coffee that I just purchased. Still filling embarrassed about the card, I dropped my cup of coffee. I was so upset. But the 2nd rep said no problem, got a mop right away and cleaned it up. Kelly and this guy (sorry i didnt catch his name) were so kind and made my embarrassing morning so comfortable. I never had that kind of service before. Thank you so much!!
The communication from the service and parts department is about the worst i have ever seen from a dealership. i have gone days trying to get ahold of someone, I leave voicemails and get no return phone calls. Tried today to get a manager, and guess what no answer and so far no return phone call. I cancelled another service appointment here and will never set foot on another Cochran Dealership. Got to big to fast for there own pants.

They got my car in, got me into a rental, and got my car back on the road. This has to be hands down, the best service experience I’ve had for a vehicle. Your team took what could have been a very bad situation and turned it into a smooth process.

My dad and I came in to look into leasing a newer vehicle. I initially put an inquiry in online and typically dont expect much response. Jacob reached out shortly after, and although we played quite a bit of phone tag due to my crazy work schedule, he stayed in touch and we were able to find a time to speak on the phone. He gave me so much great preliminary information, and made himself available for whenever I was ready to make an appointment to come to the showroom. My dad and I came in the next morning and were blown away by the whole process. Jacob was awesome and super personable, we felt like wed already known him! He let me take a couple of vehicles for a test drive and answered every single question that we had in detail. He got me an awesome deal on a Rogue and I am in love with it! My dad and I kept saying the whole rest of the day that it was truly the most enjoyable experience wed had at a car dealership. Jacob was amazing before, during, and after our visit. Paige, the business manager was also incredible. They made the perfect team and the service they provided was honestly the best! Greg was phenomenal, Id give him 20 stars if I could!I didnt have high expectations when I had my diesel towed to Cochran Nissan of South Hills on a weekend. I called in the following Monday expecting the worst in terms of length of time to get it back.Greg thanked me for being courteous enough to call in first thing to tell them what was wrong, and said he would make every effort to get it looked atDespite it having an issue, I was due for an oil change and an inspection, which I didnt think they would do without a scheduled appointment. Greg said that they could take care of everything and I should have it back in a day or two.Greg kept his word and I had it back by Tuesday afternoon, just in time to go to my exterior firefighter class so I wouldnt have to bum a ride.I cant say enough about how above and beyond I feel the service department went to accommodate my needs. Everyone I dealt with in person and over the phone was professional and courteous. I will definetly keep working with this Nissan as I expect to have my Titan XD for many years to come.
Im not happy at all! I bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue and my first oil change was supposed to be free. I called and scheduled the appointment and was told that I would be there a maximum of 45 minutes. Tuesday at 10 a.m. I went for my appointment and I sat there until 11:15 a.m. and when I asked a service technician how much longer it would be because I needed to get to work he told me they had not even started to look at my car yet. I had to leave and go to work and I still do not have my oil changed and I wasted my entire morning.
I came to #1 Cochran Nissan to fix an issue with my 2016 Murano and ended up buying a 2021 Armada and couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. Alan and the team was excellent to work with providing me an incredible trade in value for my Murano and surpassing our expectations on the deal for the Armada. We were treated very well and felt we could trust everyone throughout the process.

Had a quoted 2 day repair for our work vehicle. Parts on order, not in warehouse, will be here overnight etc etc. All that is fine but the customer had to initiate all the communication and follow up. Left voicemails and only one was returned. Called corporate to try to get a person, got a VM, never returned. One day left a total of 5 voicemails with 3 different people.Once I got a call back and was told the rep will call me, no call.2 WEEKS later the vehicle was done, when I called they are test driving it right now, you can anytime and pick it up.Communication was vary lacking and that was the most frustrating part. A lot of our work tools were in the vehicle because it was suppose to be only 2 days, not 2 WEEKS.

I’m new to the area so I came in for servicing. I never really have crazy expectations for my car because it’s in great condition and is barely driven, so I always assume everything will be fine...until I read the reviews about the dealership. That’s when I started to expect lies and fraud and other negative things. However, it was nothing of the sort! Everyone was nice and personable; no one badgered me to look at new cars as I waited at the dealership; my service was short and sweet and my car was perfect! I’m definitely a new member of #1 Cochran Nissan!
I went for a routine oil change, tire rotation, oil filter and also needed 1 headlight bulb replaced. As I drove there, the check engine light came on so I asked for a diagnostic to figure out what was going on there. First, the diagnostic by itself is $180. Thats absurd. I can go to autozone and get it for free. I ended up paying because I had little time and the car was at Nissan so, if there was something they could fix, I could get it done once. Total, my cost was $330. There is absolutely no way it should cost this much for those items. Its outrageous. Third, the very next day, my tire pressure lights came on as the temperature dropped and I realized that none of my tires were full pressure. I paid $330, that included a tire rotation, but they didnt add air or even check the pressure! Lastly, I made an appointment for 9:45. When I dropped off the car, they asked if I was waiting or leaving. I said I would leave and they told me it would take until about mid afternoon. When I questioned why this would take so long, I was told that they prioritize people waiting and work in the people who leave. Why should I even make an appointment? So I told him I would wait and was stuck wasting an hour and a half of my morning, instead of walking home and working like I should. The only good thing is that they did the work I overpaid for so I cannot complain about the work performed. Overall this was terrible and am now looking for a more reasonably priced and accommodating mechanic in the area.

They made buying a car so easy! I work with Alex and Mike and they were angels. Mike worked to get me the best APR and explained everything to me which is something I really appreciated because it was genuine and honest. Alex was a pleasure as well, he explained the details of the car and even showed me videos and info about the car on a tablet in between waiting for paperwork to get finished. As soon as you was in people greet you and even asked if I wanted something to drink. Everyone had their mask on and was social distancing which was a huge plus in my book. I got the car I wanted with a much better price per month even better than what I was hoping for! I came in at about 9:40am to finished the paperwork since I already filled half out online and left off of the lot with my new 2020 Nissan Sentra by about 1:15pm :) Thanks Alex and Mike!
Needed key made and programmed. Key I purchased from Nisssn headquarters which I was told would work, didn’t per the dealership. Was told had to purchase key through dealership. It works fine, Steve was kind. Just incredibly pricy which is why I went through headquarters. Think Nisssn needs to communicate better with each other.
The only way Id recommended this location for service is if the Service Manager, Fritz is handling it.

Better than the Monroeville Nissan was my previous 3 star rating. 1☆ is todays score because it seems there was hard work done to make dealing with the unfortunate event of hitting a serious Pittsburgh pothole as inconvenient as possible. I was left scrambling online for Pittsburgh pothole claims application after being originally rejected by the dealership I bought 2 consecutive Nissan cars from.I was told an estimate for damages on a Yellow sticky Note handwritten by 1 of the service men mentioned in group with Chris. I was not angry or rude when talking to any of them in person or on the phone, I believe the time delay it took getting my car back to normal had more to do with these men having lower expectations of me than the weather excuse Darren was on the record stating in on of the last long phone calls.I simply wanted my cars tire fixed, & had no idea Id have to deal with so much trouble. I talked and always do talk plain and clear without rushing or manipulation because I like to do things how theyre meant to be done. The same time I was dealing with other companies giving me similar if not worse trouble, no wonder my ex left this city in disgust. This is an issue that can and could be solved in a few hours discussion within the company, but I feel my trust in a safe job done was threatened just now & I have no reason to want to return. If I was the issue lets all hope the 50 more of me dont crowd the service because enough workers would disappear or slack off that the Garage would be empty.The sales experience may have been ok but the ugly side of things was shown to me in parts + service during these trying holidays.
As with my past experience (oil change), I was very pleased with my visit. Staff were friendly and at the same time efficient, as was the work done on my vehicle. While the convenience of location makes this the primary reason for my choice of service location (2 blocks from my home), it makes it that much more easy to choose given the courteous service and efficiency.
Nick was excellent to deal with. He was well prepared and knowledgeable, listened to what I wanted, attentive, and friendly. At no time did I feel pressure or uncomfortable. I have leased my last three vehicles from a different dealer, and now that I have worked with Nick, I know that I will continue to lease with him.

I bought a Jeep Cherokee V6 with 1000 miles on it outright and upon coming out of paying i had nobody to show me where my car was and after 15 minutes of searching I found it. Even tried to walk back in but nobody was around for help. When I get home I see I was sent a text stating I took off and he has my second set of keys etc. He was NO WHERE TO BE FOUN!!! Now...I still have NO KEYS, NO TITLE AND NO REGESTRATION AND CAN NOT DRIVE MY NEW 30000 JEEP! I have contacted them daily now with no results or documents but I did get a reminder to bring it in for an oil change! Lol I have a 30000 dollar stqtue in my yard now Mr. Starky needs looked into. Why were my keys never sent and where was he also where are my legal documents l? I am a mother of 2 and own a small Homestead Shop. I am very busy and worked hard for this vehicle and now have no vehicle at all. I am losing money and to be not cared about is hurtful and down right upsetting. My blind pap had to come with me or I couldnt even buy it and I jumped through hoops here with ILL RESULTS. I am disappointed at the customer service and lack of consideration for customers. We were also told no gift card because it wasnt new when their ad at the time was new or pre-owned any vehicle on the lot..I dont know if someone doesnt like me, is scamming me, stole my money, I dont know because no one will contact me back at this facility. Wish me luck and beware! They were happy to help me find a vehicle alright but did they even have the title, I am so sick to my stomach.

However the purchase of my previous car through them was an iffy experience at best and when I returned to purchase another new car through them they didnt want to deal with me at all. I ended up purchasing my car from another Nissandealership that was more than willing to work with me.

We took our 2014 Rogue in for annual inspection and dropped it off early morning on the weekend. Within 2 hours the service was finished and we had our vehicle back. The service technician was extremely courteous, friendly and most efficient. He also provided a discounted price on the emissions test as #1 Cochran was running a promotion that we had forgotten all about so that was an extra bonus!
I paid $118 in labor to diagnose two problems and neither was fixed. I doubt the service department spent more that 10 minutes looking for these issues and found nothing. I later researched one issue (squeaking noise when going over bumps) myself and fixed it myself- it was the hood latch. As for my vehicle being thrown sideways when it hits a bump in the road, they found nothing. I doubt they even looked. I went to the dealer instead of my local shop for their expertise. I will not make that mistake again.

I had a 7:30am appointment, waiting.Discovered mechanics dont come in until 8am. I was there for 3 hours for the free multipoint check up, oil & filter change and tire rotation and to have my spare key fob fixed, since did not work. Car 45,000 miles so out of warranty. Cochran Tried fresh batteries and reprogramming fob but nothing worked so had to pay for new one. My car was washed which was nice. Not sure why I was there for 3 hours but maybe the fob work was time consuming?Hoping next time I come for simple services that wait will be less otherwise service agent was pleasant.

They obviously sell your information. I have never received anything with a Cochran logo but now I receive advertising for Cochran Nissan from Warranty companies. I did not buy my car there and only had service. Which was much more than it should be. I was going to take my Hyandai to their Hyandai service shop for an inspection but will not now.
Oil change and windshield wipers replaced. I waited for the car and it was done in a little over an hour - exactly what they told me.

The vehicle had been inspected by #1 Cochran Nissan of South Hills and was “certified” by Nissan to be in excellent working order, with no issues. As we examined the vehicle ourselves, we noticed that when we retracted and extended the convertible top, it hit on a back panel of the car. This impact was quite obvious and I’m sure would not have been missed on inspection. The panel hitting the top also occurred every single time the top was extended or retracted.We pointed this issue out to our salesman and he brought the service manager to look at it. The service manager seemed especially unapologetic and neither men had any explanation about the erroneous report that certified that nothing was wrong with the car.When we pressed them to explain how we can trust the rest of the car certification they said we would just have to “take their word” as they could not offer any type of contractual agreement or any other type of meaningful guarantee.We returned home without the car as they said they could look into fixing the issue. The got back to us and told us it would be “impossible to fix the issue” and the best they could do was remove the certification (which would prohibit me from getting additional warranties) and take off $500 from asking price.We decided to go ahead and purchase the car because the next closest one was in Florida. I was putting half down in cash for the car and my dad loaned me the other half till I received the title and could get a loan to repay him. I was told upon purchase that the title and plates would be mailed to me, and get to me ASAP. After it had been 30 days and I already had to deplete my savings by paying my dad back, I still had not received the title or plates. I called and was told it could now take 60 days. 45 days came and went, my temporary license was nearing expiration and I called my local BMV and found out that I should’ve been told to submit certain paperwork for the title and plates to be sent to me. I was never informed of any of this and I received my title and plates days after my temporary license plates had expired due to this delay.After all this stress and hassle I finally took the car to my local Nissan dealership and they fixed the issue with my convertible top immediately with no issue, but it cost a lot more than 500$.
