I was out buying my first car and was very intimidated and felt pressured by almost all of the previous places I visited. I was lucky enough to see this car online and Bob met me with Chris. Chris was nothing but amazing and I never felt like once I was even buying a car. It was an awesome experience and if I never need another vehicle I will be making my first stop here. Chris was 5 star and deserves a bonus or promotion!

I went to this dealership for an appointment on Monday that I scheduled on Friday. After I test drove the car the salesperson came to the office where we were seated and apologized, but said that things had changed. He informed us that the price of the car had increased by several thousand dollars. When I objected, the used car manager, Coury, came in with a bunch of lame excuses. After speaking with the GM, Brandon, and VP of Mercedes Benz operations, Sunil, I was offered a better price, but just a bunch of excuses for Coury. Bottom line, I don’t trust him/them. Not what I would expect from an authorized Mercedes Benz dealer. Completely bush league.

I saw the car I was looking for online. I requested information and immediately received it. I was contacted by phone and set up an appointment to see the car the next day. My credit isn’t the best but Kirk worked with me and even got a good price for my trade-in vehicle. I would 100% recommend buying a Mercedes from this dealership! I will not buy another car from anywhere else. Social distancing was made easy. I was in my new car driving the next day. They even offered to drop it off to me. Never had an experience like this. It was wonderful. Never felt pressure to make a decision either. Thanks Kirk and thanks Mercedes of Pittsburgh.

I had an amazing service experience after attempting to do my spark plugs myself with no luck. I felt defeated... However once my car arrived to the dealership Mike Hartman got my prized possession in the shop right away and took excellent care of my car! He even went the extra mile to get all of my filters installed and the intake gaskets replaced! I felt like royalty the way the service staff treated me! And when i was reunited with my Mercedes it looked like a million bucks it really cheered me up after the struggle I had with the Spark plugs!

I bought a 2005 E55 from this dealership. It was a 15 year old car and was sold to me AS IS. I dealt with Sam who provided me great service before and after the purchase. They held the car for me until I flew in to pick it up.Now here is the best part about this dealership. They really stand behind the cars and services they offer. I had a few problems with the car when I drove it home, nothing major just a few electrical problems.Once I let them know the issues, the sales manager, Andy got on board with Sam and assisted me get all the issues resolved. Again, this was a 15 year old car and sold as is to me. They had no obligation to fix anything for me. Therefore,I was so thrilled that they were going above and beyond tackle the small issues I was having.This was my first Mercedes, and they sure made me feel my money was well spent on the Brand.Sam and Andy, you guys are awesome!

Great place if you dont mind walking in and throwing down whatever payment they tell you. If you do mind then expect it to be an exhausting experience that is typical of a car dealer in 1988. This is not something that I would expect in 2021 from Mercedes. There is no transparent pricing or upfront honesty. Simply some weird ideas of how a high residual value makes a lease cost more than one with a low residual value. I dealt with two separate sales members and both were very unknowledgeable about incentives, payments, etc. It is almost as if they actually tried to make this experience that difficult. My opinion is to stay away and deal with other dealers that are easier to access and do not mind using this new thing in 1996 called the internet.

I’m the type of person that goes through several cars a year. That being said, I’m very familiar with dealerships as I’ve dealt with more than I can count. In all my years, I’ve never come across a dealership which made everything so easy and took care of me fully. I never right reviews, but Mercedes Benz of Pittsburgh is worth it. Salesperson Kirk Davis provided excellent service and advice during the buying process, answering many questions and being an advocate during the negotiations concerning my trade in and communicating comparable purchase prices during the negotiations. He was very courteous and professional. This was the second car I had purchased from Kirk and I highly recommend him.

Had electrical services performed on my Mercedes and a new insturment cluster installed very knowledgeable and polite staff prices are very expensive but thats to be expected at a dealership definitely my go to place if you want the job done right the first time amd in a timely matter.

Just picked up a new and very pretty Benz, well new to me anyway; a 2014 e350. Worked with Michael Fornataro who was pleasant, relaxed and easy to deal work with. My overall experience with the dealership was outstanding, MB of Pittsburgh knows how to treat customers right even if you are not spending the typical $40 to $50K plus one might expect to spend on a new Mercedes Benz. I must also say a word about the service department, as that was my original need to go to the dealership for my C300, they were also a pleasure to deal with and were impeccable in every way. As you might expect from a premium vehicle seller, it was totally a first class experience.
