Incredible communication and follow up from the team on a transmission issue that involved my new vehicle. They went to work right away getting it checked out and fixed up -- no push back or hassle.3. When the repairs were running longer than expected, Bobby helped me out with a loaner car for a few days so I could get back and forth to work. -- They didnt have to do that, but did!Truthfully, I wish I could give them more stars for this review. Bob and his team made our car buying experience easy and dare I say enjoyable? Communication was great, and our questions were always answered in short time. The car (a 2011 Honda Pilot) was in great shape and meticulously cleaned when we picked it up! The battery was in need of replacement and Bob took care of it, no questions asked! After taking delivery of the car, we noticed some sounds while driving, and Bob scheduled an appointment with his mechanic to have the vehicle looked at and had the sway bar links replaced for us. I highly highly highly recommend Martin Auto Sales. I purchased my first car, a 2010 Hyundai Elantra with 40,000 miles on it, for a little over $8,000 in September. The car is perfect for me! I noticed over the last few weeks, my car was having more and more trouble starting. I called Martin Auto Sales and asked for a recommendation on where to take my car close to me that would take the warranty I purchased. They went out of their way to find places close to me. I went to Aamco, and they determined that the car had been rewired to fit a remote start! To remove this, it was going to be $300 which was not covered by my warranty. Martin Auto Sales covered the complete cost of the repair. They are the best! I will definitely recommend going there to purchase your next car. They really care about their customers!

I purchased a 2002 Chevrolet Camaro z28 convertable sight unseen except for pictures online. The car was modestly cosmetically described. I had it shipped to Nj and when it arrived I was happily blown away. The car was gorgeous! The car had a few mechanical issues but Martin Auto Sales paid for half of the repairs which I felt was stepping up being car was purchased as is. Got out of all that a nice, well maintained, Saab 9-3 Wagon, finally having my dad kick his boring car habit of Corollas and Camrys :D

Worked with Bruce to pick up a used luxury car last week, super nice guy, helped with financing and made the whole transaction smooth. Even after the sale went out of his way to get a speaker that I found blown get repaired.

Drove a long way to check out a vehicle I was told was pretty mint. Arrived and the thing had rust numerous dents scratches and what looked like glued cigarette ashes on the fenders and lots of cracks in bumpers. Total disappointment.

After having shopped for weeks and dealing with your usual used car salesmen Bruce was a welcome change of pace and I never once felt pressured to buy.
