I wanted somebody to inspect my car to make sure it was safe to drive. The owner, Jim, did not do that. I was trying to be a nice guy and I shouldnt have, he said when I called him out on the shoddy repair and inspection. A nice guy doesnt charge me $370 to fix a part of my exhaust while breaking a different weld joint in a different area. He was also told to fix my rear drum brakes, which did not get done. Upon calling him out via a phone call he asked me to bring it in again. I explained that it is an inconvenience of finding another ride to work and such. He offered to have one of his guys ride me to work. No thanks. I got a partial refund without much effort besides his getting mad on the phone. Why give me money back? Because he did a bad job with low attention to detail and now he regrets being lazy.Take your car anywhere else. Read reviews for local. Sometimes convenience is tempting, but I assure you he is not worth the headache.
