Absolutely phenomenal work! I took my 2020 Subaru WRX STI in for a FULL Detail. Dropped it off and within a few hours I received a call confirming my car was finished. I was overcome with joy and excitement, I didnt know my car could ever look this good!!! All the brake dust from my wheels was completely gone. Even small scratches on the paint were no longer visible. My car was completely spotless from the outside and from the inside. if you are ever looking for a full professional detail I highly recommend Blue Wave Auto Spa!!!

Became the designated driver for a group, and would have been embarrassed to do so with the condition of my Hyundai Santa Fe. Not only did they get my vehicle in the same day, they worked past closing to complete the detail. Had my work car tinted there to hide inventory that sits in plain sight and they did a great job! I wish I had asked what type of tinting film they used, maybe they can respond on here and let me know? Got all windows tinted on an Outback for $350, which is VERY reasonable considering it has 11+ windows! Lady I spoke to that gave me a quote over the phone was amazing!!! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and followed up perfectly!! The tinting guy met with me quick to go over the car and what I wanted when I dropped it off, he was very friendly and seemed like he knew what he was doing! Guy there late when I went to pick the car up was neither great nor terrible, but i only dealt with him to pay 2 minutes before they were closing. After 2 weeks, the tint is still flawless with perfect edges and NO BUBBLES!!! Would definitely bring my personal car in for tinting based on the job done, would confirm the type of tinting film used before I did though (dye, metallic, ceramic?). Thanks for all the help, if Blue Wave reads this, please let me know what type of tinting film you think I may have gotten, just curious now.

I dropped my Camry off to get the full interior detail service. The interior was completely covered in some kind of greasy armor all of some kind. They did not clean anything, just sprayed everything with this liquid that left drip marks on the bottom of the side panels. When I put my seat back I could still see all the dirt between the cushions as well as beside the arm rests. They also did not clean anything over head either by my sun visors or sunroof. For a service that costs $130 I am very disappointed. Would not go back.

It’s decent location but the touch free automatic is old but the other automatic shake my family’s vehicle during the wheel tire rim wash pass so it did decent

I did the $15 no touch carwash. The front and sides are still dirty. Like I never went through the wash.Response: I didnt check my car until I got home. Do people go out of their car to check once they go through a drive thru car wash? Still wont use your drive thru service. $15 is a lot of money for drive thru especially when its not clean.

The best detail i have ever had!

I recently had my Yukon Denali detailed at Blue Wave. They did an amazing job! They accommodated my schedule, were very professional and even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with the service. They detailed the inside of the vehicle and washed and waxed the outside also. It looked so good I couldnt wait to drive it around and show it off! I am very particular about my vehicle and keep it very clean. But it looked ten times better when they were done with it! I would recommend Blue Wave and will definitely use them again.

If you have an alternative I would advise to use it. I was not happy at all with my detail. I knew going in that is was going to be difficult to clean my car. They did absolutely nothing under the hood or the wheel wells... nothing!!!! I had to bring it home and clean it again after I paid them to do the work. Beware!

I am really surprised at the ratings given by other people about Blue Wave auto spa! I have taken my vehicle to them several times, I have been other places many times and I have found going to other places they seem to sabotage my vehicle rather than fix it! Ever since Ive been taking it to Blue Wave I have not had that problem nor have I paid outrageous prices and they asked plenty of questions to get to the detail they dont just go to the vehicle and start from there they listen to the customer. I am very very pleased and for as long as I own a vehicle and blue Wave auto spa is open thats where I will go! From the front desk to the garage nothing but positive experience! Needed to get our car detailed for a wedding and they got us in quickly and were able to offer us services within our budget. And honestly the car looks fantastic - way cleaner than we thought they would be able to get it. So impressed and I know well use them again.

I love Blue Wave spa. Easy to make an appointment, friendly service and a great detail, I had not done any kind of detailing in years . I did inside and was very pleased with results. They got out a stain that I have had not been able to get out. It was a dirt stain that a kid dumped red koolaide on. Looks brand new!

Best car wash I have had in a long time.

I went through the car wash and it didnt work properly. I called the next day and spoke to Mark who was very nice. He apologized and offered me an upgraded wash. He even sprayed it down first! Great service and friendly staff.

I would give this 0 stars if I could.The “touches” carwash hit the back of my car and left a sizable dent. I went into to talk to the manager and instead of apologizing she immediately assigned blame to me and was extremely rude. The manager is probably going to respond and say that there are signs that say there are that say no bike racks but that is just an excuse because she can not own up to the cheaply make carwash. Just go another half mile to the next car wash, it’s not worth it.(there were obvious damage to the vehicle)

My car was very well detailed.

Took my car here to get an interior and exterior detail. I had a hard water stain on my car for months that I couldnt get off, and there was also a spot of white paint where another driver scraped my car. Both spots are gone! My car is so shiny and clean. I definitely recommend this place!!!

I was so happy with my first service (summer detail as a gift) that I came back for a winter detail for myself. My Mom is still happy about her car that looks like new now. Thanks Blue Wave!

We had our daughters SUV detailed as a birthday gift and they did a wonderful job! The car looked like new when we picked it up, I would highly recommend it.

The manger is an honest guy. The job i wanted cost ~$400, but he talked me into a ~$130 job and im extremely happy with the outcome. I will definitely bring my all my cars here for tint, aftermarket upgrades, and a car wash.

I had my Scions windows tinted 2 years ago, 5% tint all around. Its still in near perfect condition, just a few crinkles on the very edge of the front windows but can only be seen when the window is down. My brother also had his windows tinted on his BMW a year ago. The only bad thing was when i picked the car up, the doors were greasy from the soap solution they used which wasnt a big deal at all. Overall good experience, and worth all of the tickets i get for limo tint.

Used the $15 car wash service with soft touch brush which never spun. No brush touched vehicle or even started at all. I called and left voicemail as no one on site to help. No response back either. At least acknowledge if a customer reached out with a concern.

I went to this car wash today because it was closer than where I normally go. Unfortunately, this car wash failed to clean my car. My car was dirty going in, but after the wash, my car was still so dirty that I was able to write my name in the dirt on my car. Perhaps the car wash was broken. Also, I paid for the most expensive wash that included the tricolor wax. No tricolor wax came out when the lights said it was waxing the car. This was a total waste of time and money. I will be taking my still-dirty car to the car wash I typically use tomorrow.This picture is immediately after the carwash.

*DO NOT GO TO BLUE WAVE AUTO SPA*I rarely complain about any service, even if it is shotty, but Im so angry after my experience today. I just picked up my SUV that I paid over 300.00 to have the executive detail. They had my vehicle for over 7 hours and I had to go outside with paper towels from their bathroom before leaving, in attempt to clean the areas that werent even touched!!! The man that charged me came out with a rag and spray bottle to help me. He said several times, Ill get it, you shouldnt have to clean it. No kidding!!! The ceiling interior literally wipes clean with a damp cloth, but obviously NOT touched and was filthy. ALL 4 of the doors, door handles, back hatch, jambs, steering wheel, grab bars, visors, center console, UNTOUCHED! If I had money and time to throw away, I wouldnt have cared so much, but I work very hard for what I have. Keeping my composure, I politely asked to be removed from the 6 month call list (to remind customers to continue service). The man grabs a business card from the front and says to me If you come back in 6 months and pay for another detail, Ill throw in a free oil change. What kind of idiot would pay AGAIN for full priced, poor service, and then let you start to mess with the mechanical aspects of the car? You must be huffing the goopy gobs of leather conditioner that is sloped all over the seats. Im done! At least they offered something, I guess, but what a joke! I will give credit where credit is due, the exterior of the vehicle looks nice, but I will NEVER go back there again.

Worse drive through car wash I ever been to. I think it was possibly broke. I chose the best option but it only lasted about a minute total and didnt dry the car.

Last week i had my car wash .. i was not at all happy with the wash and service even after VIP wash . there was lot of mud and full of stains..... i will not recommend . still they are user very old equipment need to get updated.. I strongly suggest everyone not to go .blue wave.... its waste of money and time.

Poor service and work!!! Stay Away!!!! Had my 2015 Red Silverado there for their quick detail. The bed had muddy footprints from the guy washing my truck. Then when I complained they get a spray bottle of pink liquid and spray the bed with it. Next, they start to wipe it down grinding the dirty in scratching up the finish. The grill is still filthy and they didnt even clean the windows. The red pick up in the pictures is their work. $100 down the drain!!!

I love going to Blue Wave! My car is always SO CLEAN after the automatic car wash. No other touchless washes are as good as Blue Wave.

Do not got to blue wave auto spa on mcknight road!! They asked if I wanted to upgrade to a button that unlocks/locks and has a trunk button for 50 bucks. The trunk button does not work and the lock or unlock does not make any noise or blink to let u kno its locked. Also my sisters starter does not work and its not even a year old!!! Do not go there!! Terrible. Went back to ask if there was anything they could do and they told me it was working how it was supposed to even though both buttons were not, he told me my car needed to be wired to get the trunk to work. I paid close to 300 dollars for a starter that does not work!

Lazy attendant who was on the phone the whole time that lines sat to get car washes.L There were a bunch of us waiting in line and he opened up an extra Bay for people who just arrived. Worst. Never coming here again.

I recently got my car tinted here and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work. It was a brand new car and the tinter left muddy foot prints and tint product all over the interior. They use to have an outstanding tinter but he no longer works there. Do yourself a favor and head to Ziebart or Auto Effects in Monaca, PA. They are a detailing shop and could not even clean the car up to how it was when I brought it in there. 1.5 stars.
