One of the only places in the Pittsburgh area I trust with my car and my wallet. This shop is no-nonsense, honest, and fair with their prices. Ive always had issues with mechanics giving me the runaround and charging me more than they would a male family member, so a trustworthy mechanic is very important to me. Theres only 2 shops if take my car to in the area, here and Walters in town. Ive taken my car here for many issues, from engine issues to replacing a side view mirror. Theyve always made me feel comfortable and everything was done well, for a good price, and a timely manner.

Very rude and unprofessional mechanic who in essence said he did not want to do business with me since I had my auto mechanic look at my car for a heating problem and who ruled out certain causes. I went to this shop and told Mt. Lebanon mechanic whom I had an appointment tomorrow that my mechanic ruled a possible cause but had no time to do work till 4 days from now.He was offended and refused to do work. He cancelled my appointment I had made even though the car still needs repair.He was rude and abusive and obviously does not want my $ nor a good review.

The owner Bow takes care of you no matter what. He tells you like it is and is very honest. My husband has been taking his family cars to him for many years!!

Bo is a very good and trustworthy mechanic. Weve been taking our cars there for years and have never had a problem. He has good prices and very honest. Hes also pretty funny. Hes also a good guy, for example we took a dodge caravan in for inspection and told him the drivers side power window didnt work. He did the inspection and didnt charge us for fixing the window because I pretty much just hit it with a mallet and now it works, so Im not going to charge you but Im also not going to guarantee it will continue to work. It still worked when we traded it in.

We have been taking our vehicles to Mt Lebanon Auto for at least 15 years. Bo and his mechanics have always been trust worthy and fair, always up front with what your car or truck needs to be road safe. I recommend them to my friends and anyone who is looking for a good auto repair shop.

This was a bad experience a horrible place for me to go I went yesterday just to get my two front tires plugged the mechanic came out very hostile stated that he was very busy and come back tomorrow morning and will take about an hour I went back this morning as I was told they took my keys and I sat there for about a half an hour to be kind of came back out again very hostile and aggressive and told me running hits racks broke so I have to come back later on I asked him what when should I come back he said I dont know just I dont know just maybe come back tomorrow I said what what about the lady that just drop her car off or a car inspection thats at that takes longer and when my car is only a ten-minute job he said well go somewhere else you dont have to be here! I believe that they are racist and they dont want to deal with black people thats my experience that I had because theres no way that man should have told me to come back and then he didnt know what he could do my corporate mean while other people are being serviced for their vehicles very bad place to go I would not recommend it for anyone.

This is a rare find. The mechanic checked my engine and head for a leaky gasket or signs of burning oil. They did a half hours worth of checking it out and charged me less than $10. An honest auto mechanic is hard to find. Ill be back.

Brought my car in with a squishy brake pedal and they were able to diagnose and fix the problem that same day at a fair price. 215 for a new caliper with parts and labor is a fair price.

The car wont start after the so called mechanic fixed it. Starting the car was never an issue before. He had the impudence to tell me that I should just get rid of the car. I paid almost $500 for nothing.
