There was no need for the introductions, but for them to make their rounds meeting customers was appreciated.
It didn’t get any better. Lou Gordon was a gentleman, funny and professional and made the whole process of buying a Mercedes enjoyable. Then moved into the financial side with Susan Maunders and the professionalism continued. No high pressure, just laid out the accessories for the vehicle and let me make my own decisions. I believe the the service department did very good work. The engine light is now off, and I have the outside temperature reading on the dash again. I dont have a way to verify other work performed, but it has been good for the last 100 miles of driving. Working with the service rep is a strange experience. It was near impossible to get an update over the two weeks the van was being worked on.
Took my GLS 450 in for her first service. We are hours away so we drove in on a Sunday, did some shopping and dinner, spent the night, then took the car in first thing in the morning. I explained that we hoped to get it done quickly since we had a long drive home and that we needed a loaner car for the day while we waited. They had no problem getting us a loaner and my vehicle was ready before 9am! Couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience.

Work took a long time but they were able to activate an extended warranty so I ended up not paying anything but while the RV was there for around 2 weeks there was some damage done to the front fender that was not noticed so I have to take it back again. Staff was very professional and courteous, and the facility is outstanding.
Mercedes lost a lawsuit because their ACs collect mold and begin to smell bad. I took mine in for the covered repair. After that repair, it still smelled like mold AND the AC compressor went out within 5 MILES OF LEAVING THE DEALERSHIP. I cant imagine theyre not related. This dealership refused to take ownership. The service writer was very professional and told me he would talk with the manager. After a couple days, he called me back and told me they would not offer any help and that the repair would cost me $3,098. When I asked if I should talk with the service manager, he emphatically said no, so I didnt. I decided to take it to another very reputable auto repair place and had quality parts with warranty installed for nearly half the price. I will say, everyone that I spoke with has been VERY polite and professional. That said, the way I look at this, they cost me $1,790.

Disrespectful place. What one does not expect to find in a dealer of this category. I was interested in buying a car two days ago, as I arrived at 6.40PM near closing time the sales Rep said that we could not run the numbers but that he would prepare some quotes and send them to me the next morning. At all times it seemed that all he wanted was for everyone to go home on time. I can understand that, but at this time I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE FROM MB. Not a call, not an email or anything. Simply incredible and will not return in the future.

Mercedes Benz of Scottsdsle, formally Schumacher, is a fabulous dealership . Focused very much on customer service . I have been using them since 1999 when we moved here. Had several cars and several different experiences. Problems, there have been some over the years as is normal with any car, were and are always remedied with a friendly attitude and a quick turn around . My last experience of late ( windshield wiper broke) was taken care of in an expedient manner and I could not have asked for more! Thank you so much to all !!!

Left my ML for warranty service and had a loaner for two days. Heard nothing from the service department about status on the car, finally went in to check on status of ML..oh it’s done..no phone call no nothing to tell me it was ready…service advisor had left for the day..great …avoid this place far better service departments out there that actually communicate with their customers.
I had recently totaled my 2011 Mustang and was in the market for another one. I found one at a local dealership and thought I was set... took it to a well known dealership to have a used car inspection only to find out I was duped into a lemon... took it to said place to have them fix things and renegotiate. I handed the keys back. Downloaded 4 car apps and searched day in and day out. Found this beauty in Carfax, but she was not all ready to show to be sold! I contacted the dealer with my interest in the car and they responded right away. Lou was so funny, friendly and we setup a video chat so I could look at the car. See, I reside in the Kansas City area and the car was in Arizona! He really worked with me and I am so happy with how smoothly the process went. I had purchased my vehicle over a year ago on July 10, 2020 and I have never received my license plate. Ive been calling them over and over again and they say they will get back to me and they never do. I would have to say this has been the worst car purchase experience that I have been through. To make it worst I bought it as a gift for my mother and shes doesnt want to drive because shes scared shes going to get pulled over and get a ticket. This has absolutely been the worst...

Be aware! I drove 600 miles round trip to view a car. We were near closing the deal when I asked to confirm the tires would be replaced. In a prior phone call I was told they were on order. I also asked that the under carriage be replaced. Not asking for much given the condition. The attached picture shows you the damage. All the rims are damaged, gouges and scratches, however, I was assured they would look like new. The salesman told me he would contact me Monday with pricing for the tires and facia. No call no emails. Wow! Guess they plan to through lipstick on this pig and sell it without disclosing those items. Shame on them for their lack of courtesy and decency. I really like the facility and have known if this place since I was born. The people are great, nice, and friendly. The management is superb as well, when I had some issues with a recently purchased c300 they were quick to help me out after getting in contact with management. They will get what you need taken care of, if you are there in person, with a high level of professionalism. Some feedback I would provide is that they are not too urgent when trying to connect via other modes of communication like text, email, or phone. Overall, great place with great people, I just hoped that they could reply promptly when an email or voicemail is left so you don’t have to constantly try to get in contact with them or physically go to the location.

The customer service is so poor there that I drive past this dealer and go another 10 miles to the Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale dealer at Fashion Square for my Gwagon and S63Update. I had a nice email exchange with Michael, the GM. The issue seems to be a matter of reiterating training and following procedures/protocols that are already in place. I am changing my review from 1 Star to 4 in hopes that follow through will occur.Wish you the best. T

I really like them, the customer service had been excellent for the last 8 years but this time around I didn’t have a great experience.They weren’t as communicative, didn’t wash my car nor did they get back to me when I had a few questions after I picked up my car to go over the report!Usually it’s not the case and am hoping they do better next time; similar to my experiences with them over the years!
Quoted me one price for service and after approving the service 15 minutes later quoted me another higher price. Service technician REDUCED the tire pressure to incorrect pressure and alarms sounded on the drive home. Had to refill tires once arrived home. When picking up the car it still had No Wash written on the drivers window, had to get someone to clean it off. I had been using this dealer for years with my previous service adviser who retired. Will not return to this dealer.

Worst dealership service in 40 years of my experience. Made an appointment to have a known clunking issue with the sprinter van repaired, there is a bulletin out on it and I was told by the service advisor that they had done the repair successfully before. So I chose this dealership over many in the area.Firstly upon arrival I waited for the late service advisor to arrive to work. I was waiting for the van so I asked her to come tell me what other things were going to be done, recall etc. and how long it would take. Never saw her again. She never came out to update me the entire 8.5 hours I was waiting. I texted her at the end of the day to ask when is my van going to be done and she came to finally talk to me in person, that it was not done but I could take it which would compromise the loctite from bonding. Also the prop shaft needed to be replaced. It needed to be ordered. They sent me back to my hotel in an Uber. I told them to keep me updated on the parts arrival, that never happened and neither did the call for the van work being done. I just happened to be walking by on my way to Wholefoods and saw my van sitting out front. The advisor even had the gumption to say she was just calling me. That did me no good as I was in a hotel day to day $620 waiting for updates. No respect for my time! The best part is they didn’t fix the clunking issue as they falsely stated on the receipt. So I consider this service department the worst I have dealt with in my 40+ years of dealing with cars. Total hacks! Makes me think why they replaced the prop shaft under warranty???? They wasted my time and money! Never again this dealership!
If you are seeking professionalism and a pleasant experience, do not expect this from service advisor Anthony Salani. There was an unfortunate incident that occurred during my first visit to the service department in early September. I will spare the details, but I would never expect this treatment from an employee of a Luxury Brand such as Mercedes-Benz. Just poor customer service overall. The Service Department Manager was informed and it has been addressed, but it never should have transpired in the first place.
Mike Stoops is the BEST here!He will make sure everything is perfect to your satisfaction before allowing you to leave. If not, he will make it right. I’ll purchase every car from this dealership from now on simply because of their service bay and options on cars!

(back then it was called Schumacher Mercedes) The service has always been excellent, and all my service advisors have had EXCELLENT product knowledge.They never pressured me to get repairs done I didnt absolutely need, and always provided a loaner car. I belong to the Mercedes Benz Club of North America, and this entitled me to a discount which was greatly welcomed!EVERYBODY at the dealership is just amazing, and I speak as a 16 year customer.

I broke down around dinner time and waited for AAA two hours and upon arrival the tow truck wasnt sufficient. With my husband in a wheelchair and it getting later, AAA notified us it would have to wait until the next morning. Deciding to call Mercedes Benz was the the only option and I wish I would have initially called. At 11 pm Mercedes dispatched a company. That tow service was outstanding, walking me through placing the car into neutral. They took the car to the North Scottsdale Mercedes. From the moment I called Mercedes Roadside Assistance to the time I picked up my car, Mercedes was absolutely exceptional in every way possible! I am in complete awe of the service and experience. I am a customer for the rest of my life. Thank you!
