Where do I start with Kelvin!!??? What an amazing person overall. I loved how persistent he was without that aggressive persona. I was at first beyond overwhelmed and originally had turned down the deal. The next morning I reached out to Kelvin and decided to come back for the purchase. I recently moved from NY, my car had recall, and needed oil change. I called to schedule an appointment, is was very quick answer, closest date. Josh the person who I spoke to on the phone came out to meet me, I left my car, all the paper work was processed really quickly. When the car was ready, I got a call, came in, everyone friendly, smiling, making jokes like we all know each other for a long time. Josh were the BEST!! Highly recommended!!!

My mom came in traded her car .got approved Then a week later supervisor tell her shes not approved.then they rented a car for her while they see what they can do..knowing I wasnt approved.but tried to make it seem like they were getting her a car.so out of convenience they rented her a car that had flat tire.and no gas. Then got her to change her insurance right then and there and told her she was approve..then after that the sales man asks my mom out after stating he has a girlfriend..🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ .then made her late on her loan payment of her car she traded in...definitely looking into reporting this situation

The outstanding sales personnel is Faven. I give her 5 stars. She was consistently warm and customer sympathetic, plus answered every question. I was extremely tired and ill and she responded to me very effectively. Not so much the other personnel.Chief issue: the amount of time needed to process a fairly simple procedure. I and my friend companion were kept on at the facility a good four hours. Explanations were turgid. Add-ons were presented obscurely.I car is beautiful and I already love it.Thank you for helping me to get this vehicle. My suggestion: pick up on the human side of things, less on the corporate arm-twisting side.

As usual Bell Road Honda lives up to their “low bar of Customer Service”I would give a 1-star but my husband said the service advisor (Jeremy or Justin or Jason??) was a “good guy”. I went there to buy new CRV and told them my requirement and sales person was able to give Test drive in approx 15 minutes and was able to give me final price numbers too. Initially there were many Dealer options were there but then they explained me and showed me exactly what are those and why my car should have them.Then it was fair negotiation on those options and it was quick paper work and there was no pressure on me anytime . I liked my experience and would recommend it to anyone who want a fair & quick deal.

I don’t like their sales tactics or the customer service I received from their sales associate. I was however extremely impressed by the sales manager, Who although he couldn’t match an offer I had from another dealer. He did pay to get me a Lyft home, to make up for me being asked to come down by the sales associate so I could “negotiate the best deal”. The sales manager apologized and was very polite. It seems if you have an issue or feel wronged, they’ll make it right, and that says a lot. this is definitely where I’m taking my Honda for its next service.

Car needed immediate repair because A/C was destroyed. Contacted customer support online, they got my information and said they were going to contact me, they never contacted me. Decided to call in myself. They got my information again and took my car in for repairs the same day. Everything else went by smoothly.

Alan was very helpful and made sure our repair was done as soon as possible so that we could get back on the road.I did find the whole scheduling process to be a bit frustrating and annoying but I’m pretty sure this was completed by a contracted company. It took wayyyyy too long to find out if I would even be able to get an appointment as they first had to create an account for me. But that isn’t a reflection on Bell Honda, just the company who schedules for them.

We went there to buy car in June. Met a women name Heather. She was very rude and was not very willingly answering any questions and her speaking tone changed immediately whenever we asked any questions. she is miserably angry and is very rude. After then we met finance manager there, he was trying to push us with some insurance and we didn’t want it. When i said no. He said ‘your wife is the one who wears pant in the house’. Do better guys like seriously. May be you guys are used to bullying people to buy a car but that whole experience was horrible to us.

Overall my experience with Bell Honda was really good. We had a bit of a surprise on our trade in and we were able to work with them to finally make a deal. Our salesman Robert Jones was excellent and worked with us for nearly 5 hours to get everything taken care (we actually bought two cars which is why it was so long).They do apply a bit of pressure, especially with the extended warranties and dealer options which I am not a big fan of and it was a bit exhausting negotiating but they were extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to random people on the internet who might read this (as well as people I know in real life).They have a great selection but if you are on the website be sure to check if the car is in the Extended Location or something like that (it will say on the website when looking at the car). If it says Extended then it will not be at the dealer, and probably means it is at another dealer. Just an FYI always probably a good idea to call ahead and confirm.

We were pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly manner in which we were treated by the sales associate Fred.We called Bell Honda inquiring if they had a 2021 Honda CR-V hybrid on the lot. Fred said there was one available and he would have it ready for us to test drive when we arrived.About 10 minutes later, we met with Fred and he accompanied us on the test drive. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of our questions. We were also interested in the Toyota Rav-4 hybrid and he was able to give us some information about it as well. We told him we would like to test drive that before making our final decision. He directed us to the nearby Toyota dealership and gave us the name of who to ask for when we got there.After test driving the Rav-4, we decided we preferred the CR-V hybrid. We returned to Bell Honda to ask what we could get on our trade-in vehicles.Fred then found out that the CR-V that we test drove had been taken out for another test drive and sold while we are at the Toyota dealership. He promptly checked and discovered that the twin to the one we test drove would be arriving in a few days.In the finance department, we met with Robert and that was pretty streamlined and effortless. Like Fred, he was very knowledgeable and professional.In summary, we feel like we got a great deal on the brand new CR-V hybrid that was in transit, and Fred made us an awesome deal on our trade-ins.We would highly recommend Bell Toyota, and especially Fred, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Bell Honda is the worst place to get a car and to service your car. They couldnt fix what was wrong with my car. I took the car to my friend and he fixed my car with in five minutes. The service and sales department is very bad. The employees are not friendly. I would never ever buy or take my car for service at Bell Honda. The worst place to be.

To make a loooong story short, please save your time and money from Bell Rd Honda. Leased my 2021 Honda Pilot in May, and in June just within a month interior lights stop working. Made an appointment at their Honda Service Center, and they end up taking out the factory alarm my vehicle had installed because they said it was producing too Much energy causing the fuses to blow up. Sadly, I drive my vehicle the next day and interior lights STOP working once again. NOT only that!! I was charged for the alarm on my contract $1,000 dollars. I tried to get my money refunded and Spoke to Robert Garcia and he never got back to me. Overall, my experience with Bell has been STRESSFUL, and TIME consuming to say the least.

If there were an option for zero stars, I’d give it. Very disappointed with the rude, non communicative representatives here. Despite making an appointment for a specific date and time to see a specific car we planned to purchase (and having screenshots to reflect the conversation about the appointment) the folks here told us we essentially made up the entire thing. We absolutely understand the sales market right now is crazy, but when you drive 50 minutes from the other side of town and walk in the door planning to hand over $50k, the internet director should have more to say than her computer systems do all the talking and are therefore to be found totally blameless. The eye rolling was an added touch, which ensures we will never step foot back into Bell Honda.
