I found the perfect car for me here.

Lots of cars sold here with tempered odometers and SRS lights removed. They wont even announce at times that the mileage is not actual. If you are a new dealer, you better be real careful with this shady auction. Even the green light cars sold here have no actual guarantee. They also have people bidding on their own cars at times. I have gone here 3 times and do not plan to go back. Most cars here have hidden issues which the big dealers dont want to fix, so they drop it on the sheeps at this auction.

Buyer be weary, purchased 2 vehicles from them so far both are money pits, stay away from Alexandria motors Rick the dealer for them will rip you off, make promises to link you with trust worthy mechanics and never fulfill what he says. Arbitration socks very dismissive of any issues, Arturo- Rolland auto repair, one of their 3rd party mechanics does a shade tree service and will not repair vehicle charge you and when you tell him about service he does nothing to remedy problems.

I bought a car paid in full and you took it from us. My wifes car. She is a disabled Vet...I hope your happy with yourelves!! Dont buy a car from this place...its her only car she can get in and out it took us all day to decide what would be best for her and this is how we treat our Vets! Im not thinking so...you should pay back everyone you screwed through the other dealer...

I dislike there staffEspecially there security squad literally the most unprofessional team I have ever seen . They use fear tactics to try and enforce there non existent policies on paying customers.The management staff could care less if you are unhappyIts more like a FACTORY then an auctionCARS CONSISTENTLY GETTING MESSED WITH SENSORS DISCONNECTED, AUCTIONEERS CUT YOU SHORT AND CLOSE SALES MOST TIMES WITHOUT SAYING GOING 1, TWICE, SOOOLD THEY JUST SAY SOLD .Overall my general experience here as a customer and as a buyer have not been that great I use them because they are close and have great incentives for dealers that use WESTLAKE FINANCIAL ETCThere car selection is good but this place needs work and it doesnt look like its going to get an overhaul anytime soon 😑Try it before you judge it Im just giving my opinion 🤷

When you sell vehicles you should cover ends!!! I was told you were not supposed to repo any more vehicles but you stole mine from me last night!!! Great job for screwing your fellow American Vets!

Theres something shady going on here with this auction. They floated over $500k in inventory to Arizona Road Trip Auto LLC without titles who in turn sold these vehicles without titles to unwitting consumers. The dealer then didnt pay the auction but still kept all of the money from consumers and kept promising titles saying that it was due to a delay with the AZ DMV.Then last night the auctions repossessed a lot of the vehicles without warming from people who didnt even purchase them from the auction!Now the dealer is filing bankruptcy and is closing shop.And to add insult to injury the dealer is also being prosecuted for rolling back odometer!All in all its a bad situation with a lot of innocent victims and the auction amd the dealer dont care one bit.

Im a little bit biased... This is where I work. That bring said. Its a great place to work. Auction day every Wednesday where dealers and aucioneers get together for great deals on a variety of vehicles.

I had a great experience with daa. They fixed my fender and blended the paint perfectly and quickly while giving me updates via text the whole time and that is optional. I would definitely recommend for body work.

I bought a 2002 Cadillac DeVille for 2500 from this place and when I left the lot not even 2 miles it started over heating Ive put another 1000 into fixing it pretty much lost out on it all. Never buying a car from an auction ever again.

Haven’t gone to pick my car up yet cause the lady on the phone this last Friday failed to inform me that they close early on fridays. Do to her not telling me and not getting my car, I missed my fathers funeral today. I told them of this and they had no concern with helping me even offered to pay extra for someone to meet me down at the yard so I could make it today. And still they didn’t care. I’d give them the worst rating possiable. And advise anyone to not experience what I’ve gone through. Go somewhere else

Cars are no good and service STINKS!! Bought a car and had it SOLD but these IDIOTS had put less miles on the back of the title than what was stated on the front of the title and I lost the sale!!! I wouldnt go back there even if I wasnt planning on buying!!!
