We had an amazing experience. Petros went out of his way to make the transaction remarkable. This was a last minute thing as we did not like the Granturismo we were going to buy. Petros stayed late, then picked us up the next day on his day off to complete the paperwork.

Very disappointed in the way Im treated; when I take my vehicle to be serviced. My car should be returned to me in the condition it was when I drove on the lot or better. This is the second time my carpets have been stained with oil and damaged. Also, I hate playing the race card but there is preferential treatment to none African Americans here. They are the only game in town when you own these types of vehicles but I will not settle for substandard customer service at these prices.

Took my Maserati Ghibli in for routine service and what I got was more than just some “wrench crankin, here ya go, be on your way” service. Russell was in constant communication with me regarding my concerns and related information from the technicians flawlessly. I will be bringing my Levante here, without doubt.

I had the opportunity to work with Chad Morgan and his team at Scottsdale Ferrari/Maserati and they were the definition of white glove service. They took care of all of our needs and delivered on everything I was looking for throughout the process. If you are in the market for a new or used car, especially in this market, I highly suggest working with them!!

Great dealership and service. Got gum on the carpet 3 days after we picked up our Maserati Levante. Brought it in and within 5 minutes it was detailed and like new. No hassle, no problem. Great experience.

Stay away; this dealership sold me a lemon new maserati it has been in shop since purchase and dealership has not repaired, claimed to do so and has taken money from me for simply trusting the dealership to legitimate, simply because it was a higher scale dealer. This is completely incorrect. Please make sure to get a scan report on all new vehicle otherwise; you may get stuck with a 70k lemon like me. I would advise choosing a alternate dealership if you do not want to be defrauded

Patrick was amazing. This was easily the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had. David took me on my test drive and he was great as well. I didn’t spend any unnecessary time at the dealership. The price was great, the car is amazing, and there was absolutely zero pressure. I would give this dealership 10 stars if I could.

Enjoyed working with this dealer. Most people despise car dealerships and the entire car buying experience. Although I’m not a fan of Penske owned dealers, this one wasn’t bad. The sales process was down to earth and relaxing. Walk next door to Range Rover, also owned by the same company, and its a completely different experience. I have done business with both and although I liked my Range Rover, I would buy another Maserati simply because it was just a better customer engagement. Keep doing what you are doing! Thumbs up 👍🏻

Consistently very lackadaisical and slow service scheduling. Would not consider buying another vehicle from penske. I have had recurring strut and suspension issues with my Maserati Gibli S. The suspension and strut issue was addressed in 2019 and also before since I owned the vehicle. It’s not safe to drive the car with the suspension issues. I have been provided a date almost a month out to May 17 th. I have no complaints about the employees. I believe the policy is driven by the ownership.

Had the pleasure of working with Patrick OHara recently. I purchased a Maserati Quattroporte and the process was pain free and we were able to put a deal together quickly. Other staff members were warm and welcoming every time my wife and I visited. I had been there with clients several times over the years and always felt the staff went above and beyond and now as a client myself I was glad to see that hadnt changed. Took my care in 2006 Maserati Quattro engine code fault would not pass emissions the they cope the car found 2 coil packs defective so I gadsden the replace 6 coil pack clear all the code and check the transmission and fill with fuild and checkAs a bonus they took it to emissions for me, an i did not expect that at no charge to me, and same me timeI thank Russell and his his tecks knowledge .The bill was fair, the car was cleaned and washed when I picked it upAnd drove like a different care like newIf you have a Maserati or Ferrari this is the place to take it, you will not be sorryThank you again Scottsdale Maserati

Worst place DO NOT GO THERE! Bought an $80k Maserati went to parts dept. And asked for 2 license plate screws parts guy came out and said we dont normally carry that then walked away...I thought he was going to look for some which you they have how else are they putting plate on when one is purchased the guy never even came back he left me sitting there for 15 minutes! I will never purchase a car from them again due to that parts salesperson horrible customer service. Hoping a GM sees this hate to see them lose more business over a $2.00 license plate screw.

From sales to service, their customer service is top notch! Lonnie sold us a Levante in 2017 and we still keep in touch! Russell in service always keeps me updated how my service apptmt is coming along. So far, I have only needed routine service and a couple of chip windshield repairs so I love the quality of Maserati thus far. Would definitely recommend and will buy from them again!

I felt like the salesman didn’t want to work with me and give me the time of day. I requested to do a test drive and I had to be the one to make conversation and he didn’t talk at all. Other colleagues wouldn’t introduce themselves or make me feel welcomed. It made feel like they didn’t care. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone that wanted to buy any car on their lot.

Everyone at Scottsdale Maserati is professional, honest, and fair. Ive found their explanations very detailed and helpful and, while there is usually a negative stigma with dealership service, I havent had any problems, issues, or complaints with Scottsdale Maserati. Mick is especially personable and knowledgable, which makes the experience very enjoyable.

Very easy to deal with and reasonable! We bought a used vehicle from out of state and all paperwork, etc. was handled immediately and professionally. Had everything I needed to get my title and the Toyota Highlander was exactly as presented! David Mase and his crew were a pleasure to work with and they even threw in a car detail and tires! My car was due for annual service, before going to the scheduled appointment I called the dealership and enquired about loaner vehicle availability. I was told that the vehicle was available. After going there, I was told that loaner vehicle is not available and they can provide a vehicle from enterprise. I gave my maserati for service, i got a rental from enterprise. No big deal.. After everything is over, i see that enterprise charged my credit card. I called and asked, they said they charged for insurance which i did not sign up. Enterprise just added it without my consent. Instead of wasting my time explaining them that i have my own insurance, i am writing this review. Time well spent even though i lost money.
