I usually dont write reviews, but those I found are a little bit deceiving. I went to this location few times and unfortunately, it didnt get better. Dont get me wrong... if you plan to come in, grab some basic stuff and leave, youll be fine. But if you need any sort of help, forget it. Out of three people in the store, the guy is nice and may be of help, but hes usually not around. There is two other ladies, but forget about getting any assistance. The lady is not helpful and I noticed its not only my issue. Many of the stuff are placed behind the counter and you cant really see or access it. If you happen to somehow see something you want, she will show it to you from behind, but keep her hand on it. Not sure if they have issue with shoplifting, but I for sure dont appreciate being treated like some type of shampoo thief. If you like to feel like a bother, its a place for you. In case you would like to get some hair, shell pick the most expensive set in whatever color, length and style and call it a day. Its very hard to explain what you want, not sure if its because of the language barrier or just lack of interest. Make sure to check what you actually got, because she will pick it and proceed to the check out and there is no returns or exchange. Its like they want to charge top dollar with bottom customer service. Even tho the selection may look nice, there is also issue with a lot of stuff being expired, so check your dates. Overall, if youre looking for some basic stuff and happen to encounter the owner, you may be fine. Otherwise, forget it and find different location.

I looked for hair products and everything I picked up was expired shampoo n conditioners.also brought dye after I asked for help and went home did exactly what they told me to and it didn’t even work. Won’t be going here again. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!

They have a lot to choose from they are very helpful and after going to about ten different places we decided to check them out and we left there with everything we were looking for so from now on when it come to beauty supplies this will be the first place I go I have no problem driving from Levittown pa as today was my first time shopping there and Im sure it will not be my last the people that run the store are about the friendliest sales people I have met in a long time keep up the good work

They dont sell enough variety in their hair tl.. Most of the braiding hair only comes in one color.. They over price the cheap human blend hair as well.
