This is definitely one of the worst stores Ive ever been to, racial profiling by your own people. As soon as I walk into the store they need to follow me around, I hate it Dont come here if you can

Front end staff and store over all appearance is good. The pharmacy is a mess....young female staff not train to deal with general public. I had several visits where I wish I had drove to another location. I ended up transferring my prescription....so would not have battle with staff to give them my business.My last visit staff started a fight with me...calling me names.because I call her out for not completing my order.

This Walgreens location is cool, cashiers are customer-friendly and patient.

I called this pharmacy to clarify a medication dose. No one answered the phone after 15 minutes of waiting, nor do they have a separate line for doctors offices. Bad experience. Seems like they are understaffed, though pharmacist was apologetic.

I will forever be a customer@ Walgreens on Germantown and Chelten . The store is always clean, customer service out standing and their is always great buyes going n. They sell just about everything you need. Walgreen my favorite place to shop.

I have been on hold for 45 minutes with the pharmacy. I have never experienced this with any Walgreens.

Umm these are perhaps the most unethical pharmacists I have ever dealt with. And they werent even reprimanded after a complaint to corporate I had to suffer 7 days without my meds on several occasions, and their pharmacist even insisted on playing doctor refusing to fill a medication if my doctor didnt prescribe me something he the pharmacist felt was necessary for my treatment plan, then out of the blue he filled one prescription months later and said I no longer can fill your meds because i dont/ feel like you are getting better, what? Didnt know pharmacists were qualified to make such determination or authorized to intervene in your care when its unwanted and allowed to violate HIPPA without repercussions. They like to play god and I had to travel to 83 and that is not an exaggeration to get my< insurance verified preauthorized vetted meds... backed by ample documentation fromcertified medical professionals> before I could get a pharmacy to fill all my medication because of new PDMP, each of 83 pharmacies told me to go to where I had been getting it filled or basically back to this fresh hellhole. I SHOULD HAVE SUED THEM.

Horrible customer service. Incompetent sales associates. Did know where the item I was looking for was located and did not bother to help. (3 separate sales associates) I do not recommend going to this location

The pharmacist looks very dirty and she is very rude and the assistant DO NOT KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING and very unprofessional. They hung up on me 3 times my doctors office left 3 messages with a prescription for me she kept saying it was not anything called in for me. I know it was because they called the Walgreens right in front of me. HORRIBLE. Please change the staff in the pharmacy department.

All I know is that the employee named Shakeema is very rude and have poor customer service. She does not great the customers and her tone is harsh will be speaking to a store manager.

Do not fill your scripts there. The pharmacy techs are slow moving motor mouth young girls.

Wont answer phones. Waited for 20 minutes.
