A lot of brands including black owned businesses. Very friendly/helpful staff. Best place to shop since I am a MUA and they have deals and affordable products. Highly recommended

Very bad experience. I came in for eyebrow services but someone was in the chair at the time. I told the cosmetologist that I’ll just look around while I wait. There’s no seating area so I wasn’t going to stand in their faces. I went to the perfume section and immediately security moved closer to me. At first in eye view and then directly in the perfume section. I ended up just leaving. That made me not even want the eyebrow appointment. If the issue is loss prevention please come up with another way to do that so you don’t lose customers and everyone can shop in a comfortable setting.

I agree. Very negative vibes. They close at 7:00 but lock the Market St. entrance over an hour earlier. I walked around to the indoor entrance and was met with Stone face security guard blocking my way into the main isle and a sales person behaving the same manner. Absolutely NO GREETING just intimidating body language. They followed me everywhere wearing mirrored shades ! I wouldn’t buy anything from these miserable people !

I love this place. The staff is so friendly and Erin is the bomb - translated to mean: very kind ... so helpful, so very kind. By the way folks ... check out the PRINCE COLLECTION. Clasdic & Chic - get it before its gone.

The Best Store at the Shopping District Mall. My personal favorite. Well lit and well stocked. They even have their own hair salon. Way to go Ulta!! JKM.

My daughters and I were followed around like we were stealing. I will not patronize this store ever again.

The employees followed me everywhere and I do not steal nor do I believe I look like I do. I spend so much money in this store its unbelievable and uncalled for to be treated like such.

I went in to find good makeup for my daughter who has sensitive skin and loves color. They were so friendly and nice. They suggested several brands, even did a mini consult over a video call and told me she can call or ask questions anytime and to bring her in next time Im in Philadelphia!

Great Place overall. I love that it seems to be two stores in one: Whole Foods-Non-edible and Sephora cosmetics, it is well lit, nice and bright (which I happen to love). All sorts of hair products and cosmetics . Beside all of that, they have their very own, on the premise hair salon. As I said...Great Store. One of my favorite.😄💝. JKM.

This was the first time I’ve been to this location. The store is laid out beautifully as other locations. But the staff and security are like security on steroids!!! Im a female and I felt so uncomfortable! Especially by the security men in a store who’s merchandise is geared mostly towards women. I couldn’t even concentrate on shopping. I love Ulta, but I may not be going to this location again!

Creepy in there. People greet you just to take a temperature to see if you steal or not. Not very comfortable to shop. Rather order Ultra on line.

I purchased an item and requested a receipt via email. I never got the receipt and they refused to provide a refund despite it being two days after the initial purchase at the same register after speaking to the same person that initially rang me up and the unhelpful manager.

Clean and organized. Helpful staff plus the lightning was on point 😍.

This new location is amazing. They had just about every brand that I was looking for as well as some unexpected ones. There is a brow bar, hair salon and full makeup station available here. I’m not sure about how appointments work but I would call or go online for availability. It can take a while to look through everything so plan to spend about 30 minutes if you want to check out each aisle of makeup, hair and self care products. The staff are super sweet and helpful as well. If you need help with color matching or a product selection, they should be able to help you.

If you like attention & wanna be stared at while you’re shopping & not stealing, come here 😍🙄 so annoying and uncomfortable.

It’s a nice store with a good selection and it’s brand new. More than anywhere else, at Ulta I find myself trying to explain what I’m searching for with mixed success but the girl at this store made a valiant attempt to help me. So far I’ve had a good experience at this location.

This is a great store at an amazing location. They have a good variety of products and stock as compared to the walnut Street store. The reason for giving 3 stars is the staff. I visited this place twice and both times had bad experience with the staff.The staff is arrogant, non accommodating. Honestly, it felt as if they are doing me a favour by billing me. The lady at the register didnt even listen to my concern.I tried calling Ulta but it was 29 minutes call wait. For a new store, they should have a courteous staff as it helps build customer relation.But if we ignore the staff, its a good place to shop as this has lots n lots of brands.

First of all this is the first time that went to this location for my hair. I will never ever recommend anyone I mean anyone . It has very bad vibes and the staff are not welcoming. I work for a major airline and went to this location for a color and style and was not happy with the service and the price was high. The color did no hold it for the first time, They wanted to come back they colored and and then they told me not to come back again., I have all the right to ask. Called Ulta headquarters and explained it to them they said that is no how they operate. They do not have to tell me twice because I am not coming back. The salon manager and the GM are the ones who told me not to come back. I am not not comfortable in that location they are not welcoming. VERY BAD VIBES
