Usual selection of stuff at CVS. Good service. Convenient.

It is better than the one around Chestnut street but getting help from associate is difficult. You have to find them like playing treasure hi I within the store and they never greet at all .

I was there to pick up few items, but due to closing time and me not aware of locations, I was finding it hard.The staff name Laurel was very very kind and helpful because she did not only helped me to find the locations but was taking me to every aisle itself.I want to thank her and wish her all the very best for her future.

Good selection for a center city drug store. Friendly pharmacy staff too. I walk further to go to this location versus other options that are closer.

I’ve been a frequent customer since this location open! The staff from the Pharmacy to the front end has been nothing but amazing! Drop buy and use some of your CVS bucks and receive service with a smile!!!

I cant get over how convenient the location is. The only issue I have is the slow checkout here. I hope that this location will get a few self-serve kiosk in the near future. It would really help with the hustle and bustle of the center city crowd.

The past three times I have been a customer at this location, I had patiently waited in line only to have other customers walk up in front of me, to be helped before me. Today, i stood up for myself to two gentlemen who were helped before a line full of people (the next immediate customer in line before me was an elderly woman) who argued with me while management watched. Its was a disgrace that the cashier allowed two young, able body men to cut in front of an elderly, and several other customers-while the store manager watched. They have 0 respect for customers here. I will be taking my business to Rite Aid

I wanted to buy a prepaid gift card and charge it. I do this so I can shop online without using my own credit cards. I had proper I.D. but the cashier said I had to pay cash. Not true I have bought them there on credit before . The Manager was rude and obnoxious. I walked to the CVS two blocks away on Chestnut St. and had no issues at all . negative 10 stars

Ive been coming here for years and never had an issue up until recently. I went to drop off a prescription and was forced to wait while richard and his assistant answered multiple phone calls and filled medicine. They acknowledged I was there but still made me wait for an unreasonable time. Once seen the assistant was extremely rude as if I interrupted her day. I asked a simple question since Im unfamiliar with the pharmaceutical industry and how my refill was delayed. She immediately got an attitude and continued to demean me in front of other customers. Please learn better customer service, cvs should not be a hostile place to pick up medicine or ask prescription related questions.

The cashiers have kept my change several times without me telling them to do so and they give weak bags that break a block away from the store and all your stuff falls on the ground. but one time I went in and Africa by Toto was playing so its all ok I think. 3 stars.

Good location and nice addition to the city however the store should extend their hours being open earlier in the morning for the nearby office workers who start at 8 am. This store should open at 7 am not 8 am!
