Dani (the manager) is so, so incredibly kind and helpful. I went in looking for a foundation (I’ve never had a MAC foundation before so I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for) and she helped me find the absolutely most perfect foundation for my skin possible. Not only that, but she took the time to apply it, along with their magical moisturizing and setting spray, and basically did my whole face (blush, powder)- making me feel prettier than I have in a long time. I wish I could have bought everything she used on me because DAMN I loved it all. But, Im totally happy with what I got- the foundation and the spray. The store itself is super nice, clean and organized. The other girl working there whose name I didn’t catch was also amazingly sweet. So if you’re looking for great products, a chance to chill out for a few minutes AND want to interact with some amazing people please check out the MAC store by the B/C terminals while you’re in the Philly airport.10 out of 5 stars.

I travel fairly often on weekends and always buy my Mac at the PHL store. The staff is so helpful and friendly and they love to give touch ups and tips to make my travel experience that much better. The new manager is awesome!

My wife and I were attended by a very nice young black girl on end of January. A shame I forgot her name. We were at several Mac stores before, but we have never been treated so well and nice as for that girl that day. We were not going to buy anything as we were just looking and killing time waiting for our flight, but we end up buying 2 or 3 things. God bless her.

I had a great experience at this retail location. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store, but left alone for a few to browse on my own. When I needed help the young lady came right over. I was looking for a nice read lipstick for the holiday. I usually wear Ruby Woo but I wanted a longer wearing liquid lipstick. She showed me a few options, with and without lipliner. When I decided on a color she offered to put on the color just to be sure I was happy with the matte wear. I browsed around the store and found a few other things. I went to check out and was pleasantly surprised to be told that I qualified for 25% off and a free mini lipstick. She even updated my account so I would get all my points. Needless to say I was very happy. She spent about 20 mins with me during the whole encounter. Thanks MAC for great service.

MAC has always been a pleasant place to shop and if you need to get your makeup or lashes done, I would recommend them as your 1st stop. After todays horriable experience in the Philadelphia Airport, MAC has truly downgraded their service when they hired a location manager by the name of Deneka. I should have known where my service was headed when I entered the store at 7:02 A.M. on November 30, 2018 only to find her putting her own makeup on and appeared to have an attitude that she had a customer who was requesting lashes. Along with the lash strip I purchased lip gloss and blush which will be returned as soon as I arrive back in Philadelphia on Sunday. Deneka did my lashes and they looked as If an armature had done them with glue all over my personal lashes and even one side hanging off. It was very messy so to speak. My point in this review is that if lashes was a challenging area for her, all she had to do was state that. I walked out of the store and was going to just take them off even though I had just spent 18.00 just for lashes. But after deep thought I decided to go back and explain to her why I was dissatisfied. She was rude and told me there was nothing she could do. Because of her lack of knowledge to install, I did not want a redo and glue was all on the hairs of the just brought lashes. I just wanted a new pair and I would pay someone else who was more experienced to do so. When I asked her could I get the managers Information, I was overly surprised when she said it was her with such exaggeration, as I personally wouldnt want someone of her demeanor and character to manage any business and not be concerned with how you represent a brand. Needless to say, I left very unhappy!! I would rate a negative if that was an option!!

I felt as if I was interrupting them from their conversation. It’s customers that keeps the business going that Didn’t seem to phase them.I am a Mac customer for 20 yrs. I will never go here to buy anything!
