My experience was nice, the waiting room was comfortable, coffee and tea were available as well as vending machines filled with yummy snacks and beverages. The service was excellent, everyone that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. The wait time for the service to my vehicle was very tolerable, I was in and out within a reasonable time.

5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!!I walked into the quick lane center of Pacifico Ford a dejected mess. I had made an appointment at another Ford dealership for my inspection and was told when I arrived for my appointment that my wait time could be quite some time because we are backed up - (whats the point of making an appointment then?). After multiple poor experiences at the other Ford dealership in the last 6 months, I drove the 15 minutes to Pacifico and met my new best friends, Yasmine, Steve and James. Let me tell you, they took one look at me, handed me a soft pretzel and a coffee and said: Dont worry, Valued Customer, we got your back. They asked if a had a couple hours to wait because there was a line and after being told that no estimate of time was available at the other Ford dealership (even though I had an appointment), I was happy to sit in a quiet waiting room with a soft pretzel for 2 hours. Right on the dot, 2 hours later, I walked out the door with an inspection, a full stomach and caffeine to last me the rest of the day. If this is read by any manager of the Ford Dealerships, just a word of advice - your other dealerships in this area need help. It shouldnt be this hard to get a car worked on. Chuckling at a customers frustration after trying to explain to them the state of the industry of cars (by the way, Im in the transportation industry), and why said industry is impacting their ability to appropriately estimate a wait time is insulting. I vote with my dollar and Pacifico has it.

The experience with Pacifico Ford was truly amazing. Very friendly people and a very nice atmosphere. All the staff were polite and knowledgeable. I felt like a part of a very special family. My salesman Chris was awesome. No sales pitch or pressure. The whole process was so warm and comfortable. Thats were all my maintenance needs will be done. I cannot describe how I am feeling. Everything about my experience was great!!!! Jerry was a great salesperson. He wasn’t the typical pushy salesperson you are used to meeting. He was friendly and straight up with me. The manager Neal came to check on me multiple times to ensure my experience was going well. Even though he was very busy. They both made me feel comfortable while taking care of other people. I have been to multiple dealers in my life and this was the best experience i have ever had. I will definitely buy from Pacifico again!

Theyre the closest dealership to Center City. Dont really have a choice but to come here for service since other Ford service centers are out of the way. People are nice, but as far as bringing your car for service goes, Ive just come to terms that this place does the minimum required so they can move on to the next customer. As long as you dont come here expecting the level of attention to detail and customer care that you might get at other service centers, its just fine.

My appointment was as easy as placing an order at a Chic-Fil-a drive through for my car’s service needs; it took less than 10 minutes.The second highlight was the caring car service expert Matthew who went above and beyond to really make me happy. From the time I set my appointment, Mike the service guy was so helpful in answering all my questions before I came to get service done and once I arrived with my car. I needed to replace my oil dipstick and had the wrong part which wasnt their fault, but they were attentive to details and made sure to order me the right part and was able to get it the next day. All the service guys were very helpful, patient and professional. Bob did my diagnostic on my AC and was the only person who could tell me what was actually wrong with it after having three people look at it. I really appreciate the wonderful customer service that I received from these gentlemen. Thank you very much!

I called on a Thursday and left a message cause I wasn’t sure if I needed an appointment. I didn’t get a call back so I just showed up Saturday morning hoping to get an inspection and emission done on my car. I didn’t have a ride home so I waited. There was a few people also waiting. After about an 1 1/2 - 2 hours the guy at the counter called my name. My car was done already. I also ended up getting a nice discount cause of a Ford for life thing cause I bought my car there. I would definitely take my car back there. It was cool inside and there was tea and pretzels for those who waited. The free WiFi always helps to past the time too. Everyone was nice and answered the few questions I did have.

Fast and friendly service. Had a nail in my tire and from out of town working. Dropped truck off and had it back within 2 hours. Great turnaround.3rd time in since being in the area. Had oil and fuel filter changed, repaired linkage on my steering and check all fluids. Getting ready to pull my RV back to MO, thankful for a great place to take care of my truck needs.

I setup an appointment weeks in advance for an 11am oil change and tire rotation. They didnt get it done until 3:30. What is the point of having an appointment at a certain time if youre not going to get to it until 4 hours later? Its frustrating when its such a quick basic service, Ill look for somewhere else to go next time.

If you’re in to having your time wasted and being lied to, bring your car or truck to Pacifico Ford. I dealt with Paul Ruben who unfortunately was not helpful or considerate of my time at all. Paul over talked while I tried to explain my situation.I also scheduled an appointment earlier today where I was sent a text confirmation of appointment,but when I got to Pacifico Paul Ruben or anyone else had no record of appointment. I was told “your appointment is with “quick lane”. Went to quick lane they told me go back to Pacifico we don’t have you scheduled here either plus I’m short two mechanics today . Seen Paul Ruben he tells me “you scheduled with Hyundai, their the only ones who give out half hour appointments plus our call system is out of wack and thats why you talked to someone from Hyundai and not Ford. I like Ford trucks but I can see how dealing and interacting with an employee like Paul Ruben would make a consumer want to switch to check out the competition.

TL;DR: If you are looking to service your Ford vehicle, do NOT take it here!! I would give them 0 stars if it were possible!I am extremely unsatisfied with my experience at Pacifico, and I will never be returning to this dealership for service. I really wish it hadnt ended up this way, but I cannot stress enough how frustrating my service experience has been.At the end of June 2021, I noticed my air bag light had come on. I took my car to Pacifico in July 2021. The service crew noticed that a rat had chewed through the wires in my car and were able to replace them with no difficulty. My insurance covered the cost, and I thought I was done with Pacifico - a pleasant experience. However, I was extremely wrong. As soon as I returned home, I noticed that the service team did not do a thorough inspection of my car. In fact, I found that the rat had eaten through the ceiling of my upholstery as well as the rear seatbelt. While I understand that I did not know these were concerns when I took my car to Pacifico, I would think that any service appointment would include a thorough inspection of my vehicle, especially since it was clear that a rodent had damaged the car. I am frustrated that I did not notice these things and neither did the service technicians. Thus, I made another appointment to return to have the seatbelt replaced.Little did I know that this one seatbelt would take FIVE visits to Pacifico to replace. Worse yet, I stupidly paid for the seatbelt in advance, so I have been out the full cost of the replacement since July. The seatbelt was not fixed until SEPTEMBER 24, and so I can now finally bill my insurance for the cost. This is absolutely unacceptable. The first few visits, I had Pacifico call a car service take me back to my home. What a waste of time!!! Each time the Pacifico-provided Lyft dropped me off at home, I received a call indicating that my car could not be fixed. This translates into multiple hours in transit that I could have been working, paired with at least another 5-8 hours sitting in the lobby missing work. The number of work hours alone I have missed because of the parts departments ineptitude must be somewhere around 12 hours. The only compensation I received for a $500 part was a $50 credit, a measly 10% of the full cost.It should not take FIVE visits for a simple seatbelt! I understand that parts are difficult to order, but the number of times I came in and the part did not fit or was SENT BACK without my knowledge is absolutely unacceptable. If a dealership cant even order the right part for their own branded vehicle, what can they do? I have to admit that I was too patient throughout this experience and should have raised the issue sooner with a manager, but again, this is not my responsibility to manage their employees!

Worst service I won’t be returning my dashboard wasn’t leveled correctly because my car started to sound staticky, trash left inside my car, oil residue on my seats. I came here for the airbag recall and I was told it was going to take 4 hours and it’s way beyond the time they tell you they don’t tell you much about the service they are doing to your vehicle only bits and pieces this dealership needs to get held accountable for their actions I won’t be returning you guys lost a customer. It’s ashame because this is my first car and I’m a young driver it’s like they add more problems to your car I was better off getting service elsewhere.

The best service experience Ive had in Philadelphia. From start to finish, Kaley our service advisor, went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and taken care of. She was patient, friendly and efficient.One of the issues we have had in Philly with having our car worked on is transportation to and from the garage. Kaley organised an Uber for us to Enterprise to pick up our rental. Pacifico will organise an Uber to and from your service appointment, which is unlike other places we have had our car worked on at. We will only be taking our car here from now on.

My experience with Neal B & Jerry during a recent vehicle purchase was fantastic. Jerry walked us around the lot on a cold night and was very patient and honest with our questions. The best part was how he let us do our thing and didn’t apply any sort of pressure throughout this whole process which is always a worry. He set us up with a couple test drives and answered all our questions afterwards. After making our selection on a great used SUV, Neal also helped us out with figuring out payment options/plans. He provided us multiple scenarios with great clarity and even had the patience with us when we looked into another vehicle. Nice new windshield, today: however, not happy that a replacement was needed 😦; got new wipers last month at annual inspection: installer cracked a perfectly new front window when they let the wiper arm snap down against the glass with no rubber blade on, and it didnt show with the hood closed, until it spread a few weeks later across the entire window 😩. Be wary of Quick Lane.

I love my new car! Mike told me that he never had a customer walk away disappointed and I thought I would prove him wrong by my indecisive choices especially when he came up with these numbers I didnt approve of. I finally by a new car this past September a 2020 ford explorer, and I have not been please. I have presently have an issue with my tail light going out, this was after a month after buying the car. It took 7 weeks to replace it, an 7 weeks later it out again. If you are like me, you buy a new car for peace of mind, for awhile. My recommendation dont buy a Ford Explorer right now...Im now being told it could be, maybe 2 weeks for a redesign taillight...SMFH...one star is being kind...buyers beware.

My experience could not have been better. I was from out of town - came out in the morning to get my car to did put it had been towed. After getting the car from the tow place (not a good experience) I started driving and noticed a warning wrench icon that service manual indicated could have been a transmission issue. Worries that maybe the tow wasn’t done correctly and the transmission was compromised and knowing I had a 500 mile trip ahead of me - consider myself lucky to be in front of Pacifico Ford. I pulled in and from the minute I got out of my car I was treated with respect and courtesy. Paul Rubin the service manager was honest and said he would fit me in and kindly let me know it might be a wait because they had a power outage and half the lifts weren’t working and a full schedule of repairs. I was assigned an advisor Kaylee who gave me her cell and a link to track my car. They were upfront with the cost to evaluate the car (which was reasonable). Clifton was the lane supervisor who helped me get my car registered and he was genuinely nice.It only took an hour and a half. And during that time I had wifi to get work done, a selection of coffees to choose from and a warm Philly pretzel! Also during that time I witnessed three people be treated with respect by the service techs - all being told there wasn’t anything seriously wrong with their cars - made me feel good that I too would get an honest answer. Which I did. Car was safe to drive and I got back on the road.

Every single I’ve been to this place for service, it’s terrible waiting time is always way beyond the time you’re told. The bill always end up beyond what you come in for. The only good side is dealing with Kaley Gowe who make sure that customers are okay. Other than that it’s the worst. Unfortunately lost a customer.
