In 2017 I bought a Chrysler vehicle and they were hospitable. But recently the engine light turned on. I took it in to get it checked out, they simply ignored me. I went across the street to Hyundai and they helped me out with sorting the issue and told me my warranty was still valid. Next vehicle Ill be purchasing will surely be from them.

I bought a car elsewhere and only had a three month warranty so I took my car to this jeep on Essington Avenue for a full diagnostic. After discussing with a worker one of the things I was concerned about, I was told to tell the service person. When I got my car back three hours later I was told I needed to update to my transmission and module. I asked about the checklist for my car I was told they don’t do full diagnostics they only look into what you tell him is wrong. What do I know about cars? My car is still doing the same thing I’m no closer to the answer but $290 poorer. I suggest if you want something done and you don’t know much about cars you should take your car somewhere else. I was warned that they were lazy but I didn’t listen and I paid for it. They are friendly with free drinks that’s why they got 3 stars!!

I strongly recommend against going to this dealership for service. I had an appointment for my car to get serviced due to an odd noise and recalls. I spent $25 on an uber to get to work as this is my only vehicle and was told (both when I made the appointment and by the person who checked me in) that the car would be done by the end of my workday. I then got a call at 3pm the day I dropped the car off saying it would not be done. When I asked if they had done any work, they said no. They asked to keep my car which I cannot do since it is my only vehicle (as I already told them). So now I have to take another $25 uber back. So I am out $50 and my car has had nothing done. If you dont have enough staff to service cars, dont make appointments for people promising same day service. Have some respect for the customer and let us decide ahead of time if the risk of not having your car done on time is worth it.

I give two stars because getting a car here was an easy experience, of course because I was giving them money. Now that I am no longer assets (not getting them any money) when I called for copies of my paperwork I was told it’ll be emailed to me the next day. That was 6 days, 4 phone calls, 2 voicemails, 1 chat on website with a rep, & 1 text with a rep ago and I STILL DON’T HAVE MY EMAILED PAPERWORK.

I’m a night shift worker and he worked around my schedule so I could sleep when most deals are happening. This was an awful experience and I would recommend anyone take their car to this dealership. The customer service I received was awful and the representative was rude and incapable at doing his job. I came in for a diagnostic and was charged 140 dollars. After having a car for two days I call for an update just to be told they are unsure of the problem and would need to further diagnose which would be an extra 200 dollars. So I basically paid to be told Idk But I’ll take some more of your money to possibly still be unsure. Idk what type of mechanics they have working here but they can’t be of quality if this is what’s happening. Btw this was my second time coming here and receiving this type of service. Just money hungry incompetent ppl. Pls beware of Benjamin that was my representative

Went there for my car inspection on 3/29/21. It is acceptable to me up to 3 hours of waiting time because I decided to wait. After 3 hour of the wait, I talked to the people at the counter why it was taking too long, and his response was “I told you it is going take a couple hours. People just love to wait here. You just need to be patient.” Yea, couple hours, again ACCEPTABLE! but not after 3 hours and my car wasn’t looked at yet for the service. There was these people in and out from their offices looked like to me they are supervisors or something saw me and a few other angry customers waiting but did not once bothered to say Hi or asked anything. Here is the good part, I saw those people (supervisors I think) talking and mingling with other customers whom of them are Whites. Also, some of the staffs did not wear their masks probably.To all fairness, the way the guy at the counter talked to me was the least of the issue. The real issue is why the dealer making too many of the appointments that they cannot handle. I’m sure service people at the back work hard to finish their jobs. Even so, the way the guy responded would be different if I don’t have coloured skin.

Our vehicle has been there 4 days, with no updates on the electrical and diagnostic issues we are having. There customer service is terrible, with the service department often blaming things on “people don’t want to work” or “we have a stack before your car” despite us making our appointment a month in advance. The manager also has not been helpful with “getting his people to do their jobs” and at one point we were told “we could pick it up and bring it elsewhere.” Unbelievable. This JEEP dealership stands out as the worst I’ve ever had to deal with and we plan to report this to Jeep’s corporate support line. Do better!

Last visited to Family, I never received a call when my service was complete.Statement written on my receipt (6.01.2021) is that I was called to pickup my Jeep at 3:23PM. I don’t understand you guys taking an appointment on Friday, telling me on Saturday it’s 50 cars ahead on me, tues it was 12 cars and get my car back on Thursday. This makes no sense having my car sit for 5 days including the weekend. This is the 2nd time this happened. Management need to come up with a better way to operate rather than store cars. Everyone don’t have access to more than one vehicle to have their car sit for 5 days. And my truck has to come back on Monday after paying $1500. Air conditioning was working when I dropped it off. Not working now.

Set me up for an appointment @830am on a Friday morning for service had to call them Saturday afternoon to see what was going on with my vehicle only for them to say they hadn’t looked at it yet so I’m asking what was the point of making an appointment if they weren’t going to even look at the vehicle. Tuesday after Labor Day no call or update. Wednesday afternoon I get a call finally telling me the issue with my vehicle and then they finally set me up with a rental because it would be another 3-4 days of them having my vehicle and that’s when it would be done. My appointment was for Sept 3rd didn’t get my vehicle back til Sept 14th smh. When I go to pick up the rental they put me in the smallest no frills vehicle they could (a Nissan Sentra) basic pkg mind u I drive a 21 Durango srt, so when I pick my vehicle back up it’s dirty and not clean. I’ll never take my vehicle back to this location nor recommend anyone to do so either. When I had my Infiniti I never had any issues taking it in for service @ Infiniti of Ardmore I would know that same day what the issue was and they’d have a loaner for me if needed. I definitely would’ve gotten my vehicle back clean and vacuumed. That’s the type of service a dealership should provide but I guess dodge is different unfortunately.

I took my car in for service, but it turned out the problem I was worried about, didnt exist. That was a relief! However, my windshield fluid light was on when I dropped it off. I would have thought when I returned to pick my car up, they would at least top off any fluids needed. Its bad enough you dont provide a shuttle or rental car when someone has to leave their vehicle. But to Uber twice there, and not see you guys do little things out of courtesy isnt appreciated. Just go the extra mile for your customers. Topping off windshield wiper fluid? Easy.

With an appointment there were 5 cars ahead of mine with only one service tech on shift for oil changes and inspection/emissions checks. Then they damaged a lug nut on the passenger side but informed me it was under warranty and they have been the only team to touch the lugs since new. All in all an 0800 appointment lasted until 1125 (3.5 Hrs) for an oil change and state inspection on a work day. So $60 oil change, $74.38 PA inspection and emissions, $44 tire rotation, plus 8% tax should have been a total of $192.65 but nope not here $214+ at an $21.34 up charge. I used the pricing for all synthetic oils with disposal as the baseline. Also they insist on an every 3000 mile oil change schedule for a Jeep that in 3 years has not seen 15000 miles. With full synthetic this should be a 8-10k oils change schedule. So extra wasteful money grab tactic. My lease will be us soon and this might make me walk away from Jeep.

I took my car for service and state inspection about a month ago and I left with a scratch on the right rear door, and I was told that the service manager was going to be in contact with me and it’s been over a month and I still have not received a call! The guy at the service desk took a picture of it and actually he’s the one that told me that the manager was going to call me 2 days after (Monday) since it was Saturday and the manager was off of work.. in addition, he asked the guy who checked me in and got my key in the beginning whether he saw any scratches when he checked me in and he said that there were no scratches! I am still waiting for the manager to call.Moreover, it took them around 4 hours for a quick service and state inspection!!

I made an online appointment about a recall notice I received.I was told it would take a few hours. I called late in the afternoon and was told it would be done in the next morning.The next morning I was told I was 9th in line. What? At 1pm it was not looked at yet. I needed my car and had to go without service.I rescheduled and had it back in about 3 hours. They told me my engine light would go out in about 350 miles. I drove over 500 miles already and the light is still on. It can not get an inspection sticker with the light on so now I need to go back again. Ugh.

Tim greeted us, pointed us in the right direction, and let us look at the vehicles in peace, but was also available for any questions we had. He worked with us on our trade and got us a great deal. Signing all of the paperwork as a breeze and we never felt pressured by the dealer to purchase anything that we didnt want. We have been a loyal customer of Family Dodge since 2005!!!! Your advertisement for discounts and incentives is nothing but FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! There was not 1 incentive was offered when running numbers to purchase, no offer to discuss leasing! This would have been our 7th car purchased from Family Dodge and there is NO LOYALTY given to repeat customers. There was no negotiation attempted it was basically take it or leave it! When asking about incentives we were told you basically have to be a pregnant marine to qualify.... great answer! He could not speak to the additional cash incentive or any of them for that matter. If this is how you treat repeat customers... There was no attempt or effort whatsoever to sell or lease the car. The advertisements are nothing but a ploy to get people to come and test drive. It is deceitful and complete false advertisement. I can guarantee you i will NEVER RETURN TO FAMILY DODGE IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT REPEAT CUSTOMERS! This is how a dealer should work! Great pricing and willing to negotiate on trades and new vehicles. They are massive so their ability to shop your trade if its not their own make was great for me as they shopped my Toyota to their Toyota dealer and got me a higher trade in value. They also let me custom build a truck that they didnt have available on their lot and then found that vehicle at another dealer and secured the truck I wanted from that dealer. Awesome. Above and beyond to make a deal.

They slow and dont like to answer customers questions and they dont like to listen to what the customer is telling them about their vehicles they want to tell the customer what they think is wrong with the vehicle and they have no way for customers to get home if they have to leave their vehicle there.Services is slow and some of the workers are rube and management is no help. I was there on 9/08/21 and the service guy Ben snatched a paper out of my hand because I was asking questions about my bill he got rude with me the service manager then in turn going to tell me that I need to be quiet and stop talking while his worker ben is still mouthing off at me because I was asking them questions on why they was charging me for certain things that I should not have been charged for the cashier I asked her to wash her hands because she was eating when I walked up to pay my bill she respond smartly and no one has contacted me or said anything about my issue with the service first of all they did work on my car and it was used parts all the parts had to replace them and then they was over charging me...hopefully l wont have to go back no time soon..

We just bought a Pro Master City from Jack Pascoe and our only regret is not going to him first! We initially went to Reedman Toll Dodge Ram in Langhorne and they had us wait there for 3 hours to tell us they’d call us Monday with a decision. They strung us along with excuses for 6 days. The next weekend we met with Jack at Essington Dodge Ram and we were able to put down a deposit and leave in under an hour and 20 minutes. He then drove the pro master 100 miles to get it to us within a few days because we wanted a van with no windows. He also quoted us a SIGNIFICANTLY lower price for the car than Reedman Toll right from the beginning. Jack literally took all the hard work out of it for us!

Ive had a 09 Dodge 6yrs. in good shape and have been going here since I bought it...For repairs, recalls and checkups. Usually we get good service. I was very disappointed this trip. First, they did a diagnostic to tell us what was defective and how much it would cost. I was upset... It was too high at the time so I got fixed what I could afford ...$2500.+... saved some money, took it back for the remaining repairs $1700+... The day we got it back, it ran well.. all seemed Great! The very next day, check engine light pops on. I call them, they said bring it back so we can take a look... ....so Im like, cool. We get another estimate of something ELSE wrong, they missed before, cause the light didnt tell them to check this area before $2200!! Are you serious?! I couldve just got ANOTHER CAR!! Needless to say, Im done, Im not putting another 2 grand in repairing this car!... I feel like we got ripped off!

Go see Vinny! He greeted me at the door and was an absolute blast to work with. I truly believe he was fair with my price, gave an explanation with every question and concern and even helped me with my insurance transfer. I’m moving from IL to PA, so it was a bit inconvenient. Vinny was incredible and I would highly recommend both him and the dealership to anyone! Thank you Family!

Went for service. Asked to wait out by my van to be checked in. After 5 1/2 minutes no one came so I went back inside. Service guy apologized and called for check in guy to meet me at my van. After that I checked in and went home to wait for call when they are finished.

I brought a 2021 Chrysler Pacifica and I didnt even get to drive it for 100 miles yet when I all the sensor came on. Came back to the dealer on Thursday they tell me my car be done Friday. Friday come they tell me it will be down by Monday. Ok so I wait to Monday I call Monday they tell me someone looking to see what wrong with it but y’all told me Thursdays that the part was order so you know what’s wrong with it already now they telling my it can take to June to fix it

I am currently sitting at the dealership. I called about getting an oil change this past weekend and was told if I came early I could sit and wait. When I came and interacted with Benjamin Cruz one of the service advisors, it was apparent that maybe he woke up having a difficult day. Once asking me if I was staying, and my reply was yes, he begin to raise his tone and badger me about the severity of the pandemic. He told me that no one was listening and I replied that I was told I could stay if I arrived early which I was the second car here. Then I was told that I would be serviced but I couldnt use the coupon for which I was serviced. I am very appalled and disappointed with the lack of customer service received by Benjamin Cruz. He definitely is not a good representation of the Jeep/Dodge Family.

I am writing in regards to my dissatisfaction of my experiences with this dealership. My dissatisfactions fall into two categories, COVID safety and overall customer service.I have been to this dealership on two separate occasions to retrieve my vehicle from being serviced. On both occasions, there were 4+ employees not wearing a mask and/or utilizing any protective gear. Additionally, the staff members that were wearing the gear were wearing them incorrectly and had their nose exposed.I first had my car serviced approximately two weeks ago. When I picked it up, they told me everything was good to go and that they had solved the issue. This recent Saturday, the same issue occurred and my car stopped working while I was driving. When I sent it back in, I called to confirm that the tow truck had arrived with my vehicle and that it was now on the lot. I was told service was gone for the day and they were unable to tell me. I gave them my license plate number and asked that they please check the lot as I had received no communication in regards to my vehicles status. The women I initially spoke with was extremely rude when I asked this. When she transferred me, I was able to speak with a kind employee that checked for me, which I really appreciated.I just now retrieved my vehicle and it appears as if they are claiming there is still no issue and nothing was serviced. Additionally, my vehicle was on a half tank and they left me on complete empty. This is the second instance that the incompetence and lack of customer service has left me in a tight situtation with my vehicle when driving.Overall, the lack of safety during a global pandemic is completely unacceptable. If you need to get work done on your Jeep, I recommend going to a different dealership. I know that I will.
