Please, do not purchase a vehicle here. The people that are currently working in this office are incompetent and extremely dishonest.Even after being reassured by Kevin and Adam that I would have an “Out-the-door” price for a Lexus RC 350, I rushed over to get there at a reasonable time. I live in Northern NJ. To my surprise, the numbers that were discussed extensively did not appear on the summary sheet.Rather than being honest about the situation, the financial gentleman you have there, came up to me and said that the $3,000 dollar difference would be the price if I paid all the interest, which was an outright lie. Nowhere was interest stipulated on the sheet. After about 30 minutes, he couldn’t tell me why he had lied about the situation.As you can probably imagine, aside from the fact that I didn’t buy the car, the fact that this company operates under such false pretenses makes me question the legitimacy of this company.My credit was run, which obviously will have drastic outcomes in my credit score, prior to letting me know that they had changed the numbers. My time has been wasted, and everything about this encounter is the reason people fear smaller dealerships. Honoring the price that we agreed to would have been the right move, instead of blaming the problem on “miscommunication between the employees”.Unfortunately, this was a huge waste of time, and leaving this office with nothing more than a negative impact on my credit is the reason I am leaving this review. This is an example of how invested time and false negotiations led yet another customer astray.

I dont know how I am waking up to a new Jeep outside my door today, and I wouldnt be if it wasnt for Adam and his team at NCC. I recently had a terrible experience at another dealership, so I was wary walking into any car buying situation. Dot was my salesperson and she was instantly warm and likable. She made things incredibly easy for me as a buyer. When I was setting up insurance for the new vehicle, the insurance company mistakenly left off the last number of the VIN on the paperwork. Dot not only caught this, but called them herself to straighten it out, I didnt even know about it until after the fact! Jake, the general manager, is helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair price for my trade in and was very easy to work with. Shortly after I purchased the car, I had to come back to have something done to it (it was my fault, nothing wrong with the car) which Jake very kindly assisted with. Dot wasnt in that day, but I met Humberto who went out of his way to help me. I was so impressed, he didnt have to help me as much as he did and it meant a lot. I would recommend this place to anyone!

WARNING:I bought a car from this place in February. I paid cash for the car and when the deal was finished, I was told that I was owed a refund for the Lien Fee. The amount was 23.00 and it took over four weeks to get the check. I called and was constantly told that I would get a return call and was often promised the check. I never received a check or a return call. In fact someone in the Finance Department mocked my request. When I called, he continued to say, I will get you the 25.00, you can have the 25.00 If the 25.00 was not important, why not reduce the price of the car by 25.00? This is just another example of the people being kind until the get their money and close the sale. After the sale, this dealership will treat you as if you do not matter. I will NEVER go to this place again! I strongly advise you to get everything you need prior to signing the papers. This place will make you suffer!

I do not recommend this place I went there trying to buy a car my husband and I spoke to Adam I already had pre approved from my bank they offered to lower the interest rate on my previous pre approved he said all I have to do is a soft pull which is a lie there’s not such thing I agree at the moment I didn’t knew gave him my information he run my credit and also apply at five different banks for a loan without my authorization at the end we end not purchasing the car something seems to be fishy but now I have so many hard inquiries on my credit my scores went down to the drain and when I spoke to him he told me I agree with everything I only gave him consent to run my credit they have not respect for customers at least that’s my point of view the sad part is they still have my information who knows what else they can do with it because if in my face they did it I bet they won’t hesitate using it again DO NOT TRUST THIS PEOPLE..

While NCC has beautiful cars I find that they are basically false advertising about their certification process. I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 4Matic with 35k mi. I was told that it had gone through a 126 point inspection and all corrections had been made. When I test drove it a warning light came on about the headlights. The checked it and said nothing was wrong, that they or I could take it to the dealer to get the warning reset. False, there was is a light out ! Then 2 days of driving the car and A2 Service 566 days overdue appears. Mercedes Benz A Service is oil & fluid change... Obviously no sort of meaningful attempt had been made to service this vehicle. But they make it clear that their are NO returns. The oil hasnt been changed in one and a half years. I will be following up with this dealership after I take it to the dealer for service and inspection to see how true their customer satisfaction claims are. More to come!

This system made me press one star. No star is better. Well lets just say I will not recommend or ever go to non dealer again. Here is my 30,000 mile check list since I bought my 2016 Tahoea. New transmission cost over $8000 in expenses. Thank fully the warranty paid for 6k. Of course a warranty that I paid forb. need new radiator and that cost was $900c. intake manifold had to be fixed $1700d. front brakes,rotors and ABS switches. $985e. Chevy recall letter in progress nowThey sold me a lemon! what a huge mistake a made buying this car from the car connection. Every time I turn around its something else. the dealer thinks its not a big deal if the warranty pays for it! the time lost bring the car to and from is crazy. NOT to mention rentals!!!. I am thinking that my review will not be posted because I have NOTHING nice to say! lets see. AND BTW! when i bought the car last year they advertised free TV with purchase. Well they screwed THAT up too. I had to ask several times for that. Turns out they ran out of TVs. they had to give me multiple gift cars for the money. What a joke! I dont even want to drive by the place anymore so now I just cut through there parking lot to avoid the traffic on Woodhaven Road. Lets hope they go out of business soon so like all other small lots. I visited this place at the end of the day I actually showed up a few minutes late but they were very understanding and accommodating .They put my anxiety to rest they were efficient and showed very good customer service I would refer family and friends to these guys, Pat and Brian. Oh yea, it was good music playing while making a deal.

I called this dealership on the phone because they had a car that I found on the internet that I was interested in. Aaron (salesman) told me he did a complete walk around and the car was showroom quality. After hearing that I decided to drive down there with cash in hand to buy the car. I was greeted by Aaron as soon as I pulled up and then I took a quick look at the car. After that we went for a test drive. The car drove nice so I was definitely interested in making it happen. The price was already negotiated over the phone so we were able to move forward as soon as we came back from the test drive. I actually passed on a car closer to my home that was in perfect shape because I was saving close to a thousand buying this one and because Aaron described the car as being in such good shape. After doing some paperwork with Aaron, thats when I went into finance so Brian could try and get over on me. Watch out for this guy, hell try and get you with the typical throw extra stuff in the deal that wasnt explained and see if you miss it. He tried and add a tire/wheel warranty and 3 year vehicle warranty which both were never explained to me. These tactics give places a bad name. That increased the deal almost $3,000.00. You gotta watch yourself with this guy because I didnt see any other finance guys there so you will most likely be dealing with this nonsense. I had a bad taste in my mouth because of his tactics but I brushed it off and moved forward. Afterwards I went outside with Aaron to put the plate on my new purchase and thats when it got worse. Thats when I took a really good look at the car and unfortunately I noticed things that I didnt notice when I walked around it the first time. Shame on me for missing it but after this walk around I noticed three dings that I missed and a gouge in the back bumper cover that was touched up like an amateur did it and the rims were all scraped up. Thats when i started to have buyers remorse and I wanted to back out. I kind of felt obligated at that point and I also didnt have a ride back home. As I was pulling out of the lot I just kept repeating to myself to go back. I went home anyway. Before I even got home I decided I wasnt keeping the vehicle. I did research and found that I could get stuck with this car. I decided to call the lender. I told them my dilemma and they said that the loan wasnt processed yet and wouldnt be processed unless I was 100% satisfied with the car. I called the dealership and let them know that I had changed my mind and that I felt terrible about it and that I was sorry but I was going to bring the car back. What Brian and Aaron didnt know was that I bought Brain a pair of Ray Ban shades and Aaron a bottle of cologne because he liked the one I was wearing. They were already on the way to the dealership. I did this of course because I felt bad for them because of how things turned out. Brian (the shady finance guy) told me to come back down there the next morning. When I got there, Aaron looked at me like he lost $1000 on the deal. Thats funny because he told me he was only making $100 bucks. I waited about 20 min for Brian (the shady finance guy) to finalize everything. The only reason I was able to bring this car back is because the lender wouldnt process the loan without my approval and the dealership would have to use another lender and need me to sign. After all was said and done, Brian (the shady finance guy) informed me that he couldnt open the little drop safe in his office to get me my $6300.00 cash that I had originally gave him as a deposit. He told me a check would be issued to me the following Monday which was two days away and he would mail it right out to me. Well that was 2 1/2 weeks ago and I still havent received my money. I guess they are holding my money hostage being vindictive. Aaron bragged they were voted the #1 used car dealership in Pa. two years running. With these tactics this cant be true. Who voted? The employees?
