Total waste of time! I was very honest and accurate on the questionnaire. Only owner, original color, less than 20K miles on it despite being 5 years old, no ding, no accident, proof of maintenance etc...Got an $11K offer. When I got there I was offered only $5K. When I requested an explanation to the price difference; the guy told me: Im not making the price. It is all corporate. I just send the pictures and info to them and they make the price. What a waste of time! Go to Car Max instead. The whole experience and the price given was way more superior.

False advertisement, the commercial specifically says they buy any car any make any model from 100 grams to 50 bucks but they only offer you the bare minimum which is 50 bucks for any and every car that you bring in I recommend then no one goes there to sell their car or any vehicle they are better off selling it themselves
