I want to start off by saying this was my first time coming here. when upon arrival i was greeted by the sales person. They were very bubbly and started the process of purchasing my first car smooth. What made a small shift in energy is the lack of disclosure. I voiced that i wanted my deposit to fully go to the car and not 20% of my deposit. I didn’t mind paying extra fees that came with purchasing the car. With this being my first time, I felt like there was a detach in trust, lack of knowledge and communication in walking me through the whole process. Overall, the car is amazing and runs smoothly!

1 year ago I bought a Nissan 350z here. When I bought my car here I had definitely had some reserves. Also, my mechanic did not like the fact that they would not allow the car off the property to be properly inspected. However, I contacted Motovise for a mobile inspection(highly recommended) and they did accommodate that. The car turned out to be in very decent shape given the age. Hasn’t given me any major issues, thankfully. I do wish the salesman was more up front about the status of the car. For instance I wasn’t made aware that the seats, the exhaust,and headlights and more were after market and the previous owner had just taken the subwoofer and amp clean out of the sound system. Other than that it’s been a joy to own.

Owner is quite rude via email. Was not willing to take photos I inquired about. He dismissed me saying I was wasting his time.He also lied about rust on the car. I had multiple people reach out and he told a different story to each one. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!I was not rude to you. I simply requested additional pictures of the vehicle. You did not want to put in the time or effort to show me the vehicle. How can I offer full asking price when I do not have all the info I need? Would you have spoken to me that way were we face to face? It doesnt take much courage to be rude to someone via email.Sleeze balls get low ball offers. Be honest about the car and that wouldnt happen :)

IM JUST REALLY DISAPPOINTED AND IRRITATED. OH YEA AND I FORGOT TO MENTION ITS SOMETHING WRONG THE SENSOR THAT CONTROLS MY HOT AND COLD AIR. IM OVER IT!! Speechless! Jeff and his crew did a killer job on my chevy cobalt! My car was sooo dirty! And to top it off I havent cleaned the inside of it for about 8 years..... I know Im a bad car mom! Old school approach.After specking with Active on the phone & verifying my info Active had me come down on the bus with my young child just to tell me they couldy approve independent contracting jobs😡 this could have been said on the phone!Then when I asked them verify my husbands paystubs which I had with me, I was told my husband had to be with me in person😑ITS 2019 PEOPLE!

Update: May 2020 almost 1 year with vehicle, had to get a new Cadilliac converter...almost $3,000 worth of work.Purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox in August 2019 from this place and let me start at the beginning...The car was nice to look at only at first glance, the inside was also clean and no check engine light. Purchased the car even though I really didnt like it, but my friend did. 3 days later...check engine light comes on, took it to the place they use to service their cars...it was cleared until I could get it there to see what was wrong...finally the problem fix...(you think) Check engine light again 4 days after it was fixed. Took it back and was told it was another sensor, not the one that was previously fixed. Now Active sales does not want to pay to have it fixed...How do I know this is not the same problem as before...Now, after all the rain and sun on this vehicle you can see how they buffed the scratches, covered up damage...dents here, dents there, rust on all the door joints and bolts, they didnt even know that the car had an auto start, car inside has torn carpet on the floor, came with rugs they claim they could not find, so they game me anything...4 different ones. The car runs horrible now...when I turn it off it jumps and knocks like it does not want to go off. Priced this year and I over paid of course...offered them cash at the beginning and they refused it. I see why now. The SUV runs like a truck and I still have the check engine light on. When you purchase a car even a used one, the check engine light should not come on after 3 days..That would not be my fault...I had the oil changed after 1 week of having the vehicle and it is now Feb. and I also had to replace the battery in January because the one that was in there had bad cells...They sold me a car knowing I had 3 toddlers and needed something reliable...the car stopped on me in Bensalem with my 3 kids in the car in the COLD! I would never purchase from this place again nor would I recommend this place to family or friends...The salesmen talk to you like you have no idea what your talking about and is adamant about if the car is messed up there is nothing that they did and they swear that all their cars are checked before they sell the, however I was told that they buy them from the auctions and most are water damaged vehicles that have little or no visible damage. This Auto place is HORRIBLE! Keep your MONEY...Shop somewhere else! They do not stand behind their Automobiles! And is all about making money on these high mileage poor maintained vehicles.Mechanical Problems only no Maintence Problems as they may try to say.

I originally said something bad about this place out of frustration with the credit bureaus. These people did nothing wrong. The problem is within the credit system. Its nothing but a game to keep the average working person down. I paid all my credit cards under 21% and have been paying a car note for more than two years on time. Creditors make you believe your credit is improving when all along mortgage companies and car dealers have a different system they use. Therefore the dealer isnt rotten, its the credit bureaus. I totally apologize for the false claim. I hope I am still able to do business with you.

I now have a brand new car but the 2 cars o owned before this were from active auto. A 1999 Chevy Malibu with 100k+ miles and a 2007 Chrysler pacifica with 90k+ miles. I was just hoping to get 3 or so years out of them and both survived 5 plus years. When my girlfriend saves up a few bucks I will be pointing her in active autos direction.....

My experience was good had may 2006 Buick Lucerne for a year now besides regular maintenance you would usually do on your vehicle everything was fine. When I did come across a big issues my warranty covered it all I had to pay was a 100 dollar deductible. Now it is time to do my trade in hope all goes well. Hopefully they have the car I want. I need an upgrade.
