Purchased a 2006 Jaguar S-Type from Empire about a year ago. I bought it as is and when I got it home and noticed an electrical issue Empire paid to have it fixed by a shop that specializes in Jaguars no questions asked! If you are going back and forth on whether to buy from this lot I would say yes absolutely do it. I have never seen a place stand by their cars like Empire does.

I brought a 2008 caddilac/cts. The miles were fine for the year at 107,000. The body was cool. But these guys lied about fixing the heat and the trunk was mildew after the snow . So that means they knew about the leak, and the driver side windows stop working after a week. The shop i took it to showed me the zip ties they had rigged up to make things work. Plus the tag to the caddy had tickets on it. I say shop around before you buy from them i sure wish i did.

The place that works with you no matter the credit. If they state it can be done, trust the process. Be straight up dont beat around the bush. Very nice and cool people! Any problems they would get right on it. I reccomend this company any given time. 2013 535i🥰

The place is a little hard to find because theyre located off the main strip, just look around for the sign.Alex was awesome on the phone and in person. He gave me time to myself to look over the car. Me being a little eager, I immediately got under the car to look for leaks and rust. Alex was nice enough to clean my jacket off for me and offer me something to lie on.I was extremely worried about how mechanically sound the car would be on the drive home. Alex told me how theyve never had an issue with any of the cars theyve sold making it back to their destination. He was absolutely right, no issues whatsoever on the ride. It ran like a top.Once I got the car home, I went over it with a fine too tooth comb just to check everything. Coolant was green, oil was clear, voltage was where it was supposed to be, coolant temp was fine, oil temp was fine. The car was impeccably maintained by the previous owner. It needed nothing major. I called the number on the dealer business card found in the car to see what kind of service had been done to it. It was maintained extremely well.Keep in mind you are purchasing a used car, so it may have its quirks or need a few small things. In my case they were very little that took nothing away from the car. If youre mechanically inclined and can do some of the work yourself, great save yourself some money. If not, be realistic it may need a few things but again nothing major. These guys try and disclose everything possible about the car.This place does a really good job displaying their cars. The car I purchased looked better in person, I was really surprised about this. A big plus for me was the interior showroom, they have all their cars inside. Alex kept the car inside as well for me to look at it.In conclusion, I had a great experience with this place. My transaction was quick and smooth. Mainly cause I knew what I was looking for and I did my research and asked all the necessary questions. Ill definitely make the drive up to Philly again when Im considering a used vehicle. Thanks Alex you guys were awesome and Im very happy.

I purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Connect from Danny. After finding it posted on the Market Place I reached out with several question as well as requesting a Carfax. Danny was able to answer all of my questions and provide the Carfax information. They are upfront about what vehicles they have and if they have any issues. I drove over from New Jersey for a test drive and everything was exactly as he described it. It was a very easy car buying process and I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. It is hard to find a dependable trustworthy dealership but there were no issues with the vehicle or the entire buying process!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.. DONT LET THE INDOOR SHOW ROOM FOOL YOU. They have it that way so they can easily clean up the fluids that leak on the floor. I bought a jeep from them which they put a bogus inspection on. The jeep litterlly lasted 3 days before the motor blew and I had to replace it with a jasper motor. I only found out after pulling out the old motor that they filled it with some sort of stop leak, they blocked up the radiator to try to hide the fact that the water pump was leaking and they filled the motor with a high viscosity oil to hide engine noise. there was SO MUCH stop leak inside of it, that it litteralyl cemented its self inside it could stop the hoover dam. They micky-moused the car and tried to pass it off as good. I got 0 recourse from them and they even tried to tell me it was my fault the motor blew. I drove the car less than 100 miles. Ive also owned 2 previous identical jeeps that I took care of and got over 300k miles out of them. I understand that I bought it as-is (ive bought as-is before from honest people) but they falsified the description of the car and tried to hide a lot of issues. These jeeps and the 4.0s are known for their longevity so 118k miles is considered baby miles. I only bought this one to replace my jeep that was totaled when I was rear ended. Dan and alex are scumbag thieves. They used to own a car lot in Hatboro and were ran out of town do to various complaints and violations. Also, if you check out all of their good FB reviews, you will see they are all written by Russians. Obviously their friends and family members. They have an eeebae page that shows good feedback, but thats only because they pay a company called net neurtral 200 bucks to remove the negative feedbacks

I recently purchased a 2006 Mercedes ML 500 from this dealership and I am extremely impressed. I called Alex and asked about the vehicle and for a carfax, he immediately sent it over. I then went to look at the car and could not believe what impeccable condition it was in. He told me that I needed to come back for the inspection because the shop where they have the vehicles inspected was backlogged. As part of the deal I asked if he could get me a second key for the car which he did. I called back a few days later to ask a question about the drivers door lock not working, he responded when your key comes in and you have your inspection come back and we will take a look. A week later, Alex delivered a brand new Mercedes key which is extremely expensive, my car passed inspection which was done at a Meineke so it was legit and he inspected the door lock and told me it needs a new actuator which he is going to order from Mercedes and call me to schedule a time to install it.This is not a branded dealership but a private independent dealership. Last week I also bought a new C300 4matic from Fort Washington Mercedes Benz. Honestly, I felt 100% better about buying from Empire Motors and was treated so much better buying a 2006 than I was buying a 2016. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great quality used car. Please remember, these are used cars and they will most likely need some work. Do your research before buying any car to see what the issues were and plan accordingly. I already know that 2006 for the M-Class was a dicey year for this model, but out of all the M-Class from this model year, this was the cleanest, highest quality available as shown by the carfax, the in person inspection and confirmed by my mechanic. I have read these other ratings and it is very sad if what these folks experienced is true. I can only offer up my inspection and relay that Alex and his team were professional, pleasant, prompt and stood behind the vehicle even though it was purchased As-Is. These guys are great and they are worth a look.
