My Aunt purchased her car 2.5 years ago, it has 1,500 miles on it. Her vehicle is dead in the driveway and shes waiting for tow service. She requested a loaner and was told they are short on loaners, therefore the ones the have are for recalls only I purchased a car from Kerbeck, and when I had an issue they provided me a used car to use until my vehicle was repaired. I dont understand why she is not receiving the same courteous customer services as I had received. Sadly it seems that so many companies just dont go out of their way to assist good, decent customers.

Made an appointment for a test drive, including a confirmation by a sales rep a few hours prior the appointment. Once I got there, I was told there were no cars available until (at least) the end of September. No notice, just an hour of my time wasted to drive there and deal with very poor customer service. Go to another Toyota dealership.

I very disappointed with the service. I bring my car for auto body to repair for my trunk door. They mess up my car. They painting are bad Doesnt match my body color. My car comes out More scratches. The person in charge did not admit that it was his fault. The person in charge has a bad attitude.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I have had my car 2019 preowned only 29k miles had it all of 2weeks and I am having issue after issue after issue!!! They dont want to barely do anything about it!!! First they have me a key that dont work, then I eventually seen once the new car look wore off there is area underneath back bumper that is dented n spray painted!! They informed me that they wil charge me “ pass or fail “ .HOWEVER THEY DID NOT INFORM ME THAT THEY DIDN’T HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO FIX OR REPLACE (PARTS)THAT THEY MAY CONFRONT!!! Like a tire or rotor. SO THEY COULD NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND CHARGED ME FOR A FAILED INSPECTION!!! TOYOTA IS LEXUS???

I went toyota .first I told my car’s problem .They ok first problem to only chack 70 to 140 .second problem to check another 70 dollars.I said ok check it .again they call me oh you have another problem to check charge 70 dollar .How many 70 dollar i have to pay almost four 70 dollars to pay for only check .so how much it would be if i do service here .thank i upset .i said no need repair here .I ll find another .that’s Ridiculous.

I bought my RAV4 from here two months ago and this dealership did not add on mark up charges for vehicle shortages and offered a generous trade-in value for my used car. Edward was a honest salesman and will work hard to get you out of there quickly with your new car.

So, we spoke to several dealers in the area. To be frank they were not helpful or nice. Sloane however was very attentive, and negotiated fairly with us to achieve a great deal.Even after the purchase of our Prius we are still treated as valued customer.

We drove 148 miles and dont regret it one bit. I cannot recommend Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia enough. My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new Rav4, but of course, the exact one we wanted was not easy to find. After going to a dealership close to home, we left feeling like we just werent getting the best deal. In addition, they needed to locate the vehicle and try to trade for it (they made sure we knew how hard this would be). The next night (Sunday), I got online and located the exact vehicle we wanted at Sloane Toyota. I immediately sent an inquiry and received a call back from Samantha first thing in the morning. She was super friendly and very helpful. I let her know that we were prepared to make the trip and purchase. She confirmed the vehicle was still on the lot and provided me with their best price right over the phone and without hassle and without telling me I had to come in first. The price was MUCH lower than the other dealership quoted and I thought it had to be a mistake. Regardless, I let her know we wanted to come and purchase it ASAP. She set up a time for us to come in, same day, and speak to salesman Neal Patel. Neal was great from start to finish. Very personable and thorough. After a quick test drive, we let him know we had talked to Samantha and she had quoted xx price on the specific Rav4. At that point I completely expected the bad news, but it never came. We continued seamlessly through the process and when the paperwork was finished, it was the price as quoted. No back and forth as I have become accustomed to. I cannot stress enough how easy and relaxed the whole process was. Finally we headed to finance. Cant remember our finance guys name, but he was very friendly and efficient. Once again, no pushy sales tactics. We got in, signed the paperwork and we were on our way. I cant thank the whole team enough for how painless they made the process. As someone who sold cars briefly, I commend them for the way they do business. Without question, I would drive the 148 miles again to purchase a vehicle from them. They made what is usually a dreaded ordeal super easy. Also, we appreciate the sales manager who greeted us on the way out to ask about our experience. It is clear that the customer experience is valued first and foremost. Fantastic team!

Staff is rude specially manger and agent Edward .I went to buy a car recently when I went over there they didnt explain anything about car and pricing details.they first said diffrant price and when I went to buy they change their words and when I said I dont wanna buy they refuse to give my deposite $ 1000 back.pluse for old carthey give way less money and make me to buy a car if you dont take in a writing they eill make you fool.even I a customer over there from 10 years.its like we dont have freedom and chice .I will never go there again or recommend to anyone else.

Im usually very pleased with the service however yesterday I went in for an oil change. I was told I needed new back brakes immediately because they were metal on metal. Now I am not completely ignorant about cars but that seemed a little weird to me because I heard no noise indicating they were that bad plus I had my front brakes changed about 3 months ago and was told then they were good. I decided to go see my usual brake guy to have them changed. Without telling him what I was told by the dealer I asked how bad they were and was told I had about 50% left on my rotors so they were not metal on metal.

Ed Kogan is by far the greatest individual ever to deal with, both as both a Toyota professional & as an all around good person which is very hard to come by these days. We will always come back to Ed for all our vehicle needs!!

Excellent service. The gentleman who help me with my windshield wipers explained that all I needed was to change the rubber strip and not the whole blade. I came out cheaper paying 23$ for the rubber strips to be changed than paying 40$/50$ for a 2019 Lexus ES350 per blade.

Worst experience,the agent was good, everything was good at beginning, after i pay $500 deposit, the next day, they told me the car i order was out of market, and gonna change the other for me, and never show me this car’s information, and then i’ve been told to sign contract with loan manager, she only show me bunch monthly payments with after- sale service and no based payments until i ask her, and she only show me the half side contract with signature area, the hidden fee on the other side! just reminding people if u wanna purchase car this dealer, be careful before you sign contract, they play many tricks! never recommend this dealer

BUYER BEWARE! I leased a vehicle through Sloane Toyota of Philadelphia. I finished all payments, thus completing the terms of the lease agreement. Then I returned the leased vehicle and decided to purchase a new vehicle, Sloane assured me that any and all applicable fees from any lease vehicle would be null and void with a purchase of another Toyota product. So instead of leasing again I decided to buy. I was told that I couldnt finance through Toyota that I did not qualify and would have to use another finance option which I did through bank of America. Apparently Constar Collections agency sent me a bill for a fee linked to returning my lease almost 3 years later. They sent a letter and also called me in regards to the payment of $388.50 but couldnt tell me what the charge was for. The collector explained he would look into it and call me back. I decided to call Sloane. They told me only the corporate offices of Toyota Financial could explain the charge. So I called Toyota Financial their explanation was that they couldnt give any information as the account was closed and now in collections? They advised me to call Constar. So I did get a call back from them and they explained that the fee I was charged was a Disposition fee, and that I should talk with the dealer. So I thanked him for his help, and decided to go in person to the Dealer. I gave a manager my letter, he photocopied it and said he would call me back and that if they had mentioned no fees would be charged that they would honor their word. I have received no word from Toyota. I believe this to be a scam on the part of Toyota who has not only impacted my credit purposefully in order to receive a quick payment over the phone years later through Constar, but is also a dishonest business practice after assuring me I wouldnt be charged any fees if I purchased a NEW Toyota product.

After test driving a 2021 Toyota Tacoma at Sloane Toyota on Cottman Ave and deciding on a 2021 Toyota 4Runner instead, I had to listen to an obnoxious sales representative condescendingly lecture me for all of 30 minutes about how lucky I am to have the opportunity to purchase a Tacoma. He proceeded to tell me how the 2021 4Runner was not for me and that I should simply purchase a new Tacoma and trade in for a different vehicle in a year or two. He was very reluctant to let me place an order request on a 2021 4Runner Venture Edition SUV. I guess the sales representative I was assigned (I dont want to state his name to ruin his sales) was assuming that he was going to make an immediate sale on a 2021 Toyota Tacoma when I walked through the door. He was very combative and was unwilling to accept an order request because he was most-likely upset about losing a commission bonus for the week.I was extremely disgusted by my overall experience.[EDIT TO REVIEW]After speaking to the General Manager, Jason Discolo, I decided to remove a large portion of my harsh review. He was not only extremely attentive and sincere in regards to my experience, but he was also very apologetic for the behavior exhibited by a small handful of employees. His receptiveness to my dissatisfaction and his willingness to rectify a horrendus experience is the reason I decided to soften my harsh review of this dealership. The fact that he was willing to speak with me personally to get my feedback and use it as an opportunity to improve customer/dealer relations is phenomenal. For this reason alone, I am updating my review of the Toyota Sloane Dealership of Philadelphia (Cottman Ave) to 2 stars instead of just 1 star.

Called over the phone to try and find the part number for a simple plastic cover. Ive always called in for part numbers with my other Volkswagen and GMC vehicles, never had a problem. The parts department guy told me Im not gonna give you a part number for you to buy it somewhere else. This is highly unprofessional. Time and date called was Tuesday March 23, 2021 at 12:19 pm

We got our Corolla lease from Sloane Toyota about 3 years ago. Sam Fareri in the Sales Dept. originally facilitated our first lease back then. We were pleasantly surprised when he recently reached out to us with options, since our lease was about to expire. Today, we felt confident meeting with Mr. Fareri because we were extremely satisfied working with him 3 years ago. This afternoon, he worked diligently with us: laying out our options, crunching the numbers, and professionally setting us up and on our way with our new, cobalt blue Rav4 SUV! Mr. Fareri not only provided his professional services, but he was also personable and accommodating in the process. Quite pleased...highly recommend!Btw, we also appreciated how Sloane Toyota implemented and followed current Covid-19 guidelines for the health and safety of both customers and employees.

Went there to get a key fob copy for my car, and their service was quick. The service center was full of people, but they had a system that works very well for them. I was in there less than an hour before they called me and told me I was ready to go!

The service department assisted with the repairs to my car and were able to have it fixed in a reasonable amount of time even though the part had to be ordered and they werent sure when it was arriving due to the global pandemic. They also facilitated my car rental and were very courteous and professional. My sincerest thanks to Ray, Joe, and the rest of the service department team.

Bad service, I came to buy a car here and i gave a deposited to salesman name Tony ( CHUNG TOAN ), he said he will have a car for me within 2 weeks, after two weeks i came and saw the car i needed to buy the parking lot, but the salesman name TONY ( CHUNG TOAN ) said that a car sold it to other customer and gave my deposit back without an apology and tried to ignored me . Even during the pandemic, giving the customers the opportunity to wait was great. The waiting area met the state requirements and I felt safe and comfortable. Rick again kept me informed of what was going on with my car while I waited. The one thing that I overheard was a customer getting a Uber or Lyft ride paid by Sloane.

I was there yesterday, trying to get a car and financing. I had a pre-approval from Capital One. I was directed to some guy, I dont remember his name. He said he was going to get the keys, and retrieve the car. First, the keys were lost. Then, there was a sensor light on in the car. Then, the car wasnt even there, and would be back the next day. Oh wait, then it wouldnt be there until Monday at the earliest. But I was expected to still continue to fill out the paperwork and put down at least a deposit on a car that I hadnt even seen?I went to Hessert Chevrolet, and purchased through them. It was a much more comfortable experience than Sloane. I dont recommend.
