I love the service and level of care Pacifico offers. They are accurate with their assessments and try to be as timely as possible. The service desk is also friendly and personable, offering full explanations of the services provided and answering all the questions I had. Highly recommend.

Someone traded in the car I was looking for. It came in on a Wednesday, saw it Friday, bought it Monday. Ed Felman, sales associate, made to process fun. I wasnt gonna let it get away, had a blast negotiating the price. Gotta better deal than I envision. Well done Pacifico.

Im very honest with my reviews. Its a mixed bag depending on who you get to assist you during service. My experience the the service manager is why I would give the place zero a if I could help it. But the other good people that work there brings it up to two. Its a shame because if there were another service provider near by i would avoid thier service center.

I have a new ford vehicle and the engine light came on. I called Pacifico to make to schedule a repair. First it was difficult to get someone on the phone. I ended up requesting a call online. They called me and I scheduled an appointment - 2pm Monday. I have a GPS system in the vehicle which reports engine codes, so I had an idea what the problem was and I relayed this to them before the appointment. I was sent a text telling me to check on the status anytime. This is a work vehicle, so i needed to rent another truck while this one was in the shop - so i was anxious to get it back. Day Two - no answer to any of my texts. Day Three - they said it was getting diagnosed soon Day 4 - They said it just finally was seen by a technician (an expert was needed) and it will be done tomorrow. Day 5 picked up and it was fixed. WHY did I have to bring it in Monday and it not be seen until Thursday. What is the point of scheduling an appointment. Of course they used the pandemic as an excuse. I will never go here again.

Poor customer service and they say the will contact you when you order arrives but they dont. I recommend other outlets for your car care needs.

Great customer service and great cars

10 mins. I pulled up, went inside, checked in, then a driver drove us 5 min to the airport, popped the trunk and put our bags on the sidewalk. When my flight returned, I called the office, a driver showed up in 10 mins, put our bags in the truck and gave us the key. My first time using and I will be back.

I scheduled an appointment to go for a test drive today. When I was almost near the Pacifico Mazda dealership, I got a call from the Manager saying that the car Im looking for is not available and it needs to be serviced. I told her, I booked the appointment yesterday itself and why am I getting a very short notice about this. She told that the booking is being handled by the Internet sales team and they have not got this information updated. Thats the reason why she is calling directly from the showroom to inform me. I was very much disappointed and wasted 2 hours of my time going up and down!! I recommend everyone to double check their scheduled apointments before making a visit.

I had my car inspected at their Mazda shop. I was very impressed with the building layout. But best of all is Carlo, he is one of nicest guys Ive ever met. He explained everything about the maintenance service that he was doing for me along with the inspection and then provided me a loaner car until the next day! Pacifico dealerships are truly wonderful. The professionalism is unmatched by any car dealer Ive ever been to. But, today when I picked up my car, I was given 2 pretzels that came from The Philly Soft Pretzel Factory (only the best Soft Pretzels...EVER), break pads for the life of my car, a coupon for a deluxe car wash and the best part, I met Carlo! Now, I can finally trust that the repair shop is not ripping me off. Carlo is why I say that. I also got one more thing... A new friend.

Staff is friendly and,helpful not bullies or aggressive. Theyre family oriented staff and bottom interest is helping you find the perfect car within your budget. The spin the wheel is hysterical to watch and play. Gina McDevitt is awesome in working out the numbers and Stanley was awesome is helping us find the perfect 🚗

Needs work. Showroom doesnt have a single bright color car. The General Manager is a Great Guy. Id recommend their business. Theyre there to help and very friendly.

Only been there for the Airport parking, but the employees are terrific and the prices are very reasonable.

Best airport parking at the best price. They pick you up and drop you off in your own car. So much more civilized then the traditional Airport parking.

Was get tires put on they quick. Plus I made an appointment. It took about one hour four new tires for my sister. The service was excellent. The cashier was friendly.

The driver was cool...it just took a little while to get him into my car. The wait was a little longer than I expected. About 25 minutes.

They are professional & courteous. The waiting area lounge is nice, charging station, quit work stations, wifi, some toys to keep kids busy, comfy chairs. Ohh and Johnny C over in parts is the man.

They did not give my sister a good deal

I scheduled an oil change and tires to be rotated and balanced for my Ford F250. When my vehicle was ready, they stated that they rotated my tires. However, the could not balance/ align the tires because the truck was too long. They stated that I could make another appointment with the truck service department. When I initially called, they did not provided this information. They could have told me that when I set up the appointment.

I grew up at a time when Customer Service was an understood necessity for sales and return visits. Sometimes it feels like its a lost art when visiting some establishments. Pacifico and Acia understands the importance of Customer Service. From the time I arrived until I left I felt welcomed. My questions were answered completely and at no time was I made to feel as though I was infringing on his time. Great job!

I went to Pacifico Auto Group as a first time when it comes to having a car note. The salesman there was very professional, no pressure at all when i told him the first car I looked at was out of my budget. Very competitive for Sales prices. I have purchased several F150 pick up trucks from Pacifico. However I highly recommend that you do not have them service the vehicle as I have had multiple incidents over the years where they either failed to perform as promised, or they made faulty repairs.

Was not satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. Had to take my car back several times before it was repaired correctly. They had myvehicle for 2 1/2 days & when i picked it up several things were not fixed, very inconvenient with the back and forth. Service managers took care of the issues.

Very friendly, clean, and stress free environment. I actually purchased my van from Pacifico in June. They make EVERY effort to accommodate visitors. Gary Holmes was my Salesman. He made it happen for me and I LOVE my medium roof cargo van. I didnt even think I could get my van based on feedback from other locations because I had bankruptcy, but Pacifico made my dream a reality.
