The guy wanted to do paperwork before even letting us thoroughly look at the car. He brushed off the fact that eventide you run a credit check that it effect your credit score.. We asked to do a test drive and he let us in the car then walked away with the keys in his hand. Wasnt sure what was happening but it didnt seem right. NEVERMIND!

We bought a car on 11/30, initially I present missing parts which they put in two weeks because they are informal with dates, as well as the oil change that they never did, on 12/19 the service engine light came on call them and They told me they could not do anything that day that I would take it in the week, I took it on 12/24 and they told me to fix all the problems and on 1/11 they told me that the car was ready, LIE, they did not fix anything I notified them At the time but they ignored it and I took a diagnosis and surprise the car does not work ... now I will proceed legally

I am buying a 2009 Buick Enclave that is inoperable to me because the engine went on it. I reached out to Diamond Warranty as well as Orna(the owner) and neither one wants to fix it. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General which Orna didn’t answer to either of them. I’m currently in the process of looking for a lawyer that will take the case to small claims court. So be careful when buying from them you definitely going to get a loan with a 20 percent interest rate and a piece of junk.

With my credit in shambles they were able to put me into a 2016 Toyota Camry the salesman werent pushy they let you know your options and you take it from there they give you all the buying power when I buy my next car Ill definitely be going back

I brought a black 2010 Audi A5 a few weeks ago and the engine light has come on twice. Owner Ron has refused to fix the problems. Yes it came with a 90 day warranty but the warranty dosent cover the emmions. It needs a secondary air injection pump cost $450.00 dollars not including labor with labor $850.00 thats not all he sent me to a repair shop in the North East someone he knew, he told them do not repair until I call the finance company to tell them he did the repairs. Because I did call the finance company to stop payment but he promised to fix the car. Yes, he put two new tires and a battery but he never fix the engine light as promised. He con me to call before he would do anymore repairs. I like the car so I had the repairs done myself at Matrix Auto on North Broad. Beware of any car you buy from this dealership. Have a experience man/women go with you before you sign any documents...Learn from my mistakes. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. Everything that glitters on that lot isnt glitter.This is a true life experience for me.12-8-18You can try an spin this all you want to but your dealership drop the ball on fixing the Audi A5 thats ok because I had the repairs fixed myself and Im satisfied.

They even ignored a request from the Better Business Bureau.CORRECTION TO YOUR RESPONSE. We purchased car on 4/30/19 with a 90 day warranty. Called you on 6/24/19. When you told us to bring car to Philly to fix, we absolutely did... and your repair shop did not fix it. We had no choice but to bring it to our own shop so we could drive it! We asked you for reimbursement for this repair and you refused. after multiple attempts and you refusing to take our calls, we filed better business report on 8/26/19. We were contacted on 11/4/19 that you refused to comply with their requests. Sorry Oren... I keep good notes.

I bought my car in January, they sold me the car gave me wrong paper work with the wrong vin, my light in my car doesn’t go out I have to turn it off my door stays unlock, I’m getting my oils changed and notice it’s nothing but old fries, crab shells and old chicken bones in my hood like that’s just so nasty and trifling unprofessional that shows nobody checked the oils or even lift the hood before selling it as a female I don’t know much about cars but I know you guys do lazy work and very unprofessional and unwilling to fix the problems I still haven’t gotten my lights or doors fixed and it’s been going on 3 months I had the car every time I called the owner was away or out and nothing could get done without him on top of that my alarm keeps going off by it self

This dealership had the exact car that we wanted and they allowed us to dig into it before buying to make sure that it was in good shape, as well as take it for a test drive. We had our financing in line before we arrived and though the process took a little time it was smooth with no issues. Very happy!

Niko and Micheal we amazing, they had sold the car I originally went to look at and showed me one that I had looked at before (Hyundai Sonata). I almost walked empty handed but they did everything they could to make sure I left with a car. I would recommend them to anyone. Just be aware that the prices listed are cash prices, financing prices are a bit more. Nevertheless they were accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. They found me the car I wanted... they didnt have the vehicle in stock at the time and Mike told me he can send me a few emails of other similar options that he can get or if I wanted something specific he can find it for me as well. I told him I wanted this exact car with brown interior and black exterior and under 30k miles. He found it for me and it arrived at the dealer for me two days later! Do not come to this place they will steal your money!! We put a down payment on the car and turns out the bank didnt approve and they did not return our money. They are thieves! They will steal your money and you will walk out without a car. They will sell you a dream and when you come to do the paperwork they will switch the story and the price of the car. Not only that but they sell broken down cars. The car we wanted had lots of problems and they wanted us to pay to fix the problems before the sell even went through. They took our money to fix the car and never gave it back once the sale didnt go through. THIEVES!!!!!

I needed a car. I found one online and to get prices, i submitted my email. The next morning I got a call from the First Class Auto Land asking if I was interested in the car. As i had just had a bad experience driving an hour and a half away for a car and upon getting there finding out that they closed early, I was not keen to driving out to Philly if it wasnt serious. Upon telling this story I was told the best news ever, that they were willing to bring the car out to me for test drives and would even let me rent it for a few days if i needed to. They came to my complex and we signed papers on the hood! As far as their partnerships with the banks on loans, they were all over making sure that if one bank didnt work, they would find me one that did and they nailed it on the first try. They were super nice and great to work with! 5 stars!

This wasn’t even the best part. There salesman are all so friendly and care about more then just selling cars. They actually care about there customers which is really hard to find at these type of dealers. They actually are so nice that the owner and his son (Oren is the son who helped me) plan on driving the car to me since I am having knee surgery the day we finalize the sale, Wow!! Beautiful section of cars (clean, well kept). I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Sonata late 2017, and might I say the car ran amazing. I’m rating First Class a 1 due to their overall way of dealing and handling their customers. Mike (finance) was VERY nasty towards the closing of the sale when asked about my paperwork....scolded at me to get out of his office lol. Also, Rob pulled a fast one on my insurance company when lefted in charge of finding and setting up my insurance....he didn’t report my violations to the insurance company during the closing/deal, which ended up in me later having a higher rate when the (insurance company) ran my driving record and located my violations ! Terry is another one, a joke! The staff overall to me is shady and will anything to get a deal (my opinion) they tried to help with this insurance issue, but of course I opted out. Great cars, shady employees. They’ll go any mile to get you a car... Yes, but it’s all shady. They even lied to the bank about my down payment (I still have the text message) of them “reminding” me what to say when the bank called.. Ask questions and do ya own research before signing with them. Lucky I got out of that note and insurance 2.22.18 to be exact and purchased a 2018 From Gary Barbara. Things happen for a reason.

Both cars I got from them terrible one they took back and then messed with the contract and asked for more money and now I drove the second car 10 days due to a accident I was in and can’t walk there terrible customer service the dad Ron talked to my wife so discussing never gonna recommend anybody to shop here unless u buy a new car don’t trust what they say about the used ones they don’t even check em before they sell em like they claim.
