Great service and a really friendly team. These guys fixed my hail damage on my brand new RAV4. However it took a few months to get in because how reputable this place is! So, many others were doing the same due to the hail we got. I will definitely use this body shop in the future if we need to and I’ll recommend this place to all my family & friends. Seriously some great quality work and they made the whole process super easy.

This shop tacked $350 onto my bill which was NOT listed on the estimate and was NOT verbally approved by me. I ended up spending over $500 to repair a mirror and the mirror is STILL NOT REPLACED. No NOT use these people. They are underhanded and do NOT give accurate estimates. I would have been better off having a 12-year old repair my car.

I came here after Id seen their work on another car. They do not use salvaged parts. Theyve kept me updated through lots of pictures via email, so that I could get a scope of the repairs theyve done on my beloved vehicle. When my window fell inside the door they replaced, they showed me how it worked and the bones of it. They even cleaned out my car after they were done with repairs! Their explanations and constant updates showed me they truly care about the cars they work on and take care of their clientele.

Can only recommend Scott and his team. The only bright light after having to deal with insurance companies, after somebody hit your STANDING car and messed up the entire front of my Nissan Altima with his big huge truck. My baby looks like new again!

Alfred and Scott took care of my car after I was rear ended and I couldn’t be happier! They kept me updated on a regular basis with phone calls and emailed pictures of the car as they worked on it. When I picked it up it looked and worked just like new and like nothing ever happened! Hopefully, I don’t get into any more accidents but if it happened again I wouldn’t hesitate to go back to them or to refer my friends and family!

Brought my truck in for a repair after someone hit me. The shop dealed with insurance, extended my rental car, I really didnt have to do anything other than just drop it off. I got it back in perfect condition, in a reasonable amount of time and very happy. Highly recommend.

Hands down amazing. 12/10 will be a lifetime customer and recommend. I needed my rear bumper replaced as it was protruding out when I bought the car used and came off in the wind. I didnt want to claim it on insurance and got some estimates and recommendations. G & G was the second to the cheapest, but the reason I chose them is A. They came highly recommend by Xtreme and B. Upon meeting the shop guys which I didnt know was the owner and manager, they were pleasant to work with, honest and got a good vibe. They did what they could to save me a little money, and I didnt get the feeling like I was getting played. My car was ready in a few hours and looked amazing. They even removed the duct tape residue off for me. Embarrassed to say a few months later I unhooked 1/4 of my front bumper and took it over there for a repair. They totally hooked me up, again! Its a local shop, not a corporate place. Honest staff, reliable work. Thanks so much!

I came in a few weeks ago to get my bumper repaired and they gave me a lot of quotes/options to work with me. Alfred was upfront and honest about trying to get it repaired with most affordable option and they did a great job on fixing it. They were very transparent throughout the process by calling to give me updates and sending pictures of what they had done. I would highly recommend coming here!

Quote was $600 cheaper than Caliber and the service was great. Fast on the repair too.These people were awesome. They stayed late to give me a quote for replacing my Mirror on my truck. They ordered the part And put it in for the exact price They said it would be. I hope I dont have to go back there but if I do I will be using their service.

This is the best body shop around the Pflugerville, Round Rock area. They do quality work, and they are reasonable. Because they are excellent, they do take some time to get to your car, but its worth the weight if you want it done right the first time.

Second time visiting G&G (two different cars) and couldnt be happier! Affordable body shop (also very quick and accurate estimate), very VERY quick turnaround, car was done when promised, and every single employee is out of their way friendly. My car looks like new!

Great customer service, very friendly and fast. Quick response to come to my house to pick up my Scion. Even though we had to total out car and didnt have them fix it, they helped with the whole process, charged a very reasonable amount for the tow and i would gladly do business here again if the unfortunate happens again. This shop has excellent customer service with excellent communication. My email communication are often answered within about an hour, while Alfred kept me updated on the progress of the repair. In addition, Scott the owner also spent time talking with me and getting my feedback, both during and after the repair was completed. The shop has no fancy reception area but was kept very clean with hard copies of many of their previous customers positive feedback, including handwritten letters going back for more than a decade. I could not been more happier with both the quality of work and personalized service from G & G Autobody.

Our cars door was having some issues and we brought it to the dealership first since we just moved to TX (we thought it wasnt anything serious). The dealership gave us a ridiculous estimate after the diagnosis, so we decided to look elsewhere. I called multiple places and GG Autobody gave me the best quote. Our car was fixed on the same day and we paid even less than the quote they gave us over the phone (turned out we didnt need to replaced all the parts that the dealership told us to). While Scott and everyone were amazing and very courteous and professional, the work was done in a timely manner and they checked in every few days with udpates. There are a few issues I have found after picking up my car that caused me to drop starts.

Have used this shop twice now and it’s clear their consistency and professionalism is top notch. It’s just how they operate, very high quality.

Had a problem with rain water leaking into the car because of a previous car accident. Other shops said they were unable to fix the problem. One said they could fix it for thousands. G & G gave us a reasonable quote and said they felt confident they could fix it. They followed through by sending it through a power wash to make sure there wasnt a problem. They also went above and beyond by fixing other random minor problems. They charged us the quoted amount and didnt add any random charges. I am happy.

Rude and dishonest ... I thought this place offers professional collision services at a reasonable price. Recommeded due to flexibility and courtesy. However, revising after finding out that the shop used sub-standard after-market parts and the repair work was subpar. Their courteous manager was willing to examine the issue but the hot headed owner rudely denied checking their own work unless an additional $150 was paid. Stay away from this rude & doshonest businessman.

This is where to go when youve had an accident, from beginning to end. My insurance is Geico and when I took my car to be appraised the adjuster asked where I wanted to take my car. Id read the Yelp reviews and I said G&G Autobody. The adjuster said it was a great choice because they do really good work.He was right! My 2010 cube had a self-inflicted gash in the back left panel behind the wheel. Really ugly. Scott and Dorian Torres, his Asst. Manager, answered all my questions, took the car and restored it to showroom condition, matching the pearl finish seamlessly.Take your car to G & G Autobody. You will not find a better body shop. Scott and his crew are the best. Im anal when it comes to my cars. No one touchs them unless they are the best and G&G Auto body are the only body shop I will let touch my cars. I had the front wheels stolen off of my 2014 Ford Focus Titanium and the drop the front end hard on to the ground, mess up my fenders and bumper. Also theyou had the jack under the ac unit and radiator and did much damage to my engine. G&G repair everything like new! If you want your car done right, with friendly people and excellent service, G&G AUTO BODY IS THE PLACE TO GO!!

G&G is hands down the most pleasant, smooth, and professional auto care Ive done business with. That statement is not something I give out cheaply or to just anyone either, as Ive had a lot of experience with dozens of shops throughout the years. (Having cheap hand-me downs in your youth guarantees that reality) When you walk into his office, be sure to ask him about the Mustang picture on the wall for a quick laugh!Since I moved up to this area, Ive had to use their services twice. The first time I didnt have full coverage insurance and was really looking for someone that could help in a way that I didnt have to bounce a rent check. I went to his place and a few others like Maaco, Berlis, and Masters Auto Craft. However, from the very beginning of going into G&G, Scott walked in and did a full walk around the car and gave me specific estimates and told me exactly what he could do for me without putting me into the hole financially. He was kind enough to allow me to find parts on my own and work with me to get the job the done. I made sure to upgrade to full coverage after that.Thankfully the second time I came to him I was fully insured. Again, I took my car to a few places and got quotes from them and tried to see what kind of people they were. But the others were just adding fees and part replacements in estimates that were unnecessary. They were quoting nearly double that of G&G for what looked to me like a mediocre job on the other vehicles and I didnt really like the way they did business. The other body shops were just a waste of my time. I decided to go ahead and finish some of the needed work left over from my last accident. I immediately chose G&G over the others again the same day. They dont jerry-rig you.Scott is a good old fashioned professional and just a good people person. He completely took care of supplementing from my insurance and I didnt have to deal with the claims adjuster at all after reporting my claim and getting the estimate. Any prices discussed are set, he doesnt backtrack on you on any sudden added costs and he seems to have that honor bound handshake deal that most people dont practice anymore.I did not get that kind of great customer service from the others. I subtly added an extra $50 on top of my bill for that extra mile he went for me. Apart from basic maintenance, G&G is all Ill use for my future auto needs.
