They fixed my suv. They didn’t do nice job. Making nose. I left them for 2 week again. Took it back. Nothing chance. Result is same. Still nose is coming.

They recently did work on my sons truck after a person ran a stop sign. He was very upset through the entire ordeal (first wreck). Yesterday he got his truck back and was so excited about the results. Gerber has excellent customer service and didn’t mind me calling every other day to check on progress ( if it was up to my son he would have had me call twice a day, every day).

He actually has made no impact on the timeline and has been nothing but misleading and full of empty promises. 5 months to fix my truck?? Noel made promises he has admittedly not kept. Your company was not qualified or competent to take in a F250, and that should have been disclosed before you accepted the job. By far the worst experience I have ever had.Now Noel says, Sorry I couldnt get it done last week as promised, but I dont think we will get it done this week either, and I am on vacation next week. Now I wont get my truck back until after this guy returns from vacation?? Gerber does not have the expertise or equipment to work on my truck and as such it will take 5+ months to repair. It has already been 5 months. Ridiculous...I would not recommend Gerber to anyone....ever...

My car was rear ended awhile ago and my boyfriend set up an appointment with our insurance for me to drop my car off here on a Friday at 8am. When I showed up, I gave them all the info they asked for because my appointment wasn’t showing on their computer. First and last name, our representative’s first and last name, claim number, policy number, phone number, birthdate, ect. They couldn’t pull up anything. There were 4 people working there telling me that it wasn’t set up by the insurance company because if it was, there would have been a 3 way call, and the insurance company keeps doing this, and they kept pushing for me to come back on Monday. I called my insurance company to find out it wasn’t set up so they set it up to get dropped off the following Monday. I just wasted over an hour trying to figure this out so I’m mad. I even called enterprise to see if they had my info since I was supposed to get picked up from the once my car was dropped of. They had my info so how did the repair shop not? Can’t make a reservation for a rental without making an appointment with the body shop first. My insurance representative calls me back now that it’s during her business hours and tells me that it was set up, there was a 3 way call and said they probably never set up the appointment because they kept telling her on the phone that they were fully booked so they couldn’t take my car. Even though my insurance covers for a 30 day rental, which wouldn’t even be needed, they simply just didn’t WANT to take my car. So we were all mad now going back and forth. Very unprofessional that they would deliberately not do their part knowing that someone would come to drop off their car and go through this and blame it on the insurance company. After all this, I did not feel comfortable letting them do the repairs on my car so I will not return and for this experience, I would highly not recommend for their laziness, lack of customer service and professionalism.

I wrecked my car and Master Craft was recommenced by my Insurance. They provided exceptional and timely service. The rental car place was supposed to pick me up and took 30 minutes, so the associate took me himself. I received text updates and that was very convenient. I really appreciated the associate taking such good care of me.

Dropped my car off on a Monday via GEICO Express and had it back on Thursday. They left it looking like new and even washed it and cleaned it. Im impressed by their service and craftsmanship.

I had my care fixed here in 2017 before the name was changed to Gerber Collision and I just had my car fixed here this February. I was very disappointed in the work done to my bumper. They used mismatched fasteners on my front bumper and the headlights were damaged. I will never bring another vehicle to that establishment ever again. They don’t even deserve the 1 ⭐️ but I had to give that to write this survey.

I had one of the best car experiences here. I received constant updates and was taken care of throughout the process. They even washed and waxed the car when I got it back. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Even though they didnt do any repairs this time around, their customer service and communication are always on point. Julia and Dana are well appreciated! I have had my 2019 Ford Focus in the shop at Master’s on 2 occasions recently for repairs that were no fault of my own . I have nothing but excellent things to say about this company. Both times they had my car, they did excellent body work. The car still appear brand new. They take the extra step to ensure your car is like new . You can’t go wrong with Master’s!!

I dropped my car off on March 11th and was quoted March 23rd. I got text messages letting me know the status of my car. The office personnel and workers were all so nice. When I picked my car up, she looked like new money. Like I just got her off the car lot...lol I would definitely go back and recommend this place for body work :)

Let me tell you about this shop. IMHO this is the best body shop I have ever been to, the work that they do is phenomenal Julio, Noel, Dana and there entire staff made my car look brand new like it was fresh off the lot. They take pride in their work and if they see any imperfections they are quick to fix them. The level of detail that they put into peoples vehicles is something I have not seen in awhile, they are truly all about the customer.

Super great people! They took care of my muddy jeep to a level I didnt expect. Julio was AWESOME! He answered ally questions and made sure the work done on my jeep was top notch.

They fixed my pretty blue optima sxl up :) they were not the fastest but I had a rim issue. They decently matched the powder coated rim and the area they fixed looks good. Happy with their communication as well.

Absolutely amazing service! Dropped my car off at 9am and picked up at 6pm, same day!! Minor service but the attention to detail and customer service provided was top notch. Will share my experience with friends and clients for sure.

I have personally used Master for two repair jobs on my car. One was an insurance claim and the other an out of pocket job. Both produced excellent results with a very reasonable turnaround. I also recommended Master to a coworker, he also had a great experience. Master is my first choice for body work and I highly recommend them to anyone needing good, honest, and timely work done on their car.

Ive used Master twice now in the past 6 years. Their facility is clean with a comfortable waiting area. Their customer service person is friendly and efficient and caring (first thing she asked was if I was OK). Joe and Richard, the estimators were completely friendly, professional and thorough. They make it simple and easy. They cleaned my car inside and out when ready. And they handled everything with the rental car company, from getting me a ride to get my rental to when I picked up my car, they returned the rental for me. FIVE stars for certain.

Recently my 2010 Dodge 1500 was struck by a sunroof that launched out of the car in front of me while traveling down the 45 toll road. The damage was pretty extensive and required that the dash, hood, and other parts be replaced along with about 70% of the truck to be repaired and refinished. I myself work in the body shop industry as an assistant manager for a boat and RV collision repair shop so I know what I am looking at when it comes to these types of repairs and I am extremely picky about how it is repaired. The team at Masters specifically Julio who handled my claim from the start to the day of delivery back to me and Noel who handled little repairs and concerns after delivery did an excellent job in keeping me updated and making 100% sure that I was completely satisfied with repairs. I cannot say enough about the customer service and top notch work that I received from Masters and if another accident happens I will most definitely be back. Thanks Masters!

The re-work was much better.Wish I Had a Better Experience. The repair looked real nice until I inspected it closer after I got it home. I had chosen this repair shop because it had really good reviews so I expected an excellent repair job without having any issues after my 2018 had been rear ended. Unfortunately, as the photos show, it has to go back for things that should have been caught if they had inspected their work. I will update after the re-work is done.

I was hit from behind on my move here to Pflugerville. From the moment I walked in the door until I picked up my vehicle I knew I made the right choice. Some car recently hit me on the side and threw my car into a 360 spin in the middle of the road. When it was time to get the repairs done, I chose Masters Auto through my insurance because they ere locates in pflugerville. I have begun to notice that you’re more likely to get better customer service in this area than a lot of place in Austin, and this place has good service.I was worried that the Mazda soul red crystal metallic wouldn’t be matched exactly because that color isn’t your ordinary metallic car paint. But after the repairs, I couldn’t even tell a difference in the hit Texas sun. I was really impressed and I would come back to them if I ever needed repairs. The repairs took about a week to complete and I felt that was reasonable.

The service and work done to my vehicle were fantastic.Spoke with a gentleman named Mike in the parts department and he was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Ruined the whole experience for me.

James put his best Guy for bumpers on the job and put together a really Great estimate (just what I needed and nothing more). Even though my boss was not ready to pay for the amount of damage. Jame said we will give him time to think about it and put it all back together (fixing the bumper problem for now) gave the car a quick wash and gave me back the car same day. I have had three different cars fixed at Masters Auto Craft over the years. Not all mine (my kids have had accidents!) They are reasonably priced, do excellent work and stand behind what they do. As with all body shops, it is an art and a science and when dealing with cars, parts and paints, things can go wrong. One time I picked up my car and it looked fine to me, but when the owner, Walter Mastrangelo looked at it with me, he saw a very minor defect in the paint. Possibly some dust or something that was in the paint. He said he wanted to do it over because it was not to his standard, so he did. The shop is clean, the employees are respectful and very service oriented and I wouldnt go anywhere else. Walter learned the art of body work when he was young working in his fathers body shop in Italy. He brought that art to Texas! Also, recently I took an elderly mans car in who is confined to a nursing home with polio, to fix a window that would not go up in his handicapped mobility van. They fixed it for a price that was extremely reasonable, $100s less than other shops would have charged this individual. You should give this shop a try, they do great work, stand behind what they do and they are not satisfied till the customer is. No, I am not an employee of the shop, but have known Walter over many years of fixing many of my cars.

I know of your shop because of my ties to the chamber of commerce, the city council, and Pflugerville in general.When I was let in to the call I heard your rep say that ...if Hes trowing a fit, I guess I can fit him in Friday...Is it standard operating procedure there to hold back on service until a fit is thrown. If you are to busy for my business OR Progressives business, then by all means pass that information up the communications line, because, by no fault of my own, my vehicle is setting unlocked and open to the elements.With regards to having a fit, I havent done that and I hope to avoid it.

Dropped Sally off on Monday, they said it would be ready by Wednesday, then they finished it by Tuesday. Julio was great to work with, walked me through the repair process, was very professional.

James helped me with an awkward situation. My pocket knife fell into the driver seats track and my seat was stuck in the 8-foot driver setting, not good for a 5-foot driver. Anyway, the guys at Masters Auto Craft had to remove the seat to get it out and they did all this in less than an hour and was a pretty minimal charge. Thanks Guys!

Have had the chance to work with the folks at Masters Auto Craft 2 times in the last 9 months. On both occasions they were professional and told me everything I needed to know about my repairs. Brandon and Richard listened to me and answered my questions with detail. They worked with the other partys insurance company for supplemental payments and when the insurance adjuster wanted to cheap-out with used parts, they opted for new parts on my behalf anyway. I have some minor work to schedule later in the year on my other vehicle, for sure I will be going back to Masters Auto Craft. They even allowed us to turn in our rental car at their shop instead of having to drive to the rental agency. A nice touch.
