I own an Alfa Romeo Giulia and was rather cautious as to whom I wanted to perform some body repairs because of a rear end collision. I chose Image Auto Body based on recommendations I had heard and vicinity to my home. Wow what an excellent choice I made. True professionals and extremely savvy in working with my insurance. This family owned business is top notch in my book. My Alfa looked as if the accident never happened and my out of pocket expenses were significantly lower than any of the other shops I queried. They will not disappoint. I strongly recommend them!

The guys at Image Auto Body took care of our hail damage that happened in April. They were able to get an estimate in before the competitors and didnt pressure or rush us. The turnaround time for us was around a week and we were able to pick our car up at the expected time frame. Really professional work and they treat you as friend and family! Would visit again for any future issues I might have!

Image Auto Body was recommended by a friend who told me that Image was ethical and had good quality. I had hail damage and related collision damage, same storm, a few months ago. Image, like all the shops in the area were booked solid for months. When my scheduled time arrived, Image worked on the car and had it ready in the time frame promised months earlier. The work was excellent. I cannot tell there was ever any damage at all. They worked with my insurance quotes and I had no surprises when it came time to pay.I couldn’t find the before picture, but there were over 50 hail dents AND the front passenger door was smashed and missing the door handle. Back passenger door was also smashed in. Now I cannot see any dings nor any door damage and the handles work including the keyless entry options and the window can open and close again.

I just picked up my car here after having work done on it when my bumper was totally smashed in and would not close. I was amazed at what an awesome job they did with the new bumper and the paint job was superb! Customer service has always been great here and they are honest and work hard. Their rates are comparable to the other shops in the area and even a little lower. Even though we was working with the insurance we saw all the rates that were being submitted. It cost way less than what I thought it was going to. My car was spotless when I picked it up, Inside and out. I wasn’t expecting that. That was an added bonus. I am super happy with my car! The customer service was great and they were easy to work with but I do have some complaints about the work quality. My emblems were not properly centered when reapplied and the paint looks rough and wrinkled. In the attached picture shows 1 panel that was stock paint (left) and the repainted rough one (right). This is made worse by the fact that all but 2 body panels was repainted and looks like this.

Great guys to deal with. They took care of my bumper and did great work. We will be using them for all our bodywork in the future. They have that personal touch. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience working with Tony, the shop manager during my vehicle repair. I was side swiped by an uninsured driver and he helped me navigate insurance as they were unresponsive to my requests. He also spent a great deal of time locating a discontinued part on my older vehicle. Overall, excellent fit, finish and color match. They clearly care about customer satisfaction and in my case, went above and beyond. I I highly recommend them, great local business.

Image Auto Body did a great job in painting my fender flares to match the rest of my jeep. Im very satisfied with the service and quality of the work.

Went to get a quote on removing a rearview camera applique and installing one without the camera. Was told it would take a 2-3 hours and a couple hundred bucks. Found another shop that charged me $50 and was out in 30 minutes.

Had our family SUV taken to this shop after being side swiped. I have to say I was nervous about picking the right shop but after taking it here it was the best choice. Tony really helped out and made us feel worry free. It was a black vehicle so I knew how difficult it would be to color match but it was an exceptional job. We felt valued and important from when we walked in, to the moment we drove out. Customer service is valued here. Highly recommend to anyone seeking repairs. Thank you!

I had my front bumper replaced, and not only does my car look great, but the service was completed quickly and didnt break the bank. The staff is friendly and communicates with you. I was able to have my car fixed and back to me before one of the larger auto body shops could even fit me in for an estimate!

We had been going to various places when we needed work done on any of our vehicles and were never satisfied to go back to any place twice for various reasons. We tried Image Auto Body and have been extremely satisfied so now we are a life long customer! They are the best and I wont go anywhere else. My wifes truck was hit while parked in her employers parking lot, and it was a hit-and-run situation. The front fender was bent in badly, and the drivers side door would not open. Whatever hit that truck was large, and did considerable damage to that fender. I brought the truck to Image based on a personal recommendation and the numerous positive reviews, and I am very impressed with the results! I worked with Tony, who is very friendly and honest. He took the time to explain the entire process to me, and even showed me exploded diagrams of how all of the components behind the fender fit together. The job was done ahead of schedule and for a reasonable price. The results are incredible, and the truck looks better than before it got hit!

I never do reviews; however, I had to for these guys. They were fast and made my truck look brand new. Trey was freaking awesome and kept me up to speed on the progress!

Ultimately, I picked Image Auto Body because of the positive reviews and because I got a quick response and a free estimate the same day that I called. I brought my car to Tony and he thoroughly inspected it for damage. He was very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail for me, had no problem answering all of my questions. His eye-balled estimate was spot on with what the end bill was. He worked directly with the insurance company and I really didnt have to worry about anything. I picked up my car, and they did a beautiful job! You cannot tell that I was in an accident.I hope that I never get in another accident, but if I do, I will bring my car back Image Auto Body :-)

Mr. Tony and Image Auto Body worked a miracle on my 2004 Acura TL. I use to always joke that Ill drive it until the wheels fall off. Well...it was a joke until it actually happened. My front wheel literally snapped off due to sheared bolts on the wheel hub (note to self - stay away from aftermarket rims). Nevertheless, I get it towed to Image Auto Body and about a week or so later my car was running better than it has in years. They did such a good job I had them replace my AC compressor and radiator as well. Gone are the days of DWH...driving while hot! Thanks Mr. Tony and Image Auto Body. Excellent Work...Excellent Customer Service...well done guys!

Tony did a great job of fixing my car, and half the price of other body shops around. Very happy with his work.

The owner told me it would be done by Wednesday and it was not done till Thursday which we can card another $60 car rental fee when I ask the owner to contact my wife to coordinate pickup he said and I quote she aint my wife you call your wife I thought that was rude since I was on the other side of the country trying to coordinate pickup of my vehicle that I trusted him with.He fixed truck dent and got grey overspray on my truck. Its still there to this day.
