I can’t not begin explaining how great this body shop is. I recommend you go here to repair your vehicles for anything! The gentleman who helped me throughout the process of repairing my car is Roy Garza. This man went up and beyond to get my car repaired. He kept me updated, helped me understanding things I didn’t know about about and overall gave a GREAT customer experience. Please go and give this company your services. I am so glad I found Rob and AMM Procare Collision. We hit a deer while on a hunting trip (irony), but now my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee looks even better than before the accident. Rob handled everything with my insurance company and was very communicative about the stage of repair my Jeep was in during the whole proccess. The facilties are top notch and very clean, and staff is so friendly. I will be consistently recommending AMM Procare in Pflugerville to anyone who needs body work done by a team of knowledgeable technicians who get it done right.

Front office receptionists were friendly, helpful, professional. The manager communicated well, kept me updated as to status of collision repairs. The car was returned to me punctually, spotless, looking great. The facility was clean and organized. It was a good experience after having a wreck.

Update (edit):Management a this body shop is the closest to the best thing in Austin. Darryl the manager took care of the hiccups, and I can only say this place is worth it and amazing. Thank you Darryl for all you help and helping me get my car back how it was. I am planning on fixing my other car here without any doubts

Let me start by saying that I was really looking forward to getting my car in the shop. I waited 3 months from the time of my estimate to my date of repair service. I completely understand that the wait time was substantial due to the high repair demand this year. What is not acceptable is that when I arrived to drop off my vehicle at 8:00am sharp, before work, I was turned away and told that they no longer service my type of vehicle. Apparently new management made a new rule a few weeks prior and no one had checked the books to inform me that I should contact another collision center. Or at least to change my plans. The worst part about it was that I had already arranged a rental vehicle for 2 weeks and could not get a refund due to notice of cancelation being less than 24 hours.Overall it was just a horrible experience. I wouldve really appreciated a notification about the new rule in advance. Or at the very least some compensation for the rental car cost that I had to pay on account of AMMs poor organization and poor accountability. I dont know if I should consider this fiasco bad luck, or good luck that I didnt end up doing my repairs at this shop.

Terrible experience and continued experience. Something new was suddenly wrong with my car everytime it was almost done. Wrong parts were ordered along the way as well. They asked me to pick up my car with a dead battery and non working horn - all of which was perfectly fine (and I have proof) prior to my car entering this facility for repairs.Received the car back with almost completely flat tires, a dent, cracked body work/parts, and less than 10 miles available in the gas tank. The car has been making a god awful sound has since (1 day later) been deemed unsafe to drive and now were left waiting for yet another week before the issue will even be addressed.They had the audacity to ask us to submit a positive review because they go the extra mile to make customers happy by doing a complementary cleaning of the car before you pick it up. Meanwhile they were busy washing off tons of left polish marks and noted scratches/dents.Unfortunately were still stuck working with them due to insurance. Will never work with this company again going forward.Terrible communication. My car was with them for over 3 weeks due to the gradual finding of new things that needed to be fixed and lack of people apparently available to look at my car. By the end of this they will have had my car for well over a month.

Processed my car through very quickly. Very pleasant people to work with and did a good job.

After my vehicle suffered lots of hail damage.. my insurance company suggested them. From the beginning Roy Garza has been great..he calls and keeps you updated like he says he would..even after hours. Any concerns you can call and will get an answer. Everyone there is very professional, and customer service is A +. After 2 weeks got my car back yesterday and she looks brand new..like Roy said he would do. Lifetime warranty on work..they have my business and families business from now on!!! Love their work!!!

I recently had to bring 2 of my vehicles in for body work and Fran and the team there did a great job. Timely, professional, gave realistic timelines and the car looked great. I was also surprised to see they cleaned the inside of my car very well when I picked it - a nice surprise.

Very efficient Geico hail damage assessment. Will definitely use AMM for repairs but will use the one in Georgetown as its closer to home.

Honestly. Shout out to this body shop. Service was fast and they kept me updated. Not only did they fix the damages done to my car, they made it look new again. Also detailed and waxed the car as well. I recommend ANM Collision for sure. Especially this pflugerville location. Great job

Can’t say enough about how great this shop is! After the recent hail storm I took some heavy damage and finally got around to bringing it in to get fixed. After initially being told it would take up to three full weeks to do the paintless dent repair and freaking out because I dont have rental coverage on my insurance, these guys had my car fixed and looking good as new in just three days! Thank you!!

My vehicle was rear ended. Needed the rear bumper replaced. AMM was easy to work with, kept me updated on the process and had very quick turnaround with quality work.

Dropped off car needing collision repair. Company aligned with my car insurance. Quick in and out. Everybody wearing a mask, yeah! Hope to get back fixed car mid next week

Turned my car around so quick I am not going to put the number down for fear everyone would want that level of service. It was quite impressive on a three layer white pearl Lexus paint to not be able to find the blend in bright sunlight or shadow.

Took my car to AMM Collision to have the front bumper repaired after someone hit my parked car in a parking lot. My car had some paint and superficial damage. I took my car in first thing Monday morning, and had it repaired by mid-morning the next day. Spencer at AMM kept me up to date through the entire process, and I was getting text notifications which reinforced their great customer service. I was their first customer at this location, and I was very much pleased with the entire process. I would highly recommend AMM and their team.

Very friendly staff, kept me up to date on what they were doing and even finished a few days before scheduled. My truck looks just as good as the day I drove it off the lot.
