Rey and Steve took amazing care of my wifes car after someone damaged it. I wasnt sure if we would have to pay a lot to get this fixed, but these guys are genuine and personable. They gave me the impression they actually care and arent just in it for the money. That is almost impossible to find anymore.If you want someone to do a great job until you are 100% satisfied, then see these guys. Honest and professional. Go here and no where else.P.S. I did try and make contact with a preferred body shop suggested by Mercedes. They didnt even have the courtesy to get back to me, after 2 separate attempts. Huge difference in customer service from the bigger place...

The Team at Bumpers RX were great. It was last minute and we were trying to find a way to get rid of some minor nicks and scratches on my wifes car before we sold it. Every one else we spoke to quoted us crazy prices or said that a simple correction wasnt possible. I showed up at Bumper RX and they gave me a couple of great options. I literally dropped the car off and everything was done with no issue.They even did a little extra work. Im definitely using these guys in the future.

Ray is amazing. I had a gash in my front bumper and it looks better than new. It even cost less than my insurance deductible. Ray even went the extra mile and defogged my headlights because I’m a teacher. He and his son are solid, good people. If you’re in the Austin/Round Rock/Pflugerville area, then go see Ray. The owner (Rey Medina) is a complete unprofessional guy. He doesnt stay true to his words, and will cheat you for his own gain. He uses un-trained employees who dont know what they are doing, and charges you a lot. He doesnt like to pay for the services he receives and have scammed quite a few people. BEWARE of this business. Find another repair shop and save yourself hours of trouble and lost money.

I have been taking my Cars to this shop for over 10 years now. They are some of the most honest people I have ever worked with. They do quality work for a fraction of the cost. I had my Moms car painted for Christmas and they did a great job. Shortly after that my Moms car got some nasty bird poop that has a form of acid in it. They were able to sand and buff it out and make it look new again. I was not able to get a ride to pick me up and they were able to give a courtesy ride home. This is a small shop and they care about the customer. Its not about the $$$ for these guys. Hard to find these days.

Fast, friendly, honest and cheap! I just needed my bumper fixed because it became loose after an accident. I went in to get a quote and got my car fixed right then in under 20 minutes at a great price! Honest people are hard to find. Will definitely be going back to them for any other collision repair needs!

Had a big dent in my Chevy Equinox bumper and decided to get a quick quote right before they closed. Price was great (less than $100) and they offered to fix it while I waited even though they closed in 15 min on a Saturday. Only took 20 minutes, looked great and they even touched up some bumper scratches at no charge. 5 stars!

I had sufficiently hit enough curbs to break the tabs on both sides of my front bumper. The body shops all said it needed to be replaced at a cost of $600-700. I searched online for at least a month and found the process that Rey uses, and then I found Rey. While I waited 20-30 minutes in the office today, he made the repairs on both sides for a grand total of $80 (40 per side). Im bringing my car back to him in the near future to repaint my roof.Rey is very kind and honest and did great work. Ill be using him again and suggest you check out Bumpers RX Plus.

I am so happy with the work that was done on my car! My Honda Fit was rear-ended last week, and not only did these guys give me a fair quote for the work, but they also touched up the paint on the side related to another incident for free. Incredible work and fast turnaround. I will be returning to Bumpers Rx should I ever need collision work on my car again.

Rey and his staff did a fantastic job on my car bumper. After being hit, and having a large dent in the back bumper on my Honda Accord, Bumpers Rx was able to make it look like new. I cannot even tell where it was repaired. Paint was matched perfectly and though it looks like brand new on the back, it doesnt stand out from the rest of the car. They also refinished my headlights with nothing less than great results! Dont take your car anywhere else to refinish your headlights. Mine now look like they are new again. I went there because my front hood pull cable snapped while trying to replace my deplated battery. First repair shop couldnt open my hood and suggested bumper rx plus. After getting confirmation from them that theyll be able to open my front hood. I made my car towed to them due. They managed to open my hood even though they had to work for many hours. Very satisfied from their service.

I love this place!! I got into a fender bender last week and Rey was able to fix my car within 2 days. It looks brand new! Just a heads up they moved their location its at 12215 Roxie Dr., Austin, TX 78729. I drove to the Jamestown location only to be notified they moved :(

Will highly recommend this place. They did a great job on my back bumper. Fast and cheap. The owner told me it will take 30 mins but it took less than that. They have a nice waiting area and few toys for kids to play with.

Very good people. I tried to park my car in a tight spot and ended up with a scratch on the front bumper. From my previous experience I thought it would be expensive to repair> I read reviews about Bumper Rx and took it to them. They looked at it and gave a fair estimate. They said may be they could remove the scratch with a solvent and tried it. The scratch was gone. I was happy with it and asked how much I owed. They did not charge me anything.

Took more than 1 month to fix a bumper. New paint had hair stuck in the bumper and it had several scratches. Bumper wasnt alligned properly. Also they couldnt fix my front sensors and told me Honda will erase codes for free. Took it to Honda and they found the sensor bracket was bent ($700 labor+parts). Dont take your new car to them.

I was really expecting the great service/price that I had read about. Rey is a great guy but I was disappointed in the work that was done for the price quoted. Perhaps there was some miscommunication on my part? Either way, requesting warranty information on the work done was frustrating and proved to be fruitless as they never sent me the details they promised.

My second time to use Bumpers Rx and I cant say enough about how great Ray and his team are to work with. They are reasonable and honest, which are harder to find these days. I highly recommend them!

My husband came here twice. First time was to fix his bumper - which they did a fantastic job.Second time was a much larger problem. He scraped the entire drivers door against a parking garage pillar, causing a large dent as well as removing the paint. We had such a great experience the first time here, we figured we could ask if they can fix this issue - we really didnt want to have our insurance involved. It took them one weekend to fix it.When we received the car, it looked fine from far away but up close the texture of the paint was very bad and the color didnt really match at all. Imagine driving a luxury car with one door a different color from the rest - just didnt look right at all. The son of the owner/mechanic told us to give it a few days to cure. We waited a while (something like a few weeks) and still looked the same. There was also paint splatter around and on the side view mirrors.My husband was furious and really didnt feel that taking it back to them would fix the issue completely. After all they specialize in bumpers not body repair. We ended up going to Berlis auto shop in Pflugerville. Took them a few weeks but it was so worth it. They fixed the issue and got the paint job right the first time. Insurance even reimbursed the amount we paid here at Bumpers Rx.If you need a quick fix to your bumper, Ill recommend. Other than that - go somewhere else for any other job.

Fast and cheap! Someone had hit my car while parked on the street, and I had come out of the house to scratches and my back bumper falling off! I was so frustrated thinking that it would take hundreds of dollars to fix. Before filing an insurance claim I heard about Bumpers Rx and called them up to set up an appointment, in which they said to just come right in. When I pulled up they took a look at it, said they could pop it right back in and buff it out for just $70. And it literally only took 30 minutes. I was out of there in no time! Highly recommend this place. Ill post the before and after pics.
