Amazing work and wonderful staff. Someone smashed in my fender in a parking lot. After repairs, you cant tell that anything happened to my car. They matched my rally blue pearl paint perfectly. I will gladly take my car back there any time it needs work.

What I thought would be a simple repair they showed me where it was actually worse then it looked. Explained everything really well and worked with my insurance to get the supplemental claim done. The other thing I would like to point out, they cleaned up my dirty car really well, which made paying the deductible a little less painful.

Didnt have them do the work. I feel that they ran up the damage estimate so State Farm could total my car. If I had been allowed by State Farm to take my vehicle to a shop I used before and so does Travis County Sheriffs Dept. I would have received a much lower estimate of damages. So the 1 star is really for Caliber and State Farm.

My review is for the FM 685 location in Pflugerville.The work done was on a door and left back panel of my suv.My insurance sent me here to do some corrective repair from a previous body shop.August 2020 i drop off and was told my vehicle would be ready in 4 weeks. FOUR WEEKS?!?! Ok, its during COVID, so I understand...but then the delays come in. They finally get my vehicle back almost 2 weeks after because I no longer had rental fees and now they are having to pay my rental fees because they still dont have my vehicle ready.Now, I finally have my vehicle back, and the work was obviously never checked or supervised and it shows!I find the black trim around my door was rushed and had very visible lines along the entire trim. Then once I get home I notice my back up sensors are no longer working. I call the shop and was told they would repair but guess what...now Im out of my vehicle again for additional days. Get my vehicle back, they fixed the trim and the backup sensor was replaced but now I cant hear the sensors at the same volume as before. I was told the sensors were installed by an outside technician, but CC didnt even inspect their work before notifying me it was ready to be picked up and now I have to return for a THIRD time.Finally get my vehicle back on the 3rd time, get home inspect my vehicle and noticed on the inside trim of my suv hatchback (back-door lift) that there are major deep scratches and footprints all over the inside trim. I immediately called my rep and send them pictures and he has NO explanation of how or why they were what looks like dancing around on vehicle instead of taking care of it during repairs. I am furious! They ask i return AGAIN but I refuse and instead take my vehicles directly to the dealership to have them replace the trim and bill CC for it.My contact rep for CC was always very nice and professional but the quality of the work is GARBAGE!!!And you dont even want to hear about the ridiculous bill they sent my insurance company!LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE AND DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!

They were very busy and booked up for at least 2 weeks. However, they fit me in! Probably because it was ahit & run the day after I bought the car😭

Michael was who helped mt access my Damages to car. He was very thorough checked some spots I had not seen. Told me each thing that would need to be replaced. Explained in great Clear Deatil. And was very kind. He made it very Easy Experience. Ask for him you will be taken care of very well.

Have you ever gone to a business because they have 4.5 stars.. and then wonder HOW that business has 4.5 stars?? That was my experience with this Caliber location. In short, our experience was:- Slower than promised- Not high quality- Required me to go back for missing parts and hunt for fastenersThe Good:- Facility is rather new- The car was returned with a much cleaner interior than it started with (1 star for that)The Bad:- We were first promised the car on 5/21 (at the latest). While *driving to pick the car up* we decided to call to be sure, and were told they were waiting on a temp sensor, and the car would not be ready - it should be ready 5/23. That day (5/23) rolls around and the car is again not ready, this time because of an emblem. Finally the car was ready on 5/24.. but it needed more work- Ill give our service adviser points for not being rude, but when we pointed out the issues his responses included Im not going to pretend I dont see it and Im not saying you have to take the car ...which was not really what I wanted to hear after the car is already late.The Ugly:- When we went to pick the car up, we immediately noticed the new paint on the fender looked like an orange compared to the paint on the door. Look even closer, and theres *specks* of debris all over the hood and fender (and there still is). Carlos offered to buff out the orange peel texture in the paint, and while its better.. its still noticeable. The speck in the hood pictured is something you can feel with your fingernail, and is still there.- Open the hood, and the diagnostic port is flopping around next to the battery. I point this out, and the car comes back... with the wrong screw. The one they put in the car is clearly a self-tapping screw from some other car or a different part of the car to where it sticks out 1/4 and I can take it out by hand- Get home, and we realize there are lighter areas where the stock mudflaps *used* to be. Call Carlos, and after some time looking through photos, he concedes that yes.. theyre missing. They find the old mud-flaps and I make an extra trip to pick them up.(I need to go get missing bits from my car and buy new fasteners, but hey, I guess thats the rhythm of my life according to the Caliber ads)All in all, I was massively disappointed to drop our car off here, and have it come back looking like it might as well have been repaired outdoors.Full disclosure - I work on cars every day for a living. If youre fine with a car that looks great from 20 ft, this mightve been a 5-star experience... but if youre like me and expect the repaired panels to look like the other panels on the car, youd probably be just as irritated as I am now, and you should avoid this place.After the shoddy work thus far, even with the extra time they had, I wouldnt even trust them to fix it.

We took our vehicle here after someone hit our car. Caliber collision was extremely helpful and had a quick turn around time to get our vehicle back on the road. Bianca kept us updated daily and really took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were taken care of. She was extremely professional and very customer oriented. She really went above and beyond! Carlos was our adviser and he was awesome! He made sure we got updates for the vehicle as well. He explained the repair process the car would go through and what parts would be needed to complete the repair. He made sure we were satisfied with the repair upon pickup, and mentioned if there is anything that we might come across later to let him know and he will take care of it. Our vehicle being hit by another driver creates added stress, however, caliber really made it a smooth and easy process for us. They are great people to work with.

This location is competent, courteous and honest. I had concerns from a few reviews, and I believe they were likely false, and personally malicious. My SUV was repaired on time, in quality, and they even found a precious necklace when taking it apart and RETURNED it to me. Enterprise was stellar too. I cant believe a severe rear end collision turned out to be a an overall good experience. My SUV is perfect and my necklace back!

Sucks, can’t keep them work. Don’t waste your time and money. I would prefer go to the dealership to get your car fixed. That location is creep. Don’t care about customer or customers life. They only care about them money money and money...

As inconvenient as having damage to your car is, Tyrell, Mark, and all the staff at Caliber made this experience smooth and flawless. I was able to get the estimate and start repairs in the same day. They updated me throughout the process and even finished way ahead of schedule. The repairs are remarkable and my car was returned to me as if brand new, inside and out. I felt like I was a family member getting VIP service!

They keep in touch, the only problem is I had a bunch of lights come on in dash after pickup after he already ran a diagnostics on it before I left for same problem and it came back ok. I called and they were good with me bringing it in to be looked at, Ive just been very busy and will have to return next week when they open after the weekend.

We have used this location twice now through our insurance. First time around everything was fine. This time took longer which is understandable because they could have been busier than before. Our vehicle looks fine BUT what Im struggling with is how and why we had all of the money (spare change) taken from the middle console. My husband keeps a lot of coins thrown in there, at minimum $10 in change. I dont care if it was 10 cents, my husband works hard for his money, I feel as though we were robbed. Body work to a vehicle does not require any snooping inside the vehicles compartments. We will never use this place again.

Staff conducted themselves very professionally and had me on my way upon dropping off vehicle. Process was nice with frequent email updates on the status of my vehicle. Upon pick-up, vehicle had one small (not too noticeable) imperfection, but their work is lifetime guarantee and offered to work on some more if we decide to return at any time. This location definitely easier to access and rental company is right next door.

I will update after i get my car back if my feelings about their service has changed.they are a joke. their communication is terrible. i was involved in a rear end collision that i was not at fault. geico insurance took responsibility and i chose to go with the shop they recommended. my car went into the shop 1/13/2020 and the service advisor told me my car would be fixed by 1/30/2020. geico had no knowledge of the repairs taking that long. geico had the date for my car to be fixed by 1/24/2020. geico and caliber collision had a conversation about the labor hours and all that. geico agreed to extend my rental until 1/27/2020 and said if caliber needed more time then caliber would pick up the rental and that they already understood they will be picking it up after 1/27/2020. i contacted my service advisor, he verbally confirmed on the phone that caliber would pick upmy rental on 1/27/2020. so here it is.... 1/27/2020 and i called enterprise just to confirm they were in the loop. enterprise wasn’t told anything. in fact, caliber collision had no knowledge of them picking up the rental as my service advisor is out of town.. i’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours for a call back just to confirm who is picking up my rental from today. complete and utterJ O K Eupdate moved 2 stars to 1 stars : received my car back as expected 1/30/2020. looked great. i had questions on how a bulge was fixed on my car that was caused by the accident. the advisor that took my car in was at lunch when i picked it up. i still haven’t heard back from him. today is 2/1/2020 and i realized my car was making a weird noise it has never made before. i drive a year old car and i’m the only owner so i know my car has never made this noise before . it’s rattling from where my car was repaired . something isn’t tightened correctly. and of course it’s saturday, i have to wait until monday 2/3/2020 to take my car back for something that wasn’t fixed correctly . i will update after i take it back .

Wasted my time! Went there on 5/21/19; spoke with Mark; setup an appointment to bring my car back 6/3/19 @ 9:00am and have a door ding repaired; and was there on time. But they had no record of the appointment; nothing was arranged, and Mark wasnt in.This is a Select Service Shop for my Auto Insurance Carrier. I gave Caliper Collision my complete insurance information, my name, phone number and address; and they said theyd contact my insurance...but nothing was arranged. Furthermore they didnt bother to contact me to let me know they werent ready to work on my car.Apparently this shop is so busy they dont need my business! Maybe they dont need yours either.

They left my tank on empty! zero miles left to the gallon! 😡 but their work is good though

They fixed my VW correctly the 1st time and matched the paint correctly. The manager also went as far as touching up the hood due to splinter rocks hitting the car. Something he didnt have to do .

Never take your car here for repairs. They knowing lowball your estimate so you have to deal with the other insurance company then your final bill is Double what was estimated! For a minor scrape!!!! It took almost 3 weeks!!! There was always some additional part that was needed but not really necessary to finish the repair. The sales people are used car salesman smoozing you the whole time into believing them. If you need an estimate go to someone you trust, never these people.

Just got me car back. Granted it was a hit and run in the parking lot. But they kept me posted everyday did a great job and was back on the date they promised. Ty

Tried to return my car early with unfinished rocker panel, overspray, and one wheel not matching the rest of the car. Kept the car 1 extra day and told me they would speak to Enterprise. Enterprise was never notified. Paint has slight wrinkling and color match is literally SUB PAR. Returned my vehicle with 200+ miles driven on the vehicle and my subs turned all the way up when I recall turning them all the way down. Unsure why. Brought the car in at 46,425.. car returned to me with 46,645 miles.

After waiting for 40 mins, I finally got an adjuster. They evaluated my mirror on my truck and decided it would cost $1395.Got 2nd opinion at G&G body shop. They quoted $565. They even got the price of the part from the dealership

The guys at the Pflugerville store were absolute professionals. They matched the paint perfectly for a paint that has a special additive. Im more than thrilled with the workman and experience. Tyrell and Julio did an exceptional job on keeping me up to date with everything. The text messages were really easy and kept me informed without wondering what stage they were in the process. Im very grateful and feel that Im the lucky one for taking my vehicle to Caliber Collision. Defiantly my go to shop for any future needs. Thanks Brandon Barr, Tyrell and Julio. 3 times I had to deal with this place (bcuz its where my insurance sent me) and 3 times I walked a away disappoint and disguised with their service. First encounter -Daughter got side swiped on the drivers side- custom tail light cracked in the accident - instead of ordering new ones they switch the driver side with the passenger side light thinking I wouldnt notice. If I didnt have the before pictures I would have be screwed bcuz I was flat out told it came in that way. How shady is that!! The 2nd time they totalled my daughters car. I didnt question it. This last time however I did have questions. I was ran off the road and I didnt really see and damages other than the tire was off the rim; but caliber totaled my car, and no they didnt even bother to really access the damages. They did a walk around(their words) and wrote up what they thought was wrong. Im sentimental, I have had this car for over 17 yrs - still runs great - so I decided to keep the car and took it along with their list of damages and cost(over $2000)to another repair shop; they did an assessment and discovered the only damage was the tire off the rim needed to be replaced. I take this info back to caliber and they say the other repair shop is just trying to make money.?. how? by replacing a $100 tire? seriously? so my car was totaled bcuz Caliber didnt do a proper access to discover that I only needed to replace the tire. Shame on you.
