I took my car for hail damage repair and I picked this shop based on their good reviews and waived deductible. David and his team were very professional and communicated the process thoroughly. They took care of processing the claim and worked with my insurance. Although there was one ding they missed on my hood I was still pleased with how my car came out and I recommend this shop. 👌 I rate them 4 stars due to the adhesive that was used stayed on my car and was not taken off completely. A good wax should take care of it though💪

A few weeks ago, the driver side door to our Honda Element wasnt opening properly until it didnt open at all. I called a few places and they said to come in and they would check it out, unfortunately checking it out, meant they looked at it, tried to open it themselves - once - and then proceeded to tell me it would be at least $200 and they didnt have any appointments for a few weeks.The next day, I Googled more body shops in Pflugerville and as luck would have it, Pflugerville Auto Body was open - on a Saturday. I called and spoke to the owner who said to bring it on by and they would take a look at it.He tried the door a few times and of course it didnt open. Instead of telling me to come back later or that it would cost x amount of dollars, he tried to solve the problem right then and there.It took some time, but he found the root of the problem - broken piece of the interior door handle/latch. He called the local Honda dealerships to get the part ordered on our behalf.Once the part came it didnt take too much to put on and he was so friendly and helpful. We would choose to go here again for any future needs.

These guys do an amazing job and really fight for the little guys. Theyll deal with your insurance company for you and theyre quick about getting the work done. I was worried because my insurance appraiser told me it would take 2-3 weeks and these guys got it done in a weeks time! They also do what they can to make it so you dont have to pay your insurance deductible. Thanks for the awesome work and service David!

We were visiting Austin and had our fuel tank start leaking. They got me in on a Saturday and helped as much as they could, when no one else would. Even though they couldnt get it fixed until Monday, they found and fixed the problem quickly with great communication and professionalism. Would very much recommend!

I went to David and his team to for collision damage on my Toyota Corolla. Not only was the body fixed, but they offered to fix my broken AC, which I wasn’t expecting. All for a good price. I was told initially it would be about 2 weeks, but it was more like a week. They get things done here, which I like. I will definitely be returning and telling my friends about this place.

I had a small job to paint and install a side mirror on my daughters car. I had the part and the owner said he could get it painted and installed the same day. Hes a man of his word. In fact it took half a day.Owner was super nice and charged a very, very reasonable fee.I would recommend.

If you need your car fixed, go here! Someone hit my car in a parking garage over NYE weekend and ruined my right front fender. The shop was able to get my car done in two days! The owner was so so nice and professional. Overall, it’s been the best auto body shop experience I’ve had!

Im literally crying happy tears as I sit here and type this and wishing that I could give David and his sons more stars! I have a toyota corolla that looked almost hopeless when it left my house. She sat in our garage for almost 5 years, since the day that she was wrecked. I couldnt let her go because she is sentimental to me and because there was nothing wrong with anything under the hood. She still fired right up when we started her. My husband started on the project with gathering parts a little over a year ago. We spent a while off and on trying to find a REAL PROFESSIONAL that could put her back together and on the road again. Then, we found David and he took my car on knowing how much of a project it would be. We got her back today and they did such an amazing job that you cant even tell just by looking at it that it was ever wrecked. Lady is smooth, shes back together and she lives to see another day on the road. If your vehicle needs a miracle or anything minor, David and his boys are your guys. THIS is the place!

Was not a good service. Absolutley none in European car especialist repair. Incomplete work. Interior parts arent replace. Possession of insurance budget by not replacing parts. Did Good car make-up to hide. Be aware! Dont recomend!

I called this shop on a Sunday as it was the only place open at the time in close proximity to me. David wasn’t even at the shop when I called, but didn’t hesitate to meet me up there. Within an hour of my call we were up at the shop taking a look at the damages. He quickly got the parts quoted and an awesome deal for me paying out of pocket. He reminded me of the option to go through my insurance but I knew darn well that with my record they’d drop me in a heartbeat. Ha! I may or may not be a bad driver, don’t judge me! Not only did he drop me off at my house across the way but he sent me text updates daily and fixed the damages I had done by Tuesday of the same week! We have a new gem in town and this is it. If you want outstanding service and an amazing turnaround then you need not look any further than here Pflugerville/Round Rock! You will not be disappointed in your decision to choose Pflugerville Auto Body.

Sara responded to my original request quickly and was extremely helpful. My vehicle needed a quick cosmetic fix, and he took care of it, at no charge. There was another car they had just finished up with when I arrived, and it looked good as new! Communicative, friendly, and a job well done. Would definitely recommend Pflugerville Auto Body to a friend.

If I could give more stars i def would. Business is ran by a father and his sons, so you have a really personal feel and touch when you do business with them.I dropped my parts off to be painted at Sat and they where assembled on my car by Wed. Super fast turn around time. Both of my parts also had damage to them and that was not a problem, we fairly renegotiated the price and it didnt effect the time of delivery.Def recommend this shop to all in the surrounding Pflugerville area!!!!

These folks are fantastic... I had rear-ended a Silverado pickup truck in my brand-new (2016) Toyota Corolla, causing about $5000 worth of damage to the front-end. I was actually approached in the HEB parking lot by an employee of Pflugerville Auto Body who saw my damage, gave me their business card and told me that they could handle the whole thing including dealing with my insurance company and covering any deductible (which turned out to only be $500 but they were prepared to do it for up to I believe a $1000 deductible). They drove me home from their shop after I dropped it off and picked me up from my home when it was ready. They made sure to keep in close touch with us with daily updates on their progress, the work was complete in only 3 days and the car looks and drives like new. We had even been running on a doughnut-spare tire and not only did they replace it with a brand new tire completely of their own volition but they also replaced the drivers side mirror, again without even having been asked, which had been damaged in a completely separate incident - thats the kind of people these folks are!

David and his crew went out of his way to help me out with the damage in a car accident. He also help me to fix the sliding door on my van as well. I highly recommended this place if you would like to seek for quality job at a fair price.
