I had a great experience here. I called and spoke with Justin and he gave me some suggestions as to what it might be and had me come down to the shop. I was realistically expecting to pay $1000 but once they got the truck up on the lift and diagnosed the problem they charged me $100 out the door. They could have easily ripped me off and I wouldn’t have known the difference. I can’t say enough about these guys, great work and integrity to boot. If I have any problems in the future for work on my personal vehicle this is where I’m coming. I would advise you to also.

Had my catalytic converter stolen over the weekend and came here first thing Monday AM and was outta there in less than 45 mins and it cost alot less than I was expecting! Highly recommend if you unfortunately get hit like I did.

Came in to get a rear muffler delete on my vehicle, the wait was a little long as they were busy but Id say my car was done in less than half an hour once they pulled it into the garage. Car sounds great Id definitely recommend this place

These guys are awesome!! I drove there without and appointment hoping they would be able to get me in. I did not need a new muffler but wanted to put in a Flowmaster or a Magnaflow muffler for better performance and to add a little rumble to my truck. When I arrived I spoke with Justin who I had spoken with a few days prior and told him I had spoke with him about my truck and what I was looking for, he suggested a Magnaflow as it would give me a little better performance and would give me the rumble I was looking for without being extremely loud. I had him install the Magnaflow and it was exactly what I was looking for. Justin amd his team were able to get me in without an appointment and get the Magnaflow installed quickly and professionally. I was at the shop for about an hour and was on my way. I would highly recommend this shop becaise they informed me of my options, suggested what they thought would fit my needs, quickly amd professionally installed it and the price was exactly what they quoted me, no unnecessary add ons or pressure to buy anything else, just quick, honest, professional service at a great price. Came in expecting to pay like 500 for a new rear catalytic converter after mine was stolen. Came in, told them the problem, got it inspected right away and told its 200 dollars. Did it in 30 minutes and I was off. No funny business, no upsells, just what I asked, which isnt always my mechanic experience.

If youre in need of good service, this is your place. I took my mustang in today for mufflers and they did a great job. Basically no issues at all, they walked me through everything step by step and got it done fast, for everything that needed to be done. It might be a tiny bit more pricey than other shoddy shops around town, but you get what you pay for...If you want HIGH QUALITY, then head over into mad hatter!

Fast friendly service. After a rear end collision my exhaust pipe needed to be replaced had it repaired here cheaper than a new pipe would cost. About 2 years later I added a hitch which now rubbed the exhaust pipe. Less than 20 minutes later I was rolling out of the shop, no more rub.

I past several muffler shops to go to Mad Hatter Muffler based on Google reviews. I needed custom exhaust from the headers back on a 93 wrangler stuffed with a 383 stroker 400 trans and a monster Atlas case. Justin quoted me a very reasonable price. Justin said that he didnt have the exact muffler that I needed but could have it next day with job also completed by end of that day. LETS DO IT....I dropped jeep from trailer (which they stored inside overnight) and at 2pm the next day I received a call from senior claiming the jeep was finished. I paid exactly what was quoted and was very pleased with the finished product. Thank you Google for accurate reviews and more importantly Thanks to Mad Hatter Mufflers for Knocking it out of the park!

A little pricey. One hour of labor and $150 magnaflow cat installed for $340. Quick service and nice staff, good welds. Quoted me $360 ahead of time and got $20 off by mentioning website discount at time of payment. So thats the reason for 4 stars. Might pay to shop around.

Amazing shop, super fast, well priced and they do A+ work. I have a 96 Honda Accord which rattled really bad when in idling, so i took it to Mad Hatter mufflers to have my cat heat shield welded on. While my car was on the lift they showed me that I had around 8 holes all the way down my exhaust. They asked if I wanted them to fix this, so I said sure. They replaced the exhaust piping and welded the heat shield, and had my car out in 30 minutes. Thanks to them my car in now a lot quieter. I highly recommend this shop.

I had a neighbor help put on aftermarket axle back exhaust on the 2011 Camaro SS in Synergy Green. Needless to say it wasnt done the best. Mad Hatter Muffler put the car up on the lift and fixed the issues, welding the exhaust in the proper place and getting rid of the hideous clamps the aftermarket system came with. Looks great now and fits perfect. Their skill and customer service is by far top notch. Highly recommend

Good service at a steal of a price

Came in wanting to either get a muffler delete or a resonator delete on my 2016 BMW 435i, after speaking with someone who went through what either delete would entail, I went with the resonator delete and I am very happy with the result my car still sounds very stock/quiet but has some aggressive tones now when I open the exhaust flap.

This place was fantastic, I have an older Diesel Pusher RV and they exceeded my expectations on repairing my exhaust. I highly recommend this place!!!

What a find! Don and crew trouble shot our MotorHome exhaust issue after a rough washboard section we encountered during our travels. We dropped our motorhome off, went to breakfast, and while we were eating Don left us a message just like he promised! By the time we were back they were nearly done. Fixed our problem on the first trip and for a reasonable price to boot!Highly recommended!

Don and all the guys here are the best!! They really know what they are doing, we have been going there for years and will never go anywhere else.

They use cheap parts and wont warranty them out. No matter whats wrong with a car the cat shouldnt fail 2 miles after being installed. Know it alls that are legends in thier own minds.

Deleted a resonator on my black 2004 golf. Very quick turnaround time, good looking welds, no leaks, and all around genuine people. Will be a return customer for all of my future projects.

Went to Midas at 67 and peoria as three years ago, they did such a bad job that I had to get it done again, mad better showed me why I was having problems and fixed it the right way,so I wont have to worry. Skip the big companies and come here and get the job done right the first time and pay a reasonable amount for it
