I had a excellent experience in the service department with David Saisslin and Stephani I think thats her name I brought a car in for services and they were very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I asked. They do make you feel comfortable while wait for the audi.Thank you very much.Brandi Hudson @echo park
David ( in the service department) did a wonderful job working on getting my car the best service so I dont have any more problems in the future.
Michael, the Assistant Service Manager in the service department, is awesome. I was having a minor issue with getting a tire repaired because I purchased an Audi from a 3rd party seller and they didn’t give me the key to remove the wheels from the car. Instead of having to buy a new key at $90+, he was able to get them removed in their shop and replaced with some lug bolts that I got from AutoZone at no cost. I was willing to pay but he took care of it for me. If I could afford to get the car serviced here, I absolutely would based on this experience with him. Thank you again, man!
Friendly helpful staff, great value, 100% recommended to anyone in the area!
Had to take my vehicle back several times for the same problem. Was told there was nothing they could do to assist with squeaky brakes except for replace them even though they had less than 10k miles on them. Then was told they could do something. It is never the same story, don’t trust this service department in the least
Excellent service
Just received an email to rate my experience at AUDI of Peoria. Well... You asked for it. Worst service (with a smile) I have ever had at a dealership. Took my A4 in for a diagnosis on the top and a battery replacement. Was quoted a flat price of 425.00. This then took 3 days with a different story every day. When all was said and done I was quoted a 2000+ price to replace a potentiometer and a battery cable. It was also recommended that I should also replace a perfectly functioning serpentine belt for an extra 1400 and if I didn’t when it broke it would destroy my engine. Really? I declined this service and asked for the total. Was then told that the new total was over 600 dollars. When I questioned this was told that the technician has put in over 2 hours of work (2 hours of work takes 3 days at the dealership) on the car and it was all apart and ready to replace the parts. I never gave any okay to replace the parts. I was then quoted another price ~575 and refused until I got the original price back. When I picked the car up the next day it was stored outside (without a functioning top in the open position) and it was joked about between the “service advisors” that it was a good thing I was picking it up could it looks like it might rain. I paid the agreed upon price and my car was delivered to me filthy with the interior completely covered with dirt and dust.
Ive had my interrior damaged every single time ive taken it to them. My car I bought with about 30k miles on it and no damage done to the inside until I had to take it in for a repair. Three seperate times they have gotten black on my white interrior and I had even mentioned it to them. I quit taking my car here to be serviced 3 times is enough... Bought an Audi aux cord from their store at the service center and it was the last one... The aux part came out. I had spent $80 on this part from them and it lasted me maybe 3 months. Just a joke.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
Quickly addressed my issue
