First time ever going into this place of business. And definitely not my last. Very clean and knowledgeable team, management was very helpful and honest. Went in because my entire truck would pull when breaking. Had 2 different mechanics look and could charge me fine. But couldnt fix the problem at all. Ive taken it here and within an 1hr and 30 mins, now have no problems what soever! Highly recommend.

I have used S&S for tires and balancing before for my truck. I recently found wheels and tires on Craigslist and brought them in for mounting and balancing . Calvin and Mike took good care of me and I will be sticking with them for life and for other Auto needs as well. Honesty and customer service lives here. A+ fellas!

I needed 2 new front tires asap. Knowing how long the wait is at Walmart I stopped at the S&S 303 & Bell Rd. location. The gentleman who helped me (wish I remembered his name) was very kind & helpful. He looked up the tires my car needed & let me know they had them at their Peoria location. He called them up for me & set up for me to head over to get taken care of. I arrived at Peoria location & they seemed busy, but got my car back in a timely manner & I was taken care of and out the door in just a little over an hour. Impressive & so happy!! This is a really great company theyre very professional and their customer service is spot-on. I sometimes wonder if people understand how hard it is for them to try to schedule as they have to deal with delivery or inventory issues or they get the wrong tires delivered but they still Rebound with it in the same day which is amazing But when I was in Mike and Dan great they did everything they could to get my tires and the extra tires taken care of in the same day and I cant thank him enough for that effort. Theyre efficient and they know what theyre doing and I trust my vehicle there

I founded this location for S&S Tire & Auto, when I needed a tire. That was almost two years ago. I am here this morning having the oil changed. The service is always five star. Mike, Dan, Calvin, and the technicians are always professional and helpful. The repairs they have done are always complete. A time or two I have returned to the shop to ask a question, when I think the repair is not complete. The repairs & service is complete. Repairs can result in other needed repairs. I recommend S&S Tire & Auto. Please note I do not write a lot of reviews. I write reviews when the service is five star.

A great place to know. We have used S&S for many years. They are reliable and reasonably priced. You can trust what they tell you. The staff as well as technicians are good to work with. It is very difficult to find a good mechanic facility. So glad we found them. Both Peoria & Surprise are great. The Avondale one is good too but we have never had to use them.

They were friendly and professional.Ghier work has been excellent on both of .my vehicles, Ive been very satisfied.Im so glad I found them and not had to go to the dealership since.Their prices have been fair much more re-enable than the dealers.

I have been a customer of S&S Tire and Auto for about four years. I have four cars and I have had one or more services on each of them. What I like about this family-owned business is they are honest, do quality work, and have fair pricing (it is not the cheapest, but nearly all repairs are less expensive than a dealer). Most importantly, they do no NOT suggest extra work on your vehicle when it is not necessary. At national chains I almost always get a a huge list of recommended maintenance and repairs. When I ask if the recommended repairs resulted from an inspection, I often receive an answer “no,” as the recommendation is just based on the mileage of the vehicle.I was most pleased with my recent visit to S&S Tire and Auto. I have a Nssan Frontier truck that was overheating (going up hills and under load}. They found that the hoses going to the heater core we’re leaking and introducing bubbles into the radiator. I let them know that I needed the truck as soon as possible as I planning to get out of town the next day. They let me know they would try their best, but they had to order dealer parts (which were ordered immediately as soon as I approved the work). The next morning I was surprised to get a call that the repair was complete. The mechanic disassembled the area of the engine needing work before the parts were delivered. This is great customer service as they went above and beyond. I got out of town before 11AM!I highly recommend S&S Tire and Auto. It is also important to note they have recently started to extended their warranties on most repairs to 3 years or 36,000 miles. This is a very generous warrantee that most other auto repair companies do not offer.

Today I experienced my first flat tire. Not only was this an inconvenience but it also happened on the highway with my 3yr old daughter. Calling in speaking with Rick not only took at the fear away but he was able to supply me with a VERY reasonable price. I was out of there in less than 45mins.I cannot find the words to express how amazing this family owned business is. Thank you so very much. Considering I showed up on a pedal bike. I was very surprised with how helpful the staff and management was willing to be. And the fact that it was 25 minutes to close made me appreciate the help all the much more.They let me use the air Chuck so that I could patch a tube. This allowed me to make the repair and NOT have to walk the rest of the way to my destination.Cant say much for how they do on motor vehicle tires(sales, installation), but if they could be that helpful to a non-paying, non-customer. I can only imagine how they would go out of their way for someone needing tire repair or replacement.So if you need either, stop in and find out for yourself, how friendly and professional these people are. I tried this location out a few months ago. I used to go to the Goodyear location and never had a problem. Took my vehicle for an oil change/tire rotation. Made appt online stating I would like both. When I arrived I told them I wanted both. I waited over an hour and asked at checkout if they rotated the tires and he said oh no, did you want them rotated?. Took the car back in and after another 30 min or so Im checked out. Then I hear a rattling coming from under the hood on the drive home. I had my husband look under the hood for anything obvious when he got home. We drive it back the next day and they had a tech test drive it and he said he heard nothing. Manager, Im assuming, took it for a drive and said its my motor mounts. Nothing with the oil and thats all they touched. He said they werent bad enough to be covered under warranty etc etc. Well the last vehicle I had, the motor mounts went. I know how that felt and it was gradual. Not overnight. So I took it to the dealer to check. I have an extended warranty on the car. Dealer calls me 30 min after I left it and said my air filter cover was not clipped in and was rattling. All fixed. OBVIOUSLY S&S techs checked my air filter and neglected to clip it back in. Maybe they could have checked that since it is something they touched while under the hood. I will not be visiting this location again.

If you are looking for a reputable place to go to get your vehicle fixed/repaired, this is definitely the place! Honest, trustworthy, proficient & professional staff, with very fair pricing & nobody trying to “fix” things that don’t need fixing. I’ve unfortunately encountered a multitude of crooks in the auto mechanic industry, but there are NO crooks here. I would recommend this shop to anybody looking for a diagnosis, repair, tires, etc. The manager, Jason, is knowledgeable & courteous, & is upfront about the problem as well as the cost to fix it. This is the only place I will go to for my automotive needs.

Depending on the service you need, theyre fairly reasonably priced. The shocks and struts for my truck were about $400 cheaper than 4 other estimates I got from other shops. I always appreciated that they learn who their regulars are and are forthright with all of the issues they find and what the costs are. If you ever need a specific person to speak to: Mike is great! They have a points system as well so Ive gotten two nearly free oil changes in the last two years from that.

Recommended by my mechanic. I had my car aligned as much as they could. It needed a kit to complete the process. I went to my mechanic who said THEY should have put on the kit and did. S & S redid the second alignment for free. Excellent job!

I needed to fix the wobble and shake I had on my Traverse for an upcoming trip that I was leaving on that day. They got me in and out within an hour. They knew what the problem was and fixed it. Price was definitely affordable and reasonable for the time and work they did. I had a tire going down crossing grand on a Sunday night. I crept into their parking lot and parked.I filled out the envelope and dropped it in the drop box. I got a call Monday morning to tell me the tire was replaced and ready to be picked up! Perfect. Ive been a loyal customer for years. Their great! Thanks Ill be back soon for other services.

Just awesome. Integrity of working on cars is very much gone and lost here in Arizona. But this shop has integrity and very well managed work ethics. I would know as I have had more than my share of mechanics not doing a job correctly on my cars. Only to have to pay a second round to another mechanic to correct a job not done rite the first time. This shop and crew has it together. You will be pleased. And not disappointed. Prices are reasonable also.

What a great group of guys. Had tires balanced and rotated and while I was there I randomly asked if they had batteries because my next stop was to replace a bad one for my camp trailer. They didnt have them in stock but were able to order it and it was there before my tires were done. Friendly and helpful with any question I asked and honest. I will be returning for all my tire needs.

I ran over a foot and a half long 4×4 block of wood right in the middle of the on ramp to the freeway, just after the car right in front of me swerved to miss it--didnt have a chance.Within 20 seconds, my electronic tire air pressure gauge was blinking an alert on my dashboard and I knew Id be rolling on metal within a minute.After exiting the freeway, while irritating every other driver on the road, half-driving my manual-shift Fiat 500, emergency lights-a-blinkin/half-typing TIRE PLACES into the Google search engine on my phone--and all this while doing approx. 13mph in a 40--I was quickly losing hope that the situation could be resolved without the time-consuming and expensive inclusion of a TOW-TRUCK in the mix.The closest auto/tire place that popped up on Google was more than 2 miles away and I certainly wasnt going to be able to drive there without destroying both the tire and the metal wheel to which it was affixed.Then, I gave a quick glance up ahead and my gaze caught the tail end of a sign--among many others--about 0.2 miles up the road.The latter half of the sign read --HELIN.I took it on faith that the first three letters would be MIC-- and got lucky!So, thats how I happened upon S&S.Forgive my forgetting the name of the guy up front who helped me or the other guy up front, with a cam-boot on his foot, rolling around on one of those cast-scooters, who I got to chat with a bit, and who also gave me 60 cents to grab a soda, but, both men were very professional and personable... that perfect balance between those emotionless, corporate Thats just our policy... robots, 🤨 and that 16 year-old kid at the drive-thru who calls you dude or bud and doesnt seem to recognize that hes employed.🤐In any case, I really enjoyed the experience! Okay, well, so much as one CAN enjoy popping a tire and paying to get it replaced😉. Oh ya, and the PRICE of the new tire??? Awesome!! I dont know if it was just because it was a little tire, but, out the door, I payed $55!! Beautiful!😁After being warned early on that it could take a bit of time, they ended up having me out of there in 20...25 minutes tops and the time flew by as the atmosphere was relaxed and the company agreeable.Thanks S&S! It is a good spot to go. The first time I went there the bosses son came out to inspect my car, I wanted some new tires he told me that yes I would need some but not then.

Went there to get a price quote for new tires, Dan gave me a good deal, decided to go ahead and have my tires replaced, the tech did an amazing job. I am thankful for the service received at this location. Great customer service, techs are very knowledgeable and, good at what they are doing. I have being taking my car lately to get it serviced. UNBEATABLE PRICES GENUINE PEOPLE! I can not reccomend them enough! I went in for tires, found out that the alignment is included with it! Had breaks and an oil change as well was done in about 3 hours. The prices are truly unbeatable, I got 4 tires, alignment, oil change and breaks with rotars for just a little over what most places charge for a set of 4 tires. The customer service is outstanding, they are very personable. 10/10 would reccomend!

I went to S & S tire as a teenage 15+ years ago and was always happy with their service. I recently went back to them a few years back and am more than happy with customer service as well as service provided. No pressure to upgrade anything and very personable. Had them look over a recently bought used truck anticipating the usual replace this or that and was told outside of normal wear and tear nothing looked like it needed to be replaced. I normally tend to say mechanics and dentists will usually always find SOMETHING you need however I do not feel this way with S & S anymore. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. After going to another location, where we were told that the tire was separating and needed replaced, Brad took the tire off and told us that the tire was worn a little funny due to a bad strut, but not separating and not unsafe. He rotated and balanced the tires and sent us on our way. It is so nice to deal with an honest shop and we will be bringing this location ALL of our business, even though its a farther drive. I have no idea how much money I spent there.Yesterday I bought a new set of Michelin tires for my pickup, $1400.00One of them is out of balanceI we back this morning and the guy said I would have to wait hours before they could get to me.I drove from Chandler to do business with them just because of customer loyalty.I drove from Chandler to get them to rebalance the tires.Never again, Goodyear store wont be someplace I ever go back to.Mike used to work there. Dealt with him for years. He transferred to the Peoria store.If you want to deal with S&S go there and ask for Mike.Thats about it.
