I got a deal off of Groupon and showed up this morning shortly after they opened and got in about 20 minutes after and took roughly about 10 minutes to get the oil changed.Overall even without the Groupon it’s still a better experience and deal than taking it to a dealership where you’re waiting 1 to 2 hours at least.I recommend Express Oil Change, so don’t hesitate on stopping by!

Came here because i saw them on groupon after looking for an express oil change. The guys here were nice and did my oil change quick. The guy, whos name I cant remember, also cleaned my windshield for me, which was unexpected but very appreciated. Also, they were informative but not pushy. Would definitely recommend coming here and will return in the future.

Josh and Nick are the best!! So nice and professional! Educated me on how my car has a filter for the AC which I had no idea about. And you can tell they’re being genuine and not just trying to sell me stuff I don’t need. Changing the filter for the AC made a hugeeee difference. 10/10 recommend and will only come here. :)

My wife and I were heading to go out on.a date when I noticed the car temperature getting in the red. It ended up overheating. The oil change side is great I love using that service but I used the mechanic side for the first time and I am not happy. I was told the Service coordinator is not allowed to go over the quote on the phone which makes no sense to me and feel I was overcharged for the service I received. After calling around I found out that they were almost double the price of the competition and the competition offers power washing or steam cleaning at the same lower price.

Before visiting Express, I HATED getting the oil changed in my car- I had to sit for an hour or two in a lobby and watch sports- ugh! Now I get to sit in my car and listen to the radio or scroll through social media for 10-15 mins while the Zane puts my info in the computer and changes the oil.I really love that they do a safety check to make sure my tires are still road safe, check for leaks under the car, top off any fluids that are low, check that all my lights and blinkers are working, and clean my windshield (I have almost gotten a ticket for a headlight being burned out so this service is something every shop should do IMO!) Getting my oil changed is a here has been such a relief, especially since having my son and not having to get us both out of the car. A few times my oil was changed by Zane while my son was asleep and he whispered and had the other guys keep quiet while I was in the shop so he wouldnt wake up. What a relief!I also love how quickly they have changed my tires, charged my a/c, changed my brakes, and diagnosed check engine lights for me in the past! This shop is wonderful and I appreciate their positive attitude each time I need a service done on my car! Will definitely refer friends and coworkers here and return myself!

Zane from express oil change and tire engineers quickly diagnosed my clunking noise from my 2013 f150s front end. I had taken the truck to the dealership to find the noise and two other shops, none of the other locations were able to find the noise. Zane found the noise within 5 minutes and gave me a quote there on the spot. I accepted the quote and he had me out the very same day.

The best! Very polite and friendly staff, get you in and out quickly. Does a thorough inspection of all fluids, belts, lights, etc. Have been going here for years, never disapoints.

It was an ok experience. They provided almost everything.. The only thing they didnt have in stock was an air filter. An air filter that costed extra from Auto Zone. We thought we were getting a good deal with a coupon but ended up paying way more than bargaining for. Next time, Ask questions before..

I wouldn’t trust these guys with anything. Two bad experiences.Went for a routine oil changed. Was told my transmission was leaking. I have seen no leak and car runs fine 3 months later.One for my wife. Hers actually cost her her vehicle. We paid 1,300 for her timing belt to be replaced which ended up not being the issue. Then they asked for another 3,000 for a new engine. Car ran fine before taking it to get the oil changed

Get ready to be upsold. Getting oil change here is like going to a marine bootcamp. Service people swarm you and all of a sudden you see them pulling your engine apart looking for other things to sell you. Its a slow tedious process and even after I declined allof the other stuff they wanted to sell me they charged me $82 buks for a 5 quart oil change!Take you car to Earnhart Kia they charge $56 with no ridiculous upsell plus they wash your car at no additional cost. I will never go to this place again!

Update: I am updating my review based on the businesses response to my post that I have left below. I am still unsure if we will be returning for any services here but I do appreciate the manager reaching out and doing his best to ensure this will not happen again and how they have higher standards than what we experienced that day.I recommended this place to all my friends and family. The first time I visited this site I was taken aback with the great customer service and attention to detail. They would check all fluids and offer filters if needed and check other areas visually. However, today was the opposite of my usual experience. I didn’t recognize many of the employees which makes me wonder if that’s where the issues have started. The technician that helped me today did not check any of the other fluids in my vehicle and was not very friendly. He was rude and abrupt. This will be the end of my patronage to this company and I will be telling the people I know here to do the same. The worst part of this whole experience was the fact that this man was not wearing a mask. I know this is a huge conflict across the country but If your clients and all other employees are wearing them you could have the common courtesy or at least respect them enough to wear one. This whole experience was beyond upsetting and it’s only because of the great experience I’ve had with them before. And no josh, I don’t want to taste the oil stick. You shouldn’t ask people that because your joke isn’t funny. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t taste like chicken.

Okay. After today, Im done with Walmart oil changes. These guys actually do everything that they say that theyre going to do. (Thats new for me.) I wasnt waiting two to four hours for service. The guys were amazingly friendly, fast, efficient, and they all worked together like a well oiled machine. I work in the rideshare industry so their fast and efficient service is vital. Im impressed.

This was my first time using this business. I came here after a very unprofessional interaction at a competitor ( Jackson’s). I was extremely impressed at the level of professionalism and kindness shown to me from the employees. Luis was awesome! I tried going to Jiffy Lube this morning for an oil change and they werent very busy. I was pretty much ignored. My husband asked if an Express Oil Change was around and I found this. SUPER glad I did. We were in and out around 10 minutes or so. Josh helped us out and he was really helpful and said that he checked the air filter and it didnt need to be changed. Most places will tell you it needs to be change (whether it needs it or not). We got to stay in our car the entire time. We will be using this place again for all our oil changes in the future.

I came in on 3/27/2021 for a stay-in-your-car oil change and was asked to exit my vehicle. The oil tech had me stand over the pit in a dress as he proceeded to man-splain to me the importance of an alternator belt. STOP. Tell me the alternator belt is wrecked, and Ill replace it. There was absolutely no reason for me to get out of my car, nobody else was being asked to do so. The entire experience just made me feel objectified and uncomfortable.

This place is like what I imagine people felt like going to a fast food drive thru place for the first time in the ‘50s or whenever. You mean i can just sit in my car while you change my oil in your little underground dungeon of oil stained magical elves? Sign me up!

Do not come here if you have tires that are over a month old they will not touch them

I would have given a 5+ star rating, but my experience here did not start out that great. However, it ended on a positive note. Now, this was my first time here and I don’t have an express oil change and tire where I am from. So, I came not knowing how anything works or what to do, which did not help my anxiety. I was in need of an oil and air filter change and I usually go to my local dealership, but I wanted to try something different (and they were highly rated), partially because the dealer appointments take like 1+ hours for small things, which I am used to. I also like going to my local dealership because of the friendly staff and I know the routine when I arrive for my appointment. Upon my arrival I was greeted (won’t say his name because this was the staff that wasn’t the most friendly to me and seemed a bit agitated) and he said that they didn’t know they had an appointment (made an appointment online roughly a week in advance). Regardless they helped me, they also gave me direction on how to pull into their ‘stalls’ which I messed up; which caused the same guy who I won’t mention to get more irritated with me. I almost left because of this. When I pulled into the stall I told them what services I needed. What I didn’t know is you wait in your car while they are conducting your appointment and the entirety of the appointment took roughly 20 minutes. The two guys that took care of my vehicle (Josh and Bruce, one who is a trainee and the other the trainer (so also a learning experience for the new guy) (not sure if I read name right, but he has gages, Brn hair, and a long brn beard) both were super polite/efficient and they also ran a test on my battery, lights, etc.. They also performed a safety test checking all lights (headlights, break lights, blinkers, and horn). They also reset my vehicle settings to remove the ‘pop ups’ (oil change and filter) for needing vehicle maintenance. The price for my oil change and air filter was roughly over a $100, which is double what I would pay if I went to the dealership (just FYI). But overall, the middle and end of my experience was great/amazing (kudos to Bruce and josh), not so much the start. So, 5+ star service from Bruce and josh and -1 star service from the individual that greeted me upon arrival.

Why do so many auto repair centers see a Lyft/Uber inspection as an opportunity to find work on your car? When I call these guys for an inspection they said no problem, 5 to 10 minutes. I show up in the guy wants my keys and says it will be at least half an hour. I have been driving rideshare for 5 years and have had many inpections, most carried out by Lyft and Uber employees and ALL in less than 5 minutes.

Super fast oil change, literally about 10 minutes for the service and waited 10 minutes to get in. All the mechanics were super nice and friendly. Best part is you get to stay in your car the whole time. For a synthetic blend oil change it was a bit overpriced but if you’re tight on time this is definitely the place to get it done with. No appointments, first come first serve but they had many slots and lots of mechanics on site.

Came by around an hour before they closed and Charles waved me into a spot. The manager Josh helped me navigate into the garage and they changed my oil out in less than 10 minutes. They pointed out that I had a cracked belt and let me know i should fix it as soon as possible or I could be stranded but I didnt have the money to do it so they gave me a brochure on financing options. I thought I should add that they offered to change the belt as well even though it was around 40 minutes to close. Im not sure how long it would take but I appreciate that they were willing to do that for me if I requested it. Will be back soon to fix this belt issue and I would recommend express to anybody for an oil change or anything else car related!

I usually have a great experience at express but the attendant I got this time wasn’t friendly and seemed agitated that I was using a Groupon. They normally clean my windshield and that wasn’t offered by him. I didn’t even get a receipt and felt rushed out.

Louis C was my service technician. He was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. My synthetic oil change was quick and reasonably priced. It was worth the drive to get there. I will be back.

I got told by Big O Tire that I needed my wheels aligned so I decided to use a groupon and got a good deal. I have 2 stars for ability to get me in same day/Groupon price. After my 1-2 hour time frame I picked up my vehicle and was told I needed to over a special part so that they can fully align my wheels. He told me that he was able to align most of it but not all of it because of a piece that you have to have put onto the wheel to be able to align it… I have never heard of this. None of my family members have ever heard of this! We all drive the same vehicles and I’ve never heard of needing the special part to be able to align our wheels! I will never go there again because I believe that they are very dishonest!

I just had my oil changed and it was $55ish. I thought from other reviews it would be way more expensive. But it wasnt. I actually enjoyed my experience. Others have mentioned oil leaking afterwards. They seem to have noticed this and are double checking the cap for the oil so it is tightened. I just got home,, so i will update if there is a leak. They are mechanics so they are obligated to tell you if something is wrong with the car, I brought my 2000 toyota tundra. Those who were complaining about their diagnoses about cars may really have something wrong with their cars. The only big thing they mentioned to me was something that I already knew was needed to be fixed. When I mentioned I had the part at home and just needed to fix it they didnt push the subject or anything. They didnt bring up anything that was wrong with my truck that wasnt actually wrong. They were very respectful and polite. When I pulled up they put their masks on for me and were very good about this whole covid thing. They made sure to communicate with me what they were doing to my truck and why. I need an oil change on my 2001 passat and will be bringing it in later this week! Great service!

All of the staff are friendly, helpful, they do not try to over sell or sell things that you do not need like Jiffy Lube has done to me in the past, also I believe that this Oil change was MUCH CHEAPER than Jiffy Lube.You can show up here for an oil change with no appointment, sit in your car the whole time and be in out in 15 mins.Best Oil change in the Phoenix/Glendale area in my opinion.
