My wife got the run around while trying to get a tire fixed that was purchased there. This is a service that Discount Tire offers for free regardless of where the tire was purchased. They wanted to charge us so we took our business elsewhere. We recommend going anywhere else unless you want to be treated like that.

Bought 4 new tires and driving away, all 4 tires pressure lights came on Took back & discovered valve pkgs were wrong size & leaking air! After almost $1,000, youd expect it done right the first time! Had to leave car overnite to be fixed in morn. Made it up to us by replacing cabin & air filters at no cost which was nice but shouldve prevented our aggravation by doing the tires right the first time so we werent deprived of our time & use of our car for 1.5 days.

September 22nd 2021I was scheduled an appointment for 8:30am for mounting/balancing new wheels and tires. I was told while making the appointment it would take 1.5 - 2 hours to complete the job. Dropped off my vehicle off today at 8:10am, was told 11 - 11:30am to complete the work. I needed my vehicle back by 12:45pm so I can go to work. I was told it wouldnt be ready by then. I arrive at 12:10pm, my truck still sitting there, they havent even started the work. Complete waste of my time. Making an appointment was pointless. Front desk guy had no accountability for the job not beimg done in a timely matter. He handed me the keys back and didnt say a word.

A “Dave” greeted me at the front counter and was SO HELPFUL, he even came out to my car and saw the problem and knew they couldn’t help me “fix” the interior cosmetic damage BUT he went above and beyond and actually climbed under my car to fix something just off of his own time and being a good person!! I really appreciated the help and the tip to fixing my problem and I just love when an employee will do that out of goodness in their heart. Always have had GREAT experiences at this Firestone and a 5 star rating isnt enough!Thank you again Dave and God Bless you

Was on vacation and had a flat tire on a Sunday. I was happy to know they were open as I have done business with Firestone in my home town and always had good service with them. No surprise at this location was able to repair tire and I was in the road again.

I have been a loyal Firestone customer for 14 years. Years ago I was a store manager for them. That being said, they lost me as a customer because of overcharging.Brought my daughters car in for a brake job. They quoted me almost $700. They told me the rotors were $98 each for a corolla. I asked if they were Toyota rotors and I was given the standard their OEM equivalent which means they are Napa parts. For reference, a genuine Toyota rotor from the dealer at full retail is only $72 each. In addition they wanted to charge me $58 for a license plate bulb. Nothing has to be removed to replace this bulb as I have done it. Took me literally 5 minutes. They even told me the bulb was $3.80. A 2 pack is off the shelf at Auto Zone sells for $1.98.Im not sure what has happened to Firestone in the past couple of years but it is no longer the company it once was. Theyve become impersonal and customer service is going down the drain fast.For the record, I went across the street to a very reputable competitor and the same brake job was quoted to me for just over $400 with a 5 year warranty and they accept the same credit (CFNA) as Firestone. Sad to see a company I once loved going in the wrong direction.

I do not recommend this place. My husband had to take our car back 2 times after they were finished to address new problems then introduced. They messed up our alignment which was fine before bringing it in and somehow spilled oil in the engine. Now my service engine light is on. Took it back to fix those last two things and they would not fix. Denied it was a problem they created. The manager had the nerve to get upset with my calm and polite husband trying to say it was messed up when we brought it in. We are the original owners and would have known if there was a problem. Now we are stuck having to take it to Peoria Ford. At least these guys will kindly fix the problem.

Scheduled an appointment with this company scheduled for 12/20 at 3pm. Got my email confirmation of appointment.This appointment was booked at 11am the same day.The email confirmation WORD FOR WORD states: “ If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that’s convenient for you”Of course I don’t get a change of appointment call. I show up for my appointment. And the clerk says there’s no record of an appointment. I show him the confirmation, of course he has nothing to say but “we don’t have an alignment tech here now”.But you confirmed my 3pm appt for a wheel alignment? Wow.Stand up service, Firestone. What a joke. Highly don’t recommend. I was turned away from a legitimate appointment because of their lack of organizational and managerial skills.

I needed a new battery ASAP because mine was done for. Tyler, the guy at the front really helped me out and was really nice to me and said he’d do it himself that day since they were short staffed. So so sad ...BUT ALL FIRESTONES ONLY CAN DO A DIAGNOSTIC FOR 1996 and Newer vehicle. I wasted my time over there...didnt tell me till my truck was pulled in and he had already started looking around in the engine !! No charge though..Make Sure you ask Shops if they have the OBD1 CAPABILITIES !!! NOT JUST THE OBD2 .

THIS WAS THE BEST TIRE EXPERIENCE MY LIFE!!! Mike and his team were so helpful and willing to stay late to help us in an emergency situation. He was empathetic to our situation and even provided a laugh when were we stressed and upset. They were so friendly and kind and on top of that, took great care of the car. He even provided some alternatives in case they didn’t have the tire. I truly truly cannot thank them enough and are angels. Great customer service and service to the car. THANK YOU MIKE!!!!

They left a tool on my engine. Think twice before taking your car here! They also did not tighten things up after oil change and oil leaked all over my driveway. This location employs ppl who do not care about your car.. Just your money.

My experience with this business was I made an on line appointment. I arrived a few minutes early to find out that my appointment was not confirmed. Needless to say I didnt get my oil changed. My opinion is very bad customer service.

Initially I had made an appt with the happy valley location, but an hour before my appt I get a call saying they didnt have the equipment. Thankfully he tells me this location on N. Lake Pleasant can take me in. I get here and Unfortunately the tech gives me a disappointed blank look. He says its going to be a wait. I tell him its okay, he tells me its going to be more than an hour. I tell him im okay with it. He nods his head and gives me a blank look almost as if ge wanted to say the guy at happy valley shouldnt of done that now i have to take you in, and he tells me its going to be a wait, today we close at 5, im just thinking I ALREADY KNOW THAT, YOU ALREADY SAID THAT TWICE!! But i just stay quiet and tell him ill schedule elsewhere. I hated how i was treated here by this man at the front desk.

This has to be the worst service I have ever received. Not only could they not figure out what was wrong with my Jetta they failed to call me and let me know. I had to call them to find out what the status was. I was informed that “we can’t figure it out” and “you should take it to the dealer”. What the frack?! Who does that? On a positive note the Firestone on 67th and Happy Valley was very helpful and honest. I will never go to the Lake Pleasant location again, they just don’t seem to care.

Ever since Mike left and they hired this kid Tyler, this place’s service has gone down hill. This kid talks down to customers and has no understanding of what you’re saying to him. I spend thousands of dollars here every year but, not anymore. Send this kid back to McDonald’s or Taco Bell where you found him. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Honesty is the best policy! The general manager has exceptional customer service because I went to a dealership to get my oil changed and they told me that my serpentine belt was cracked. I went to Firestone Auto for a cheaper price & they informed me there was nothing wrong with my serpentine belt and it looked brand new. As a woman, its easy to get scammed at car dealerships and so Im thankful that Firestone saved me money and was honest with me. I will be coming to Firestone from now on to get my car maintaneanced.

Wonderful service! Heres my story. I went to Discount Tire first to get my tire replaced due to a nail on the side of one of my tires. There is nothing against them, but they had a two hour wait. So, I went to Firestone on Lake Pleasant and Happy Valley. They were also a little busy, but the two guys in the front were super nice and got me right in. At first, it was going to be a long wait, but one of them said, ya know, I will just take care of it myself and knock it out in twenty minutes! I had a choice between two tires and I chose the cheaper one, of course. After a few minutes, however, he came back and said it was not in stock. He felt so bad about that that he put the more expensive one on my car, but gave me a discount so I did not pay much more at all! I was out of there with a brand new tire and it only took him 25 minutes. I dont often leave reviews, but they were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure it was quick and got me a new tire without paying much at all. The dealership quoted me a much higher price. Thank you guys, I really appreciate that. I know where I will be going for any future tire issues. :)

Appt time was 1 for a tire rotation and oil change. Not finished tell after 4:30. 3 and half hours to do a one hour job. Will not be coming back and will be letting all my friends and family know not come here.

Excellent service, great people.I had some specific requirements for my car tires, while still getting them replaced ASAP, and on a budget. They made it happen.I havent used them for mechanical work yet, but Ive had them quote work for me. Pricing was on par with other mechanics in the area.Ill continue to use them for tires in future, and the next time a mechanical project comes up, they will be strongly considered.

I would give zero stars if I could. We called before we brought our tire over here. They said 2-2.5 hours to patch our tire. This place was far from our house, so we had to stay around here, with our kids. We waited the 2.5 hours and went back inside. They hadnt even looked at our tire. Oh give us another 1-1.5 hours. We gave them that. Went back inside 1.5 hours later. Our tire was still sitting there, untouched. We took our tire and left. Ill be taking it to discount tire tomorrow. I will never go back to this place and you shouldnt either.

If you want customer service, hands down this is the place to go to. I was stranded on the side of the road last night close to Firestone. Michael, the store manager made sure I was taking care of and went above and beyond any customer service standard. Stayed late past closing as he made sure I got the service I needed so I can get home to my family. The reason why I called them last night in a first place is bc I take my car there for any other maintenance services I need and they always are 10000% honest and have the best prices and if they don’t they happily price match. From the very bottom of my heart, thank you for going above and beyond last night and providing the customer services that you did. It won’t go on noticed.

This is a very good place for nearly all types of car repair. I have been there twice and was impressed with there service and pricing. Its a little slow at the front some times but they deliver on what they tell you at very reasonable prices. Fixed a flat for free on one occasion, which has made me a return customer.

Under new management. I felt like the didnt listen to my needs and had their own agenda with the companys truck. Used aftermarket parts and had to take the truck to the dealership for repairs.

Service is not good here.I went in for an oil change, got home and had oil leaking from the drain pan.The did not put a washer back on the drain bolt.Ive had other issues where I was quoted for one thing when I cashed out and when I called back a week later the price doubled. Really? Doubled. There are plenty of better shops around here, they may have the Firestone sign, but this is still Fletchers in service.

I made an appointment for today at 9am ( when the store opened) to get my truck aligned, they had the truck for 6 hours. Called me 50 minutes before they close to tell me it needs tierods and they can not do anything about it today. 6 hours is ample time to get the truck on the rack, diagnose it needs tierods, call me, replace tierods and do the alignment. I needed the truck for work tomorrow, thats why i made an appointment 2 days in advance. I will be sure to let all my friends, family and co workers know that firestone doesnt deserve business when customers get treated like this.

I spoke with Michael who I think was the manager about the battery I purchased with them that I needed to do a warranty exchange. I explained to him that I had Autozone determine through testing that it was not holding charge and needed to be replaced. Michael said no problem bring the car in and we will get it done. I come back after an hour and I noticed that the my car was still in the bay and a mechanic looking under the hood on the opposite side of the battery so I went out there out of curiosity. I just want to make it clear I am not a mechanic myself but I am not completely clueless either. The mechanic explained that he was looking at my AC because it was interlinked with the battery.....huh!? I responded, I don’t need my AC checked and if he could please finish up with the battery exchange because I got things to do. They finally finish and I’m at the counter and Micheal didn’t give me a receipt and told me don’t worry about it that the new battery was updated in the system under my account so I leave but come back for my own comfort I wanted a physical receipt and I returned and explained I would feel more comfortable with a receipt and Micheal wanted to charge me a $30 labor fee which wasn’t mentioned at the beginning of the visit and before me leaving when the job was done....huh!?

I need a last minute oil change and they took me me in despite the late arrival. The staff was friendly and they change my oil extremely fast. The price was also reasonable, they offer a number of different Services its just that I only needed oil change but I would definitely call back to this location for my car needs

Ryan the manager went above and beyond to help our family. We were in a situation where he didnt have to help(they were closed) but he did. If it werent for him and the amazing crew at this location we wouldve been on the side of the road with 4 of our kids. We live 30 min from this location and have many locations between our home and here but well make the drive to see Ryan. We know well get honest, quality work by people who love their job and have integrity.

Called them to ask whether they can change my winter tires on rims to summer tires on rims on my car. They said that, if I didnt purchase tires from them, they would not change them on my car.... NOT a complete auto care as they claim...

I have quite a few vehicles and they keep them all in great shape. I have 250,000 miles on my van and 150,000 on my Yukon. Both are in great shape thanks to Mike and Calvin and the unseen workers in the back. I have followed Mike to this store from the 83rd and Deer Valley store because I have a lot of faith in him that he wont sell me unneeded repairs. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys. Mark.

This was an emergancy.. we called ahead told clerk our situation. Limped the 10 miles to there shop. Explained again to same person we spoke to on phone. Then again and again. And again. 8 times no this is not an exaduration 8 times what we needed.We were forced to wait on a curb as koby only has two club chairs which were taken.1.5 hrs waiting for a tire change.This was not fast not profesional not polite. And just poor poor poor

I have had decent service when taking my vehicles in for service but the last 2 brake replacements I had done the brakes were squeaking loudly within a few weeks. Took one back in and was told everything is good and they couldn’t replicate a squeak, but they still squeak.

Excellent work and customer service. I had an engine replaced, alternator and air conditioner fixed, plus oil change and 4 new tires. Car running smooth and air blowing cold. My vehicle has over 165,000 miles. I spent $2800 for work. Worth it! Better than putting the same amount for a new car and then car payments. Would recommend!

One day they honor something and the next day they dont fake news. Theres no order their. All the employees their decide what Firestones policy is on that particular day. Example would be one employee decides to sell me a tire and have it installed. A couple weeks later I decided I want to purchase an additional 2 tires for the same vehicle and same wheels and a different employee says they cannot touch those wheels. (20 Spoke wire wheels). Out of 4 tires that I wanted purchase and have installed on 3 different occasions I ended up with 2 tires being installed at that location and the others were sold to me but I had to put the wheel on myself. I was never offered an additional warranty on the tires as well. So when one lost air somehow and blew guess what.... Didnt cover it. Paid for a whole new tire. I must of spent nearly $700 or so on tires and I did half the work and they dont want to honor the warranty on the tires I purchased from them. Last time I will ever deal with a Firestone. Theyll take my money but dont want to help me when their equipment fails.

My husband and I have used Fletchers for past 5 years or so and we specifically are loyal to this location. Awesome service every time we go in. We started using them because or the cheap oil changes with their online coupon. Every time we bring our vehicles in they are very honest and help us make wise decisions for our budget and safety. They ALWAYS seem to give us deals. I dont think Ive ever payed full price for anything here. Weve gotten every oil change, new tires, new suspension, flushes and more here for old and new cars. Finding out your car has a problem you didnt know about? That sucks. Having good mechanics catch it before you break down on the side of the road with expensive engine damage? Thats way worse. Thankfully these guys caught a serious problem in my Mini Cooper during a routine oil change, before it got really expensive. They were upfront about my options, which really made me feel like I wasnt getting ripped off. It was still pricey to fix, but they went above and beyond to lower my cost, and offered reasonable financing to make it work for me. And when I was stuck with no car at their shop, the mechanic ordered me an Uber ride free of charge to get me home, and another to get me back the next day. They fit me in for same day service, and turned around with my repaired car sooner than their estimate. This is after the dealership completely missed the problem. Ill definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Horrible experience! Never go there. Michael Downer is RUDE and should NOT be around customers. He ignored customers who walked in, he acted as though it was an imposition to have customers ask simple questions.

I used to take my service van and other vehicles to the dealer to get serviced. Recently I started going to this Fletchers auto. The service has been great, these guys have the vehicle diagnosed and repaired quick. They know what theyre doing. From now on any vehicle I own will only go to this repair shop.

Terrible costumer service. Broke down behind there location and they told me to get lost. I have spent over 5000 with Firestone and dont care for snobby attitudes. Go to 67th ave and H.V way better.

I always have a good experience at Fletchers Auto and tire. Calvin, Mike and Steve are very professional and do a great job getting my vehicle serviced. They explain everything thoroughly and I feel I am always being treated fairly. I would recommend Fletchers without hesitation.

Great customer serviceWe had the EGR valve replaced a little under a year ago. This week the vehicle began running rough. Fletcher found some carbon had prevented the valve from closing. John had the tech replace the valve under warranty. They completed the work on the same day, on a Saturday. Great job Fletcher.

This shop quoted me $300 for an oil pan gasket replacement last evening. Showed up in the morning and they changed the quote to $600. Dishonest. This shop is always understaffed and takes forever to get work done. Appointments in the past have never been completed on time. I used to like firestone, but they drove me away now.

Fletchers may very well be a great place to go for tires, but for anything else I cant recommend staying away enough.After taking my Jeep in for some routine maintenance and to investigate one problem, they noticed a small leak on a rear axle seal. $1,000 worth of repairs and one week later (and being unable to reproduce a VERY EASILY REPRODUCIBLE problem) and I had my Jeep back. The first time I drove it, the problem they could not reproduce immediately reproduced like magic. By the 4th time I drove it, a bearing broke and broke gears in my rear differential.I took my Jeep back, surely they would correct the issue. And they would, for another $900-1200. Against my better judgment I left my Jeep with them again. Then I heard nothing for 6 days, I finally called on a Monday and they said it would be ready by Tuesday at 5. I asked what the total was, and Rick had to ask Mike. When Rick got back on the phone he told me no charge. I was happy, I thought they were doing the honest thing and correcting their mistake.Tuesday at 5 rolled around and my Jeep had no rear differential. Wednesday came and went. Thursday came and went. Friday I finally got the call that my Jeep was ready. I went in to pick it up and you already know the outcome. Sure enough, another $1200 repair bill.If you want a Mechanic who will generally not communicate with you (My Jeep was in their care for a total of 16 out of the last 21 days and I received 3 total phone calls.) and when they do will absolutely give you wrong information, Fletchers may be the place for you.This location of Fletchers Tire and Auto is everything that gives mechanics a bad name.

My wife & I have had several services done here. They are professional & do not oversell or recommend unnecessary services. Last time I needed several services done on a Saturday without an appointment. They worked until it was finished more than an hour after closing. This time I requested an oil change appointment online for the first time (on Sunday) & got a confirmation return call the next day. Easy.

I was able to set a convenient Saturday morning appointment. Steve was friendly & very helpful. Car was ready before my needed time. Price very reasonable.

Had my car in yesterday for a much needed repair. When the car wouldnt start, and possible battery problems were eliminated, it was good to see they found the problem and fixed it. In and out repair with a new starter. Great job and Im back on the road again.

First I called to inform the store what needed to be done to my car the guy said they could check it within an hr so I made an appointment. When I got to the store they said they needed to have my car over the weekend and still they have not seen what the problem is . When I told the guy I was told differently they said they couldn’t check it today . Been here before for oil changes and general work and always been let down and now this was the final strike . Will not be returning to Firestone ever again.

COMPLETE SCAM!! You know theres a problem with a company when you go in for a $20 oil change and they convince you that your car needs $1,000 worth of repairs. Do your research on prices, dont fall for their scare tactics (e.g. like if they tell you something along the lines of you are risking your safety if you dont repair _________), if they tell you additional work needs done definitely get a second opinion elsewhere, and DONT TRUST THEM!

Decided to use local business Fletchers to buy my tires from and get front alignment. Was told to expect 90 min. to completion. Didnt start working on the vehicle for 45 min.. Then as I looked out into the service area at 1 1/2 hours my car was on the rack but no tires on it. I asked the attendent why. Was told I needed new wheel bearings and lower ball joint at a cost of near $400 extra. I told him I didnt trust that review and felt I was taken for a ride. Told him just to put tires on and I would leave. When I got home one of the tires only had 20PSi in it. Took to a 5 star alignment place this week and was told there was neither a problem with the ball joint or the wheel bearing. Dont trust this place!!

The dealership had told me I would need both tires and brakes at my next oil change (40K miles on my Ford Focus) so I wanted to take it in for a second opinion when it was time. Got an early appointment with these guys, waited for it, and all it needed was the oil change. Thanks! Theres a reason Fletchers is my first choice for tires!

My husband and I give them five star because they helped us today. We had our battery dead all the sudden at Frys parking lot and had to call for our road assistance. We spotted a firestone shop accross the street and called them if they can help us with our battery. They came less than day fiveteen minutes after our call and even before our busy road assistance come. They saved us from becoming Arizona bacon of the day because of the heat. Great customer service and fast too. We had a great help and great customer service.

Stay away if you don’t want to spend a fortune!! We took my car in as the air conditioner stopped working and needed a new compressor. A fix which should of only been a few hundred they ended up quoting us almost $5,000. We immediately told them we were intending on selling the car and getting a new car in the near future. Apparently they needed to build a completely new car as they would say it needed one thing after another. They kept pushing for us to sign up for their credit card so much so that my husband told him no and please stop asking me every time we talk. They said it was necessary for us to replace the tires and it would fix the shake my car had even though they NEVER test drove it!!! A week later I somehow got a nail in my tire so my husband goes and waits several hours and they tell him they can’t help as we didn’t add the protection on the tires and if he wanted to come back tomorrow and buy another tire he would allow him to buy that protection. Save your money and go where they aren’t always trying to upsell you something you don’t need.

Fletchers has been our family mechanic for years and we wouldnt go to anyone else. They are very accommodating, kind and very knowledgeable. They are awesome.

These looked like some very suspicious looking people. The customer service guy had sleeved tattoos down to his hands. The store manager was poorly groomed. But the quality of the sevices performed confirmed my first impression. They left my oil filter loose and oil dripped all over my driveway. Who ever drove my car into the shop had oil on their shoes and stained my vehicles floor board. When I tried to bring this to the shop managers attention he just mumbled something incoherent and walked away. I will defintely not return.

I dropped my wifes car off at this shop Friday night and talked to them first thing Saturday morning. Im fairly mechanically inclined with cars so I knew it was either the starter or alternator. They ran their test and called to tell me that both of those items were bad. They wanted 752.00 to change them both. I said no because thats a lot of money for such simple things and I would change them myself. They called back 10 min later saying they would do it for 525.00 now. I still didnt think that was a reasonable price. So I told them just park it outside and Ill come get it. 10 min later they call me back and say there was a mistake in their communication from the tech and its just the alternator. They will replace it for 352.00. At this point I was fusterated and asked them what exactly was wrong because they have told me multiple stories and just told them to Ill come get it. When I showed up to pay their 89 dollar diagnostic fee they told me there was a loose ground wire they fixed and its now running. I was flabbergasted that they tried to charge me $752 dollars for parts that worked when there was a loose ground wire. DONT trust this shop I will never take any car there again. They will just change things to charge you extra money. The parts have a 50% mark up on them compared to an auto parts store and are not trust worthy. This shop is shady dont use this shop unless you want to get ripped off.

Battery died plus cable corrosion, AAA was unable help me except to give me a jump. I called Fletchers on the way, hoping they could help. They replaced battery, corroded elements and oil change in less than an hour. Excellent job and customer service despite having no appointment.

They simply went beyond expectation. Steve, the manager is excellent, and the work a great value.
