YOU be the Judge! Brought in a 2003 DRZ400 with a leaking water pump seal. Was told $100.00 per hour and will take 1 to 2 hours. I had already purchased the water pump seal and gasket for the side cover and showed them the parts. Decided to give them a try. The service was completed and the pump works, HOWEVER, the bill was for $320.00 and took 3 hours including new oil, oil filter, and new radiator fluid, and they did use MY parts. I had called 3 other shops in the area. All 3 shops gave me a price of $200.00 - INCLUDING parts and labor and oil change and radiator fluid. What is YOUR opinion on this? Thats an additional $120.00 PLUS what I paid for my parts they uses. Get it all in writing before you hand over your keys. ............. An update. A few months later now at June 6, 2017. The pump is still ok, and I observed that the bill was $340.00 and change, not $320.00. I have received no contact from any representative from this business to acknowledge any wrongdoing or error on their part or to address the issue, or contact educating me and justifying why it cost so much. They do have my contact information. I did observe that they have reviewed my review as they took about the only semi favorable sentence from this posting and placed it on their web site. I even took a screen shot of it. You can even verify that yourself.......... These are simply facts and actions on my part and their part. No opinions stated. However, due to their actions and lack of actions, I am now removing one of the two stars.

I dropped off my 2007 polaris sportsman 500 x2, with a brand new PDM, it wasnt starting. I asked if they had a certified polaris mechanic, but was told, we work on these all the time. Got a call back, was told i needed a whole new wiring harness, and then they didnt guarantee what the problem was, was quoted over 1k to install wiring harness then they would trouble knowing wiring was ruled out. I paid them 100.00, picked up the bike in pieces, which at that time they told me, the PDM isnt working and not providing power anymore. I just left it, wasnt gonna argue that i dropped it off with a new PDM. Took it to a polaris dealer. They replaced the PDM and a new spark plug. Its up and running within a week. I will not take any of my ATV/UTVs here again. But sounds like they have done good service for others.
