I am very happy that I came to Peoria Tire. I got 4 new tires last week for less than I was quoted at another place. I came back today to see if I really needed 2 front control arms with ball joint. The other place had told me I needed them at an estimate of $795.00. You checked and they were not needed. I did get an alignment. Thank you for your professionalism and honesty. I will be back for anything I need in the future. I also will be telling my family and friends.

I had the need for new shocks on my vehicle and the dealership quoted me $1100. Since my extended warranty wasnt covering them, I decided to give peoria tire a call because a co-worker of mine praised them highly. I am so glad I did. Brand new shocks installed for $700 less than dealer....yes $700!!! Fantastic work, friendly staff and I would highly recommend them. I cant thank them enough!!

We are passing through Peoria with our fifth wheel trailer. I noticed on the newly repaved and smooth I-74 that my truck had a little more vibration than it should. I called the Peoria Ford dealer to ask if they could balance my wheels today. They were too busy, but referred me to Peoria Tire. Peoria Tire squeezed me in, and got me back on the road in less than an hour after I showed up at their store. Not only did they rebalance my tires, but they also first checked the balance to make sure the work was necessary. They did this knowing that I am highly unlikely to be a repeat customer because I don’t live in the area. Kudos to Peoria Tire for their honest and highly capable service!

I love this place! They saved me $1500 on my last job compared to the dealership. That worked out to half the price quoted by the dealer. And their service (both mechanical quality and communication) is second to none. Honest people who’ll tell you when to spend the money and when not to.

Flat tire off my car. I just walked in and got it fixed in about 10 minutes. Just needed a valve stem at this time, but will return for new tires when that time comes. I have never had a bad experience over the years I have used them.

Needed four new tires replaced. Staff was very professional and informational. They offered waiting room with seats and tv. One CON-tv was placed on FOX NEWS the whole wait. Most business avoid this not to disrespect a customer. They have a nice coffee bar. Nice open windows to see out and open service area window to check on you vehicles. Parking a bit tight for large vehicle to pull into. Easy to locate from road . Good selection of tires.

I have been a customer of Peoria Tire on a number of occasions and have always been impressed with their service, speed and focus on the customer. Todays experience only reinforced my opinion. Today, as I was driving, the low tire warning light came on. Before I knew it, the tire went completely flat. I pulled over and called Peoria Tire. It was 4:30pm - they close at 5:00, but said they would immediately send out a service truck. The truck and serviceman arrived 5 minutes later, filled the tire with air so I could try to drive the car to their shop on Knoxville Av. The serviceman followed me and said if the tire went flat again to stop and he would fill it again (which it did). When we finally arrived at the shop, they pulled my car directly into the shop bay and fixed the tire and I was back on the road. These guys are amazing! Thank you to the Peoria Tire team. You are the best.

They did what appears to be a good job mounting the tires. They gave me a ride to my Club while I waited and it was done at the time they said. My only suggestion is that it would have been nice if they would have put an Armorall treatment to the tires to make them shine!

This place was amazing, we were heading to Nashville and had a picked up a screw in our tire, got there at 725 am and the staff was great, they had our tire fixed and we were back on the road by 750!!! Outstanding service!!!

On our way to IL we had 2 tire issues, Peoria Tire spent a lot of time repairing a wheel/ tire to get us moving. They then got us in the same day to replace the remainder of the Chinese Westley tires. We are very pleased with their products and service.

Have used this place for years. Are always very good to work with. Took a car in this morning for new tires assuming they would have to order them as my my car takes a size that is usually not stocked. They had what was needed and had all 4 new tires on within 45 minutes without a prior appointment. There have been similar experiences like this in the past. I highly recommend them.

These guys are GOOD! I lost a trailer tire at midnight when picking up a skid steer near there (I’m from northern Michigan). They opened at 7, I got there at 7:30 and was out of there by 7:45 with a new tire on my rim, and an entire spare wheel for the trip home! So grateful for this place!

Excellent service. I have been coming here for all of my tire needs for about the last 10 years. They almost always get me right in. They are quick and pretty inexpensive. Last time I got a pair of new tires, the pricing was right in line with Walmart and all other shops I called. Super friendly and trustworthy as well. Highly recommend.

After blowing a tire on the highway, and not being able to get a tow truck for over an hour, I called, talked to Tom and was back on the road in less than half an hour. The roadside service was a life saver!! Doug was fast and efficient, and everything was reasonably priced too.

Ive purchased 3 sets of tires here over the years, have had repairs done, mounts, dismounts, etc. They are very responsive, professional, and friendly. My repairs have typically been done in under 25 min. Never had any issues here, and theyve worked with my on price as well. Great bunch of folks here!

Bought 4 new tires here on 11/29. 12 days later one tire blew and shredded into pieces. Incredibly, would not warranty the 12 day old tire. Said i must have hit something. On the inside tire wall?? After years of purchasing several sets of tires here, taking business elsewhere from now on.

Ive brought two trucks here that no one could figure out what was wrong and both times they fixed them. The first time I was quoted 1250 cause I needed brakes all the way around and a master cylinder in my f350 but they call said all I needed was the booster they could have told me I needed all that. But instead they were very honest and my bill was only 200 they are great people here

Service? HA! I dont usually write reviews, but this place takes the cake. A Mom and Pop Shop with sons that have attitudes bigger than the world they live in. This isnt just once, but 6 times in the last two years, yes, this USED to be my tire shop, I have experienced the gentlemen that run this establishment.6 times I have been in there, they have yet to call me by my name, 6 times I have paid with a credit card and cant get it handed back to me. No, they make sure to throw it on the counter like the MONEY you just paid them wasnt good enough.Ask about the services you need, they dont have enough respect to even try to sell me anything. THEY are doing ME the favor by coming there. Telling me I have bad back tires, well guess what buddy, it was your smug face selling my those crap tires less than a year ago, and they have 3K miles on them...... sounds like quality to me.But no bother now, I wont be bring my business to you. Here is hoping Walmart puts you right out of business. You boys need real jobs so the world can teach you a little reality, and definitely some humility. I mean really, I picked my car up hours before you closed for Thanksgiving and you couldnt even wish me a Happy Thanksgiving as you rang up my bill and threw my card back at me.You folks are a prime example of why small businesses fail, you treat me like I owe you something for bringing you my business, and I will make sure someone else gets it. I have now had my Jeep aligned twice here, and both experiences have been stellar. There was a miscommunication regarding a repair that was needed that prevented them from aligning my vehicle. I thought it was aligned though, and I took it on a long trip. Long story short, my new tires were worn down to nothing by the tome I got home. The team here took responsibility, and made things right immediately with no questions asked. They even gave me a loaner vehicle to use while they repaired the Jeep. Amazing customer service to say the least! They’re also the only place I’m aware of that will do an alignment on a lifted vehicle with oversized tires. I will be back for my next one, and continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

I had to come here because Discount Tire hasnt come to Peoria yet (and thats where I got all my tires so it wouldve been free to patch).My tire had a giant nail in it; They patched it up in an hour, and even texted to let us know it was done! They were nice and friendly, and it only cost $22.Thats 5 stars in my book.

They saved my bacon. I was set to enter a parade with our RV when I noticed that I had low air in my tire. When I tried to air it up it just came out. I took it straight to Peoria tire on Saturday when they were closing. They stayed open to fix my issue after hours .

Came in to have a tire replaced. They got it done quickly but charged me $250 for the tire and for the rotation. I had already found the tire online for $150. Asked if theyd match the price and they said, yes, how much? I said $150. They said, well, when you take into account the shipping and everything our price is right. I had to go to Chicago that day so I didnt argue. Looking back on it I shouldve.Another thing, my tire was punctured on the middle of the tire (I knew since I put the spare on) which meant they could have patched it up, yet, they never told me that this was an option (and wouldve been ~$30 at that). I wont be coming here again.
