We thought the Ford dealer would be a great place to take our vintage truck to be repaired. Sadly we were wrong. After one trip to the dealership for some general maintenance the truck returned with several more issues. After taking it back to be fixed the truck has now been there for two months with little to no end in sight. The service person assured me that the vehicle would be stored inside after I requested that because of the age of the vehicle. He told me it would be inside no less than three times. After driving by the dealership today my truck was sitting outside being rained on. I called the service manager today and he was extremely rude to me and made it seem as if this truck was not worth his time to work on after I spent several thousand dollars on the first repair. Even thought it was a good idea to tell me they make “$800 a day fixing new cars” He told me that they have a $50 fee to store vehicles inside per night. Despite assuring me it would be stored inside, I was never told about this fee. Had I known, I probably would’ve paid the storage fee. So disappointed my truck with original paint has just been rained on for months and I have been mislead. They’ve had it for two months. Major warning to any other vintage Ford owners

Finally pulled the bandaid and traded in my old bucket. They put me in a 2020 Ford Fusion that I love with all the features that I need plus a few that are seriously awesome! Ask for Dane. He was wonderful. Tons of knowledge and no salesman BS. Answered the hard questions and found exactly what I wanted/needed. By far the BEST car buying experience I ever have had. Looking forward to servicing my vehicle here too!

Bought a new Ford Escape at Green Ford. The sales staff was great, no pressure to buy gave me time to think about buying decision. Even though I purchased the Escape and it wasn’t the rite vehicle for me, Green Ford installed my tinted windows at no charge,paid for a ding to be removed from my vehicle even several months after purchase. The general manager Anthony is very hands on there and he is open for a office visit. Would purchase from Green Dealerships again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. It took them a full week AFTER my appointment to even bring the car into the garage and look at it, despite the fact that I called and spoke to their people on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of that week to check on the status. It turns out that Brad CANCELED my appointment and let the car sit on the lot for a full week because it was towed in. It took until my third call for him to admit this and he apologized and said they make this mistake a lot with cars that are towed because they lose track of which cars have appointments and which dont. They refused to offer me a loaner while they worked on the car. They finally brought my car into the garage today, a full week after my scheduled appointment date, and claimed the issue was a dead battery despite the fact that I watched the tow truck driver test the battery and it was fully charged before I had it towed in. They are untrustworthy and unable to manage their workload. avoid at all costs.

We pulled into the lot to look at cars. It seemed like 2 sales men where trying to see who could get it us first. They didnt listen to my husband and tried to come talk to me. I felt attacked like they didnt care about us just wanted to make a sale. Dont like when people are pushy that just makes me not return. They are very rude we wont be returning.

Salesman Brad Hutchinson was fantastic to work with. I did my research and knew what my trade and the wheelchair van I was buying were worth. When Brad came back with prices for each, he valued my trade for more and the wheelchair van for much less than I expected. Brad was friendly and didn’t try to sell me anything else. The wheelchair van was in pristine condition and drove perfectly. I highly recommend Brad Hutchinson and Greene Ford in Peoria!

This is definitely the worst service department I have ever dealt with. The department personnel including the manager are lazy an unwilling to help with the smallest of problems. The sales department called Green Chevrolet which fixed my warranty problem in 2 minutes. Problems continue to arise with no changes being made at Green Ford. Within the past 6 months I purchased 2 new vehicles and this is how I get treated. Be smart and stay away from this service department. The sales department is great.

My husband and I bought a 2018 Ford Edge back in December. We originally werent going to follow through with the purchase though based off of some negative reviews we had found across the internet regarding this dealership. However, we had a long discussion about our concerns with the businesss reputation with our salesman (Dane, who we HIGHLY recommend) and with Anthony, an owner. We found out through that conversion that many of the problem areas we had heard about have been dealt with over the last year or so because Anthony has become much more involved with this particular dealership. If anyone is hesitating to look at Green Ford based solely off of reviews, I encourage you to go in and actually have a conversation with the employees and owner.As for the buying process, it was a total breeze (after we gave them the go around on if wed purchase or not, haha) and everyone was super professional. I have waited to write this review because I wanted to see how the service department experience was after getting the oil change done for my vehicle. I will be honest and say that the service department was less impressive than the sales, because I had originally tried going in for a walk in oil change on a Saturday and they didnt have time for me that day, which I accept completely. So I had made an appointment for 5 pm a following day and when I went I was questioned about my 5 pm appointment because apparently the shop closes at 5:30 and the oil change will take 45 minutes. I reminded him a couple times that I had scheduled that online and so he still took us and got the oil done that afternoon. So my advise is, go see Dane for buying your vehicles, and call to schedule service times.I wouldnt hesitate to go back to Green Ford for another vehicle in the future so if youre concerned like I was, just go and talk to them about it. Theyre really open about whats going on behind the scenes and will answer any questions you have.

My Wife found a vehicle that she liked while browsing online. She called Green Ford and they set up an appointment to view the vehicle which they still had. I left work 2 hours early so we could drive 2 hours for our appointment. We get there and they told us that someone else was signing papers as we entered. Never going back and telling everyone that I know to never shop there.

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. I told them what I had, told them what I want, told them what I wanted to pay. They worked diligently with me and made it happen. I think what stands out the most was they cared, and listened. The examined what our needs were and found out, what I was ready to buy wasnt going to fulfill those needs. And they got me even a better deal than I could have expected. There was never at any time pressure. When I told them that my wife and I needed to sleep on it, they understood. I dont often write reviews. Sometimes you have people that just want to complain, or some business write there own. But I can tell you, I was just a guy who wanted to get a new truck so my wife and I could go camping. And they made that happen. So, if you are just shopping, or ready to buy my sales person was Trisha and we got amazing service from Rob.

I can’t believe the biggest dealer in Peoria, IL has the rudest service manager Mark Tonde. I took my car to the dealer for a multi inspection before purchasing the vehicle from a private seller and I was told the rear shocks needed to be fix among other things. The seller fixed most of them except for the allignment and a transmission axle seal so I took it back the dealer and I was told the alligment couldnt be done because the front struts needed to be fix. They had me talk to the mechanic named Slyler wich he told me that he told the Service Advisor Bob that the front struts needed to be fix. I told him that he wrote on the work sheet the rear shock (not the front struts) and asked me if I had the hard copy. I told him that I might not have it anymore so he told me that without the hard copy there was nothing that they could do. Then, I remembered that I sent a copy of the hard copy to the seller so I found it on my messages and showed to the mechanic. He looked at it and told me that he told the Service Advisor Bob the front struts and not the rear shocks needed to be fix so he made a mistake and we fixed the wrong parts. The manager was not available so I talked to Jim who told me that he will relate the information to the manager and have him call me back first time in the morning. He didn’t so I called the dealer and I was told he will call me back. He did, but he was so defensive in the call that he wouldn’t even let me explain the situation that took place when he was not in the dealer anymore. Mark just told me at the end of our 2 min phone conversation, “you know what im going to do for you buddy... nothing!” and hung up on me. Maybe he was upset because we didn’t fix some of the parts at the dealer since that was one of the few things he told me during our phone conversation but that was not me but the private seller that took care of it. I was charged just to get wrong information from the dealer and the wrong parts were fixed. He didn’t acknowledge that his own mechanic made a mistake nor offer me at least some decent customer service to aliviate the situation. On the other end he was rude and careless about this issue. I just hope that someone from Ford gets this information and maybe do some customer service skills trainning to his Managers to avoid this unpleaseant situation in the future.

If youre thinking about taking your car to Green for service, I would suggest trying a different dealership. We recently brought a car here to have some recall work done. While the car was in the shop, another component in the vehicle stopped working. We brought the issue to the service managers attention and returned the car to the dealership. After the service department evaluated the failure, they indicated it was just coincidence that the part failed while it was in the shop and wanted to charge me $500 for the part. The car was fully functional when entering the shop and not working when leaving the shop. The service manager Mark was rather rude and even indicated I may be lying about the component working when it entered the shop. I did contact Ford corporate to open a case regarding the issue with this shop. To date, I have not been contacted by Ford or the dealership to remedy the issue. I bought the part used for $65 and will be replacing it myself. My only recourse at this point is to stop using this dealership for service or purchases, and will likely not purchase any additional vehicles from this manufacturer due to what I consider poor customer service. Please consider this review when evaluating your service options.

My buying experience was great and they gave me what I wanted for my trade... on the other hand I have had my new car for almost 3 months and I still have not gotten my registration. I called and left messages and no response .. I emailed my salesman and finance lady .. no response. FINALLY a gal from the Chevy store called me back and has been very helpful ... I still have not received my Registration. I have called and left messages for the Manager, Rob to please call me.. no response yet. Did I received better service to get my business ? I am starting to wonder if I shouldn’t of just bought locally. I do hope I do not get pulled over since my plates obviously have mot been transferred. Great buying experience ... Customer Service after the fact ... Ugh bad.. except for gal at Chevy store.

NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE!!! THEY RAISED THE PRICE HIGHER THEN ONLINE!! I went to buy a 2017 Ford F150 Listed for $33,958. Test drove it, really loved it. Went to go talk price since I was looking at some others online. The salesman left and came back with his mangers price of exactly that (no money down), but they gave me the sheet thats attached with the out the door price breakdown so $36,489.87 total. I say thats too much. They get their manager and he starts saying maybe he can lower it more, but no more then $500 off asking price. Making it just under 36K OTD. I say Im not sure, he says if I buy it now hell do $35,500. I want to finance through my bank so I say Ill come back in the next day they are open to talk about it. I get approved from my bank so I email the salesman asking for $33,500 or if they cant go down on price can they do some oil changes and add ons. He say he showed his manager and they made a good offer and to come in to talk about it. So I come in, they say the BEST they can do is 36K OTD. I ask about the 35.5K from the last day and they say that was just the price of the truck, not taxes and fees. I say thats more then listed online. They bring the manager over that made me the deal, he says that wasnt a guaranteed deal and he couldnt actually do it for me, he was just trying to get me to buy it that day. So Im a little upset but Im not going to lose a truck over $500, so I agree to 36K OTD. we shake on it and start the paperwork. They come back about 10 min later saying that 36K OTD was with my current truck as a $1000 trade in. I say I never said that I was going to trade it in. They tell me that was their mangers mistake but in order to get the 36K I need to give them my truck too, if not it will be 37K out the door. I tell them that the online price and their online E-price is less then that out the door and remind them of the paper they gave me the last time I was in. They say theyll talk to their manager. They come back and say that he said the BEST they can do is 36K OTD with my truck and 37K OTD without and ask if I still want to do the deal. I ask for the full online price they offered me on the last day and they say its not longer valid since I wont do the trade in. That means the BEST deal they could give me is $500 more then the online asking price and $650 more then the e-price I was guaranteed. Ive attached pictures of the document they gave me and their website as of 04/22/2019. DO NOT TO BUSINESS HERE!!!! They kept raising the price for me and kept saying I was getting some sort of deal. BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!

Im not very happy with the service people I spoke with. I ed and got information concerning getting keys made for my f150. I was given the wrong information and wrong price for what I needed. When I asked about a time frame they stated about an hour to get it done. After I had it towed in it was only then that I was told that it would not be ready until 430 in the afternoon. No one bothered to tell me that there was additional fees for hooking up the computer. I found it extremely annoying and am very unhappy with the lack of information I needed to make a proper decision. I havent been a customer before and I am glad of it. Im sure I wont be again

Great selection of new and used vehicles. Friendly, professional staff. I always have my vehicle serviced here, as they offer a 31 point inspection package at a reasonable price. So I get all my fluids topped off, oil changed, tires taken care of, and they let me know if theres a potential for any problems down the road with my vehicle. Great dealership, sales and service staff!!

And, best of all, my USED vehicle has a LIFETIME warranty on the drivetrain and any moving part in the motor... FOR FREE!! That alone makes it worth purchasing a new or used vehicle from Greene Ford. I began looking at the expeditions due to the enormous rebates offered by ford. After having a negative experience at this store several years ago I called to inquire on price only to have a starting place at other dealerships. I was impressed by the general manager, Rob, for personally insisting to rectify the situation. He is new to the dealership and it is clear he into acquiring new customers, fixing past issues, and maintaining long term clientele. Not only did he work with us to make sure we were comfortable, he also took personal oversight to make sure everything went smoothly. After making the trip to Peoria (over 2 hours from home) Late in the day we decided to purchase the expedition. We did not purchase the expedition from ford but rather solely from rob and his excellent sales team. They close at 5pm on Saturdays and stayed over 3 hours past close to make sure we were set. I can’t say enough about this dealership and the new leadership. Justin M. Is down to earth, personable, and honest. He took great care of us as well and took time to explain features and technology. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and gave the best deal above 5 other stores we visited. I highly recommend green ford Peoria for your next purchase. We will be back for all our future automobile needs.

He was very polite as well as professional and found me exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Have only been once, very impressed.Truck battery went out a morning before work, was able to jump start and got to Green Ford.Planned to install myself to get to work asap, but they assured me itd be quick and free install on batteries.45 minutes later Im out the door, very quick for showing up without appointment.Facility very clean, personnel incredibly friendly.Waiting are very comfortable. I saw soda and popcorn machines, I assume that was for customers.... but wasnt there long enough to take part.Thanks for the great service !!

This summer I walked into Green to look at a car that I had found online. When I pulled into the lot, I was approached by Troy. He answered all of my questions about the car and was able to offer a lot of information about it as well. He then had me take a look at the other cars on the lot to ensure that I got the car that I wanted. Made an appointment for oil change at Quick Lane, arrived 5 minutes early and it took 1 and ½ hours to complete. Previous experiences have been great, but being a family with 4 Fords, will probably go else where.Straw that broke the camels back: 12/14/17 - 2017 Explorer would turn over but not start. Ford Road Assist was great lining up the vehicle for transport to Green Ford at 9:00am. Checked status with Green Ford at 11:00am and the technician was going to call, never did. I called at 2:00pm and no answer. Picked it up at 5:00pm. All I needed was an update.12/15/17 - My son had an appointment at 2:00pm Friday for a simple recall for his Focus door latches. Went to pick it up Saturday morning - not done. The technician said it would be done on Monday. We did pick it up Saturday.Im a reasonable man, but if I had this level of service in my business, I would be out of business. Not even mentioning the issue last week with my wifes Edge.Love Fords - There are other Dealerships.

We found a listing for a used Ford Mustang on the internet at Green Ford. I sent an inquiry and received a prompt reply from Ashley Green (management!). She was very nice and answered our basic questions and put us in touch with our sales person Tina Goodwin. She is FANTASTIC! She understood we were coming from out of state and was most helpful answering our question and concern before we made the trip. When we arrived at the dealership she had brought the car into the showroom (as it was raining) so we could be comfortable. We found the car to be everything Tina had said it was and even MORE! Tina is awesome! She is very honest, knowledgeable, and personable. She went the extra mile to work out a great deal. Everyone we had contact with at Green Ford was great! My husband had an injured knee and the staff was very helpful to make him comfortable. And we LOVE our red Ford Mustang convertible!!! We highly recommend Green Ford and their staff!

Purchased a Chrysler 300C from Green Ford. Our sales agent was Cortney Williams. He treated us with great respect. He worked with us as we negotiated the sale. Cortney came from a very customer focused perspective as he addressed our concerns. Everyone else we dealt with throughout the sales and paperwork process were patient and courteous. We can recommend giving Mr. Williams a chance if you are in the market to purchase an Automobile. This is the second vehicle purchased from Green Ford. Our experience with Green Ford has been less than stellar. We bought a vehicle in June & were told by Mario it came with a lifetime power train warranty. Turns out that was just a ply to sell it....don’t trust the salesmen!!! We had a check engine light pop on a week after purchasing & It’s not being honored. We now have a $3000 fix that we were told would’ve been covered. Would highly caution against this place.....

We came in last night to look into getting out family a dependable vehicle. Tina Goodwin took our appointment. She asked us what we was looking for in our new vehicle so we have her a list of our wants and needs with the price range we wanted to stay in. Tina searched and searched. When a vehicle pulled up into the lobby me and my wife said that one cant be it. For the price range we wanted to be in. To our surprise it was and would just like to say she had went above and beyond on our expectations and very proud to say we left in a 2016 Dodge Journey a very happy family. I was impressed by the whole appearance of the service department! It was clean and organized! The Servicemen smiled! It made me feel comfortable as a woman entrusting my vehicle with Ford! I might be biased as I am a long time customer.....there are no other vehicles I would rather drive ! I was treated with respect and even after I was told they were shorthand and I called for status 3 hrs later, Rob was still very pleasant when he explained my vehicle hadn’t been started. I appreciated that, but I knew my vehicle was in great hands. Oh I forgot to mention the waiting area was excellent! Loved the little chest for the coffe condiments! As an accountant, I like the details! Keep up the great customer service!

I was extremely impressed with everyone at the dealership. All of the staff whom I encountered greeted me with a cheerful smile and a hello, and I was offered help multiple times. My salesman, Arthur Pannell, was especially cheerful and helped me throughout the entire buying process. I really felt he had my best interests at heart, and I have confidence that hell be there for any future needs on the car. I would recommend Arthur and this dealership!

Although I didnt get service done, I had a great experience. Quick, friendly and easy to drop off. Got a diagnosis and estimate quickly. Then couldnt pick my truck up for a few days and they kept it for me. Highly recommended, will be back.

I had an amazing experience with Green Ford. They quickly found me a car after my car was totaled in an accident. Friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that Mario promised me a full tank of gas when I left, only to find out down the road I only had 1/8 of a tank of gas.

I was in search of a more family friendly vehicle. I was recommended to go to Green Ford in Peoria and I am thrilled that I did. Caleb Wright helped me through all the steps and found an SUV in my price range that runs great and looks brand new inside and out. I even had my 2 year old with me both times I went to check things out and all the staff were understanding and interactive with her. She got snacks, popcorn, and a drink while waiting for us to go over everything. Super pleased with the customer service and quick care! Thanks guys!

Im out of state and purchased a car for my senior parents via internet and phone transaction. I asked the sales person to find a vehicle with AWD so theyd be safe in the snow, HID lights so they could see well at night, and apple car play for GPS navigation so they wouldnt get lost. I didnt care about much else, just that it match those 3 criteria. He called saying hed found the perfect car matching my criteria, so I bought it. Being out of state, the finance department did a great job accommodating me with all the paper work via fax and email. My problem was when I visited my parents 6 months later, I found that the car I purchased had only one of the things I asked for, the AWD. Very unhappy about being lied to by the salesman.

I bought a 2013 F150 FX4 from them in 2017. They tried over charging me for a warranty at first. Then I pointed out the mistake in numbers $$ and they said it was a paperwork error. Next, I brought it in for a FREE oil service and they charged me $$$. I thought i would give them one more chance to redeem themselves and scheduled them to put brand new brakes and rotors on. 3 days after installation the where grinding. I brought it back in to look at and 2 of the 4 brakes were installed wrong. They did replace no charge. Just 3 hours of my time. I refused to come back for ANYTHING !! Its been 13 month since the brake installation and guess what ???Im back here because, the brakes are grinding and the rotors are trash.🤯

I wish I could give zero stars. Super manipulative and unprofessional. Refused to honor a price that was listed on their website. Then when I continued to talk to them about how unprofessional and shady that was then they agreed on the price online but continued to give a bunch of excuses and tried to pressure us to make the deal happen within 5 minutes or they were backing out again. Super disappointed.

We had a great experience at Finish Line Ford. Rick K. came out to greet us, we were on our way home from FL, and shopping on the way home. We are from NE Iowa had been up for at least 36 hrs, and our list was short. Rick listened and brought out this cute orange pick-up with all we asked for and in the price range. We were shopping on Sat. afternoon at 3:00 PM when they may have been thinking about the weekend but Rick was very willing to continue to sell. Thanks!! and we love the truck. Some of the varsity football team had to come over and admire it also.

I bought a Mustang at the Peoria, IL location 2/10/2011. The indoor showroom was a bonus because it was -7 below. My salesman, Mike Johnson, was awesome. I had a blast buying this awesome Mustang GT. Really, who would of thought buying a car would be fun. This shop is predatory at best. My wife called and received a quote to replace the front brakes for $175. I then received a phone call from your office first confirming the time and that we would be waiting and to try to sell me a new car. The day of the appointment my pregnant wife with her 3 children waited for 2 hours before the service desk updated the estimate for $479 before tax to replace the front brakes.Explain to me how you forcing a woman with her 3 children to wait for 2 hours to then receive a new quote that was 274% higher than original. Note, there was no additional service added to the quote, it was still the replacement of the front rotors/pads just as what the original quote was supposed to be. When questioned about the wait, my wife was told they were shorthanded that morning... hmmm... I wonder if she could have been notified before the 9am appointment? Possibly, except that would imply that you actually cared about your customers. Instead, no, you dont even update the customer even when she is there, waiting, and force her to ask why the delay. Then, after waiting to make sure she gets stressed out enough, you then come with a HUGE price increase, to get the poor woman to agree to it just to get out of your torture shop. Thankfully, I have a wife with the kind of head on her shoulders to know when there is a predator around her and when to leave. She called me and said Im not willing to give my money to a place that clearly is trying to take advantage of me. We took our business elsewhere and got the front breaks replaced for less than the original quote.Green Ford has an awful reputation in town, and this experience is just another example of the way that you prey on this community.

Im sure the dealership has a great selection of cars and trucks. Was going to drive thru lot and look but before Im even halfway into parking lot, sales guys are running out the door, waving, flagging you down. If Im interested in a car or truck, Ill stop and get out. I just stopped, turned around and left. I dont want to be hounded just to buy or even look. Sorry but its how I feel.

Just bought my car yesterday and had an absolutely AWESOME experience. Sean Straley and Alex helped me to the fullest. They took their time to go over EVERYTHING with me, which in my previous experiences didnt happen at other dealers. As I am happy with my vehicle and what seemed like great customer service it took a total of three months for the paperwork to be finalized. On top of that I was given state plates for the car and when I went back to the dealership they took them back and put on temp plates making me pay again for my plates. I was then told by a manager I would be called so they could, at the very least apologize for such awful service, but never ended up receiving a call from them. They have great vehicles but its very difficult to recommend a dealership with such outstandingly terrible customer service and values.
