I was introduced to ANW when I was in a dealership and was told how much my repair was going to cost. Another customer overheard and told me to go to ANW instead. He said that he has several cars and only uses ANW because of the fair cost, good service and honesty of the owner. He said that he only goes to the dealership for the free inspection and their snack bar. This was a few years ago and I have been going to ANW ever since. ANW- Alvies a straight shoot! Has always been straight forward when it comes to servicing my Toyotas... my 4Runner and now my FJ. Will only service or replace if necessary! Recently had my tires balance at another service center- and was told needed differential repair. Alvie checked and found my truck only required specialty balance Road Force Balance. Saved some $$$. Also had my brakes completed in and out as promised.

I called to have an oil change done on short notice. They were very accommodating and found me an appointment within a couple of hours of my call. Alvie is the best around. I have gotten taken advantage of at the multi-national wide chains like Pep boys and especially Midas. The Midas in Glendale AZ tries to get you to do all of this stuff that is not really needed. They wanted me to spend nearly $3,000 on my old car, I didnt believe them and then I took it to Alvies and he treats you very well and doesnt pressure you at all into fluid flushes and other near non-necessary work. I recommend him to everyone I possibly can. I love this shop.

This place is awesome. They found another issue while replacing my rack and pinion and gave me a break on the extra labor charge because they already had it taken apart. That is rare. I called another nearby shop just to make sure I was not getting overcharged and they quoted me hundreds more. I will return when I need work.

Alvi did a great job with my Chevy Equinox. I tried another shop for a repair first but the work was not done correctly. Alvi not only fixed the problem but also found that my car needed a bit more attention. He fixed the leak, replaced the serpentine belt and water pump. His price was very reasonable and the job was done right. The car is driving so much better. I am very happy with the work. He also keeps his shop super clean and tidy which tells me he loves his work.

Alvie is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He explained services to me so I understood what he was doing. Hes also affordable. I went to midas to get my brake pads replaced and they told me I was going to need a ton of work done, which would end up costing about $500. I went to Alvie and he inspected my brakes, and told me what I actually needed, which is none of what Midas recommended to me. He saved me so much money, and so much stress!

Had a timing belt kit/water pump repair and the service was Excellent !! The shop owner took personal care in seeing the job was done right and in a very quick time (same day). A great place to get a thorough checkup, without worrying about unnecessary repairs and overcharges. I originally took my truck here for a second opinion on expensive repairs, and Alvie advise I did not need most of them. He took care of only what was needed. Labor is also very reasonable.

The Hyundai dealer I used here in AZ this year told me I absolutely needed rear brake pads and an engine tune-up. Tune-up I agreed to but was leary of the price quoted. My Entourage had 105,00+ miles on it w/o ever having a tune-up so it was due! Brakes estimate from dealer was also high like tune-up. I golf with the folks at ANW so set up an appointment with them. Their estimates were many dollars less than the dealer. Dropped the van off and got a ride back home. The guys came to get me later in the PM. End result of the visit was the brakes did not need replacing as there was 30-40% of pad thickness remaining. The tune-up was about what Id expected but was many dollars less than the dealer estimate!!. Bottom line is the folks at ANW were very accommodating, quick, and very reasonable but fair in price. Plus they didnt charge for a brake job that was not needed! What else can you ask for? If they had a STAR RATING it would be 5+.
