If you value your car go elsewhere for service. Had my oil changed and alignment done. Dropped it off at 8am is was done at almost 5 pm. I look it over everything looks great I get home and oil is leaking everywhere. I look and the oil filter drain plug is just sitting in the hole not even tightened. Now there is oil all over underneath my truck and a oil stain in my driveway that won’t come up. I will go elsewhere if I was you! Completely unacceptable to mess up like this. I’m lucky I’m located near by and only drove home and not farther. Or I might need a new engine…
When I searched inventory on the Larry H Miller website, it showed multiple new Tundras available, but when I got there, they only had ONE new truck on the lot and it had just come in the day prior. My salesperson Alex was outstanding. He has been there since 2015 and was very knowledgeable. The sales manager Rusty even gave my boyfriend a ride home so I could sign all the paperwork that always takes hours.I ended up purchasing the truck but was disgusted at the $4,000 market adjustment that is charged over and above the MSRP. I understand that theres a microchip and a parts shortage and its all about supply and demand, but just because youre selling less cars, thats no excuse for price gouging to pay your overhead expenses. Thats your cost of doing business. They gave me $20,000 for my trade-in (and didnt even charge the standard $1,500 reconditioning fee because it was in such good condition) but then turned around and listed it for $30,000. Funny how they gouge the consumer for their market adjustment but dont pay you even close to the market adjustment theyll get for your trade-in! They tried to justify the adjustment by showing me what other dealers are charging but that doesnt change my opinion. They have you between a rock and a hard place and they know it. If you want the vehicle, theyre not going to negotiate hardly at all because trucks are in such high demand that the next guy who comes in behind you will pay it.I used to sell cars myself, so I dont want to be too hard on these guys. The dealership and the employees were great and I absolutely LOVE my new truck! Its not their fault that our country is being run by a bunch of morons.

He really cared about what we were looking for and at no point made it feel like we were being pressured or rushed. Overall a great experience! We had a great experience at Larry Miller Toyota recently trading in a car for a Toyota truck. We got top dollar for our trade in and feel we also got a good value on the truck we traded for. But it was our salesman Freddie who made the whole deal flow smoothly. Freddie is professional, really knows his product and is a genuinely good person. There was no pressure, only questions to determine what we were really looking for. We had a few speed bumps with titles and such, but Freddie took it all in stride. Absolutely the worst car dealership to ever visit if you are a first time car buyer. The horrible car salesman who “helped me” really affected my credit by hitting over 20 hard inquiries to my credit report trying to approve me for a car loan they couldn’t approve. They let me drive the car for two weeks before having to finally say return it! They still to this date have not refunded me all the money I put into the vehicle as promised. This was work done after getting the car and before having to return it after two weeks! Where is my money Larry H. Miller Toyota? Worst dealership in Phoenix hands down and I will be telling all of my friends, family, and co workers to never deal with you. This is a “not for the people dealership”!

Rick Zamora was great to work with. This was my second vehicle purchase with him & I continue to be pleased with his role. That said, work flow at the dealership takes far too long. After having the worst experience one can imagine at another Toyota location, we called Larry H Miller Toyota from the parking lot of the other location asking a few questions. Even just the phone call was so reassuring they answered all of the questions that we had without any pressure never even pressured us like most sales people do come and buy a vehicle. That was my first good experience with them. We arrived moments later at there dealership and worked with Adam and Austin. We were in looked at a vehicle, fell in love with it, signed paperwork always in the course of two hours. The other location took us almost six and resulted and a few issues that resulted in a cancelled contract. After signing the papers, we sat down with Adam who then explain to us not only what our options were for the cancel contract from the other Toyota but also informed us of what they would try to say to keep us walked in a deal with them and to make us feel pressured with creating a new contract. He explained to us legalities regarding the previous void contract. He didnt even have to take the time to talk to us about any of this but was super nice and went out of his way to help us out and give us some more peace of mind. Austin was amazing patient and understanding. Again no pressure was placed upon us to buy a vehicle but he went out of his way to find us our perfect vehicle. Even the finance process took little to no effort Andy finance manager was super polite and really seem to care about our situation and our past experience. We drove out of there feeling more confident now having our very first vehicle from the dealership oh, and have already even contemplated about getting another vehicle from them again the next time around. Was looking for a Saturday appointment for an oil change, so needed to wait two weeks. Seems fair. Arrived 8 minutes early. No one acknowledged me. Noticed several people walking by, and one lady eating a burrito. 4 cars arrived after me and were attended to immediately. I waited 10 minutes till I was approached. I voiced my observation but was shrugged off. Two hours later, for the oil change, I noticed my car was pulled up and ready. Waited a few minutes but was not notified. Approached Dean and the tone was I was bothering him and he was busy. Almost did not want to buy the 3 oil change deal because of the poor service this time. I have alway received great service here. Not this time.

The worst experience ever. 1st I bought a used car. Had to bring it back within days for problems. In two months I only had car for less than 2 weeks. The rest was in shop. On the 4th time to bring back for same issues I told them to get me out. Not only did they put a negative to my new vehicle they refused to eat it for selling a used car that should not have been on the lot resulting in a huge payment. Options were slim to none and I had to settle for a car I would have never purchased. They made no efforts in looking on other lots. Manager Iman and sales person Mike G. Eventually stopped returning my calls after promising me resolutions to make me happy. In all my years of cars this was the worst nightmare ever. I will NEVER go back to Larry H Miller Peoria for a car!!!!
Have been trying to get a hold of someone into finance department for five days now to follow up on my extended warranty refund as it’s been 8 weeks since I submitted the return paperwork, and have not gotten the refund. I have not spoken to someone in that department… just been passed around on the phone. I was told to speak with “Queen”from finance department, but it seems he’s not answering his phone. Left a voicemail 2 days ago, but no one has called me back. Quite disappointed. I feel like it’s a simple task, can’t even speak to someone.
Short of me getting heat exhaustion on my first day there and having to come back the next day to look some more, my experience was great. I guess its a good thing I got sick because I found MY car the second day. Jason the Appraiser was GREAT, couldnt have asked for a better sales person. He was definitely a no pressure, take your time kind of guy. Anthony in finance was great too.
I only write reviews if the service is exceptional and in this case Larry H. Miller Toyota Peoria was exceptionally GOOD! I worked with Jay Carley and his team and I have never had a better experience - especially after the sale (and I have been buying cars for nearly 40 years). I always get great service before the purchase but its after the purchase I learn what the dealership is really like. Although I wont go into details, I will admit I was a difficult customer. After the purchase I had numerous unforeseeable issues arise and in each instance Jay calmly helped me work through them. He is a very pleasant problem solver! Thus, I give Jay and his team my highest regards and strongest recommendation.
Truck was on lot for less then a day and they helped get me out of my Tacoma into my new Tundra. Was quick and painless. Ahmed is great.
Nice enough salesmen but the typical car dealer negotiation dance which is NOT useful. Left vehicle an extra day to get detailed & certified which did NOT happen. Will not go to this dealer again.

Beware!! I have purchased several vehicles through Larry H Miller and have had nothing but the best experience. However, I had the worst experience with Larry Miller Toyota. Due to the vehicle chip shortage expect to pay $3,000-$9,000 ABOVE sticker price!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!! Did not expect this experience. So please ask your questions and do your research before going in-person. Very disappointed in the sales representative and I hope that going forward they will be honest and transparent with their customers.

I had been coming to the service center for the last year and when I had to buy a new car I knew I would be well taken care of, treated like family.It started with Alex, who had the car ready to show and had information at the ready when I had questions.When it came down to financial questions Alex couldnt answer he grabbed David who put my mind at ease and explained things so I could understand.While Alex, and the behind the scenes crew, cleaned and prepped the car for the sale Quinn took over and helped me understand the various warranty packages. He helped walk me through the paperwork and understand what I was signing.John (sales) helped me troubleshoot a problem I had encountered and was readily available for follow-up questions.John (service) was awesome as he got me in, same day, for the add-ons such as tinting. His team had the work done sooner than anticipated. John also helped out, as I had a rental, schedule a lyft ride to pick me up from the rental shop back to the dealership.These folks are stellar and treat you as family.
Surprised at how few 2021 cars and trucks were available for sale (25) due to chip shortage. Found a nice low mileage used car. Great staff, good financing. Just wish it didnt take 3.5 hours. Love Larry Miller Toyota.

Honestly it makes me sad to have to write a negative review. Up to this point Ive always had a very great experience with LHM dealerships. Weve purchased 2 brand new vehicles in 4 yrs(just from then) Ive purchased 6 vehicles in 9 years from other dealers) and sent LHM multiple people to them over those years. But this is the first time I left without the car i wanted. They low balled me so hard in trade value that every dealer prior gave me honest kbb trade without hesitation. Their value was the lower than the lowest kbb for worst condition and thats after the 120% which I was told I was guaranteed because how nice my trade in was. And there value was more like 105% before dealer trade in fees. It sucks they had the exact type of vehicle I wanted but instead of work with me and make a little off me and then take advantage to all the referrals I give, which mind you is at least 2 a month usually because the guys I work with are always buying new vehicles. Instead even after lengthy emails to explain Im not dumb and explain what I wanted was very feasible and not unreasonable(both in my mind and friends that own and work at other dealers) . They just never reached back out......oh well 😔 Ill keep looking

I dealt with Manny Ramirez, Ahmed and David in purchasing a new vehicle. I was approved for 0 down on a 2020 Toyota Corolla financed at around $30,000 but after observing the lot I realized I can purchase a 2021 for the same price. I took this information to Manny and Ahmed but was turned away reasoning bank issue. I went home. The next day Sunday I received a text from David stating he got me approved on a 2020 Toyota Corolla or 2021 Camry with 0 down. And so I came back 3 hours after the text message. Upon entering the dealership I spoke with Ahmed he then explained that 2020 Toyota Corolla has been sold after telling my husband over the phone that he will put the car away earlier that morning. And so I inquired on the 2021 Toyota Camry Se. However Manny states that I am not qualified for 2021 Toyota Camry Se however it’s listed online for $26,233. How can I not be approved for a lesser car? Further more, I asked for the price break down on 2021 Toyota Camry LE. Manny was keeping a hold tight of the paper work. When it was time to go over the numbers the papers states the bank required $1250 down payment. I had questions but Manny made me fell rushed. Took the paper back and placed it under the key board. As I noticed 2021 LE Toyota Camry is priced at $24,000 online. After expressing my feelings to Manny his attitude and demeanor changed quickly. He explained how he’d spent a long time on this deal and how this deal will not make or break him. Then he asked me if I got approval from other dealership in which I do. So he reply with, “So why didn’t you go there”? Is this how you train your car salesman to be deceitful to it’s Consumer? He also claimed how his from Chicago. I felt discriminated upon, degraded and not valued at this dealership. I will be filing a complaint with the Trade Commission, Automobile Dealer ADOT, Consumer Protection Agency, BBB and AG if needed. DO NOT GET FOOLED AND RUSHED. As a Consumer I have All the right to do my diligent in purchasing a vehicle that I am responsible for the next 7 years. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

This is my second new car purchase from Larry Miller Toyota, about 20 years apart. I’ve always had a good experience with them but this time was exceptional. This time the car was a high end purchase, and we needed to try out the model we were interested in buying. Without hesitation, Frank Pelligreen arranged to give us a car for the day, and I was driving off in about 1/2 hour. He was clear there was no obligation to buy or pay for the use.We did end up buying that model at a good price and again the negotiations were quick and easy. I’ve spent hours of agony at dealerships in the past, I was so happy with the entire transaction at Larry Miller Toyota and especially with Frank who was extremely kind and helpful.

Whoever scratch the tail light of my brand new Tacoma is a sick individual. The person who did this doesn’t think I would not notice it. Like most any brand new car owner watch their new car for any scratch or damage and I check this truck every time I leave the garage. Larry Miller Toyota as a whole get 2 stars from me today. Please do address this issue with your employee that this behavior cannot be tolerated. Toyota parts is very expensive and I check my car/truck for any cover parts is missing even under the hood. Because no one else will take responsible for anything is missing or damage.

Bought two new cars and they were absolutely wonderful in helping us get them we got there at 4 and didn’t leave until 8pm 2 hours after they closed and everyone still there was helpful and very nice in making sure we knew are new cars. I would stay away from here. The salesman’s are complete liars about my sale price. I bought a 2021 tundra, and the way they handled and go about how they try to sell a vehicle is very shady. I told them I wanted to put 5k down. And I wanted the truck for 45 out the door. If they couldn’t do it that’s fine but instead they said they can do it, but totally mention to fail that that’s after my down depositafter I told the salesman I want to know the total not including my down deposit. And I had mentioned to the salesman numerous times without my down deposit included I wanted to know my total price. And then when I signed papers they cameOut and told me my total was 45 and I was very upset. They also promised me floor mats and didn’t deliver. The salesman promised me, and then they said the truck that they overcharged me on couldn’t throw in the 80 dollar mats they promised. Stay clear from here, you think your getting one thing then next thing you know you just got taken to the cleaner.
My experience started out with Joey, a sales associate. When I met him for the first time I knew this was the store that I was coming back to when I was ready. Just a short month later I was ready, and I was back to see Joey. He made me feel very welcome on both of my arrivals to the store. Joey led me through the process of trading in one vehicle and driving away in another. Once everything was done with Joey, I then worked with Quinn, a finance associate. The process of signing a few pieces of paper, and then getting all of my documents on a thumb drive made the process go so much quicker. The whole entire process was quick and easy.
My wife started off the search for a new 4runner by herself and when I met George in sales it was peace of mind knowing she was working with a top notch professional. Courteous and helpful, George left us with no questions and no pressure. We will be back for another car in the future!

Larry Miller did not reveal that Tacoma we purchased was not on the lot, they had to go to Tucson to get it. We did not know this until after contract was signed. Throes to make it better with a couple gift cards.
Posting additional star rating because of the fine help from Brandon and Tim in Service Dept. The previous service manager said I couldnt get my spare tire fixed today but I wasnt having it since it was another 3 hours to closing. I asked where was the tire guy I spoke to on the phone before coming in and was redirected to his desk. But I didnt see him around so I flagged Brandon walking by and said their tire guy Shannon(?) left for the day but he got me another service manager Tim to help me. Brandon and Tim saved the day for me, a great testament to their customer service!
The process of buying a new Highlander Hybrid was quick, and for the most part, painless. John Barfield was our sales contact, and exhibited none of the usual salesmen tactics and pressure. Quinn, the finance manager, was pleasant and didn’t pressure for too many up-sales. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Poor customer service!walked in to test drive a highlander, they werent even decent to show me through the car. were just interested if Im going to buy. Mr Ahmad and your whoever your boss is youre gonna lose more customers with this attitude.

I was helped by Adam, he was very quick to help me and I did not feel pressured by him at all. I arrived at this location under a difficult situation. My old car of 12yrs had reached it’s limit. 230,000+ miles and repairs where more then it’s current value. I explained this to Adam, told him exactly what I wanted and he found a perfect match for me. He worked hard to make sure I was happy and comfortable. He answered any questions I had, him and his team/partner worked out a lower monthly plan for me and added in a 3yr car care plan that still didn’t go above what I mentioned as my max payment plan. Along with transferring my previous care plans to my new vehicle. For the year of my care and its condition, as a trade in I felt what they gave was decent.
I bought a certified 2018 Highlander and after few months the battery died on it twice. I took it back to LHMT and I was under impression that they replace it for free. Lol what a joke right!! It didn’t take long for them to check the battery and it failed the test. The service guy (nice man) came to me and said,” the new battery cost over $400.” And I had to pay for it. I just bought that car 3 months ago. I’m very disappointed and regret buying from Larry H Miller Toyota and suggest you don’t go here either. When they were trying to sell me this vehicle, the rep couldn’t find words to say how great this highlander was, lies lies and more lies for few dollars commissions. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Also it didn’t come with a wheel lock key that got me in so much frustration.
While in town due to my dads passing, and after visiting another dealership up the road, I stopped by Larry H. Miller Toyota in Peoria to see if they had an interest in purchasing his 2006 Toyota Tundra. Joshua met me shortly after the receptionist alerted him to my arrival. Joshua was positive and professional from the very outset. He asked me how he could help, and after I told him, he took down all of the information for the vehicle and then went back to work on an offer. Joshua returned soon after he left, and he gave me an offer better than the competitor down the street. Not completely satisfied, I told him I was hoping to get X amount, and he said hold on, he went to the back again, and when he came back, he and the dealership met my request, and we made a deal. My asking price was fair, and they handled the brief negotiations like gentlemen, and I could not have been more pleased. The Used Cars Manager, Rusty, got involved soon after that to deal with title and so forth. After a few days for the title to be cleared, they called me to come to pick up a check for the amount we agreed to, and I took them the Tundra, and we all seemed to appreciate how the whole deal went down.I strongly recommend Larry H. Miller Toyota to everyone looking for a new or used Toyota car or truck or looking to sell a used Toyota. They told me to spread the word they are motivated to add used cars/trucks to their lot, so if you are looking to sell or trade-in your used Toyota, again, Id strongly recommend going to Larry H. Miller and ask for Josh or Rusty.
George H. was very professional and patient. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. The time it took from entering the place to actually leaving with a vehicle was very less compared to our previous experiences in other places. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Had a pleasant experience. The salesman who assisted us was a new salesman, and was slow, but was very nice and apologetic that he was so slow. But overall it was a good experience.

I Prchased a brand new Toyota 4runner TRD Pro. when I brought it in for the 5k miles maintenance i had to ask and still had to pay $70 for an oil change even though it says change at 5k miles on the sticker from their shop when I bought it.. After the oil change they left dirty oil on my skid plate and my engine bay.. I paid for every extended maintenance and protection program I was offered when I bought the vehicle.

This was actually a pleasant car-buying experience. I liked the enthusiasm of my Salesman without being high pressured. My only critique would be that I have never driven away without someone going over all the features of the car with me. As soon as I signed all the paperwork everyone disappeared and I drove off the lot. Now Im on my own to use the manual to figure out what is what and how to use it.

I think the vehicle I just purchased was my 3rd car from Larry Miller! I keep coming back! I am definitely a loyal customer and will generally return to places that have great customer service but when it comes to car buying there are so many factors and variables, and especially with a large purchase like a vehicle I will usually find the best deal and go there, simply for the bottom line. My experience was amazing since we got there. We had been look for a tacoma for a while and they finally got some new 2021 in and all their stuff were very nice and patients through every step of the buying process.
