I have had three cars serviced through this dealership over the course of the last eight years. The service department is knowledgeable and they appear to have a genuine interest in keeping my car in good shape. Does it cost more than other shops? Yes, but you’re paying for certified factory trained mechanics. They have gone to bat for me several times to get items covered that were not covered by the warranty. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who has a vehicle that they service.

Porsche Peoria has wonderful staff and service! My Porsche advisor, David, is a class act! I contacted the dealership about getting my dream car earlier this year and they were on board from day one. Nothing but the best service here. I would (likely will) do business again!! The service area of the shop is also very nice with amenities for anyone servicing their vehicles.

David is very helpful and listens to your needs. Nice to deal with a subject matter expert rather than someone who is faking it. Dealership had many cars and allowed for a great compare/contrast experience.

I drove 90 miles to change a transfer case by appointment, and they didnt have the part.

This is my second visit to the service department and it had a more impersonal feel than I remember. I was provided a loaner and the work was done in a timely manner. But I prefer having a follow up with a service advisor or tech not just handed the bill and sent to the register. I was going to schedule my other Porsche for service but didn’t seem to get a chance. Maybe just an off day or the service advisor is too busy. 🤷‍♂️

The service experience was outstanding. The entire staff worked very well together to take care of my needs - super impressive. Especially impressed with my service advisor Ralph Gonzalez, you are fortunate to have an employee with such great standards.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. I worked with Nathan, who worked hard to get me the information I needed and made every effort to ensure a smooth buying process. I bought a 2014 base Cayman and so far it has been great. Nathan also arranged to bring the car to an independent service shop for an inspection prior to me visiting the dealership at my request, and he picked me up at the airport when I flew out there. Additionally, he followed up a month later (two days ago) to check up on me and the car. I couldnt be happier!

Found the car on-line. Transaction was handled very professionally by Tony and his managers. Communication during the sale was outstanding.

As always everyone is very professional and helpful. I had purchased an aftermarket Porsche part for my vehicle and Ralph (very helpful ) had the tech install it on my 18 MacanS. When my vehicle was finished the part was installed, but what I appreciate is the tech wrote his concerns about the part on my invoice. Having an automotive background myself, I see and understand his concern, and moreover it makes sense. Next time I bring the car in for service, I will have the part removed and oem part installed. I appreciate the attention to detail.

I bought a 718 Cayman from David and couldnt have asked for a better experience. I called in and spoke with Lucas asking if the car was still available and if I could test drive it, but I told him I had about 30 minutes. They had the car pulled up front and the test drive tag ready to go. Awesome! Then I came back the next evening and Lucas, David and Matthew stayed late to do paperwork with me knowing I am very busy with work and work long hours. The team there ROCKS! Ohhh and I love the car too.

Nice dealer, pretty poor service. Emailed with a sales person on a $50k+ car and was told it was in perfect shape. Made a 3 hour drive from Chicago only to find the car was smashed in on the front end and had scratches all over from front to back. Dealer was going to fix the scratches and call me back so we could work something out, never even called or emailed again. Glad I didnt purchase from here.

I had my Porsche serviced here and it was the best service experience of my life - Im not making this up! I had direct contact with about 6 people in the service department and each of them made me feel that the most important thing they had to do was help me. Im incorporating this experience into my own business.In the middle of a long summer road trip my 87 Porsche had a serious engine failure about 80 miles from Peoria. We called and talked to Ralph, the service manager, and he assured us that they could help and that he understood the special problems we had being in the middle of a roadtrip. It was a Saturday and we would need parts so I left the car with Ralph and continued my trip in a rental (alas, the Nissan Maxima does not compare to the enjoyment of driving a Porsche).They had to complete extensive repairs which they got done in 2 days. When I came to pick it up, again, everything felt first class and it was like I was the bosss brother. Will and Stephen who drove the courtesy vehicles, the guy behind the Audi desk who went to find Ralph for me, the ladies working the coffee and snack bar all helped to make a really miserable situation much much better. Oh, and the car ran great on the way home.I live 6 hours away from Peoria so I dont know if or when Ill get back there, but if I lived in Peoria I would buy a car from these guys, I would get it serviced by them and if they started a church, I would attend weekly.
