O out of 1,000,000,000 Bought a car for 7,500 actually only had it for maybe 2 weeks before brakes went bad after they fixed, started hearing a noise so it went back into the shop when they could get it in usually they wait a week or 2. They never heard a sound but the engine was blown. Never got it back they practically said too bad. But then they let us pick another one for 5190 saying even trade. This one lasted 2 weeks . Took it in their to be fixed they said they fixed it guess what picked it up today still not running and took it to get checked out somewhere else and same stuff wrong plus more that they never identified. The owner compared this purchasing of one of their vehicles to a rental. So I bought a car that would only last 2 weeks. No problem That’s fair to them. So anyone that works hard to be able to buy a vehicle to maybe get a job or take kids to school this place is not for you. But if you like spending your hard earned savings for a 2 week car GO FOR IT. I have to give them a star 🀬 oh I paid cash no financing. They also don’t fix the actual problem that they tell. Found that out after we finally picked the supposedly fixed car and when you question them they get mad. Well the engine light on when you bring it in and still on when it’s finished, took it to be checked out by honest people they give me a print out with problems that need fixed and it’s the same things. I think they do a duck tape job to get you the hell out of there and pray the vehicle actually gets you home so they can say not my problem anymore. I am reporting to the better business bureau. They must not look at these cars. Wanted them to buy it back but since I felt like I was wronged I am not welcomed back best thing ever but they could have gotten a great car to sell since they did such a great job fixing🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣 to drive just a block.

Sketchy sketchy sketchy! NOT recommended. I was transfered to 3 different salesmen over the course of 2 weeks who never spoke to one another, when I was told they had in house financing, I called them. Lies! Told me they didnt offer it anymore even though they advertise it on EVERYTHING. Got blown off by Tim for 4 phone calls, had my 2 applications for financing disappear. Wasnt willing to talk about a cash price for out the door (which I would have done if they hadnt of been so unprofessional and blowing me off). I paid for my OWN carfax which screamed lemon car! Also, had a friend call about another vehicle and when he asked about flood damage, the car then disappeared off the website. Found a fair priced car at a reputable dealership - after being fed up with them. No reason to ever do business with these snakes.

Ladonna is very unreasonable during the whole pandemic. She lives in a bubble and doesnt care what people are going through. Made a deal with my mom in September and my mom followed on making payments. Now, in December the car was repoed and Ladonna claims she asked for 900 a month when she actually did not. Look, I understand this is a business, but my mom is not able to work like she did before the pandemic. Dont come here, she sucks. The car is a 09 and its cost too much for what is worth. Will not be getting a car here once i get my own.

I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from This dealer.I had the car inspected through a third party after purchase as Sam and the dealership DID NOT keep their word in their 50/50 warranty deal or even the repair that was in writing at closing.This cars suspension is shot, the Honda dealership says it needs struts, shock absorbers, control arms, and end links; I and the Auto Lane Dealership Technician AGREED.They completely ignored the issue they had promised to fix at closing in writing, which was a rattle on the front driver side.They claim nothing is wrong with the car even though I took their service technician for a ride. We both agreed on the rattle and suspension issues.I ended up changing the struts Sunday, 2nd inspection was on Monday. They claim that the noise that I was hearing the week prior is due to me changing the strut one day before this 2nd inspection.I know vehicles well and if I can articulate fact based reasonable explanations and still get a repair that was in writing at closing denied... They will take advantage of anyone.Will not be buying from this dealership again. The people are dishonest, the policy is sub par.Upon arrival of my scheduled appointment I met one of the service technicians. We had plenty of time to chat since the sales manager was over fifteen minutes late to open the store, which is when my appointment was scheduled.This service technician stated that most cars are of poor quality and the owner will fix cheapest way possible; and I quote, I wouldnt buy any of these, even the nice ones in the front row are questionable.The day of the second inspection,I was told nothing was wrong with the car, it was my fault I installed the struts wrong. Then I was sent to the owner, Bill. Who was clueless and sent me to the service department who believed the strut was defective. I explained to him that we heard the spring noise, but the rattle is when you crank the wheel to the left. He promised to call me back after another re-diagnosis attempt. I never received a call. I called back near the end of my work day to ask what they discovered. I was told by Sam that he got the thumbs up and that my car was good to go. I asked what this meant and he admitted he had no idea. I showed up to the dealership at approximately 430 and was told to wait for Bill who was on the phone talking. after waiting over 15 minutes I was infuriated. No one had any answers, no one knew what they were talking about, and no one cared that they did not fulfill their promises. The manager proceeded to tell me that he was willing to work with me until I posted a bad review on Facebook. He claimed to pick a part everything in my review because nothing was true. I sat down and said, Lets pick through it Sam. He said he would not do that right now. After telling the sales manager that we trusted him and he broke that trust, he raised his voice at me, I stormed out.In Summary,We had a repair in writing at closing that was never taken care of. We had several repairs that were covered under their 50/50 warranty that were never taken care of. We lost what we had considered a friend, because of money.Please be VERY cautious if buying from this dealer, always get a third party pre-purchase inspection before closing, and ensure that repairs are made BEFORE you close on your vehicle.We were buying from who we thought to be a family friend. We instilled our trust in this salesman and were severely disappointed.They also falsely advertise to be accredited by the BBB, which they are not.

Very bad experience here. I attempted to purchase a car with cash. His asking price was way too high for a 2001 toyota echo. It is his right to set his prices. It is a business. I just did not understand why he got so angry. He shouted at me when I asked him about lowering the price. For someone that has been in the business so many years you would think he would not be phased by any kind of offer. I will not come here again. I will go elsewhere for my car needs.

Excellent place to buy a car ! Went to the lot, told them what I wanted and the owner Bill brought me EXACTLY what I asked for, right down to the same color ! Other than a small chip in the world Daniels the car was perfect. And it was 9 years old. I have had the car for almost 4 years and other than routine maintenance, I havent had any problems. Even the chip in the windshield hasnt gotten any worse. THANKS Auto Lane for giving me exactly what I wanted ! Already checking your website for my next car !

03/09/2007, I purchased a 2000 Mercury Cougar, took 1yr to pay off...Auto Lane dropped my final loan pmt $200. I had normal wear and tear. I also kept up the proper, per mileage required maintenance and because of that I drove that vehicle for 8 more years(2015), 152,545 miles. RUNNING WELL WHEN I UPGRADED TO A LACROSSE CX. Great place to buy your car!!! I ALWAYS buy my cars from here. You arent buying new cars you are buying a used car, of course things are gonna go wrong, but if you take care of your car and keep up with the proper maintenance your problems will be minimal. I have a suggestion because this is what I do Everytime I buy a car/truck from here. Instead of going in looking at a specific color or sporty style, kindly ask Bill what would be a good car/truck for me? Tell them your wants and needs and they will get you the perfect car for you! I bought my truck in 2016 and I just got done getting my first repair done, its 2018 yall 2 yrs!! My truck b4 this one I had for 6 years from here. I always come back trade in and get something a lil newer. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, mine is I always buy mine here, very trustworthy! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!!!!

Only speaking from my experience, when I bought my first car from here back in 2013, the engine went out a week after I bought it. Whether they knew it would or not, they quickly and thoroughly fixed it and I didn’t have to spend a dime. They were friendly and helpful the whole way.

Overall, my experience here was very poor. Upon first impression, the salesmen Randy and Jake seemed very personable; but soon started to act very agitated and hostile with my questions about the condition of one of their cars. My mechanic took a look and identified several problems that would require attention in the near future and told me it looked like someone cut corners to get it ready to sell. Even with this revelation, they refused to adjust the price, became very disrespectful, and had the gall to ask for 10% more than the clean retail value listed at NADA. Bottom line, if you choose to go to this dealership, I HIGHLY recommend you have your mechanic check it out.

We have bought 3 vehicles thru them. First ended up a patched rust bucket, second one we knew had problems but very good deal..worth fixing. Bought 3rd June 13, 2017. I told finance manager I thought something was wrong with the brakes. Stupid me thought with good payment record they would be remotely honest...hell no. Had our own financing this time. Have replaced master cylinder, brakes, calipers and rotors. Now having to replace ALL the brake lines. Think twice. Good ONLY as last resort. Take a magnet to check how much rust youll have in 3 months. Wont go back PERIOD.

Bought a car in February which seemed fine for about a month or so we brought it back to get the radiator fixed because it was smoking and overheating really bad they said oh youll need a new radiator so we paid a week later it starts doing the same they said that there was coolant leaking into the engine but it would be a easy fix we hadnt heard anything for about a week we call and they say oh the engines gonna need to be replaced or we can keep the loaner they gave us with over 280,000 miles it was dirty radio broken and wires all over the place while or original car had 140,000 miles clean radio working no cords showing we of course refused

The previous post that other people placed are from people that have had their cars repossessed because they tried to get something that they couldnt afford. I give this place a good rating because I have bought 2 cars from them and havent had any problems other than routine maintenance. If you buy a used car and you have any problems then dont blame the dealer for it blame the previous owner of the car. If the car has a problem then tell them about it and they will work with you. If you have a problem making a payment and you try to get away with it then dont get mad when they have someone show up to repossess your car, because its your fault not theirs. If you call them then they will most likely work with you on a payment plan to help you get caught up. This place is the best in the state to get a car from because most of the cars come with a warranty.

Got a nice 2007 Equinox, a week later its over heating, sensor warnings go off, that was wheel bearings. The speedometer cluster goes haywire and needs replaced. I take in because we thought we had a 30 day warranty, nope, its only on the engine. They wanted almost $300 to fix the bearings and thermostat. Dont recommend buying from this company at all. 6-9-2016

It is understandable that a used car will have a few issues that will need to be addressed. It needed new tires, there was a small chip in the windshield, one handle needed to be replaced. Not usually a big deal. I paid cash, Thanked the guys, and was on my way.But within 10 hours of driving the car off the lot with the issues above, numerous ADDITIONAL problems arose-- Problems with the electrical, problems with the dash, speedometer, engine lights, tire pressure lights, interior pieces falling off, problems with heat, problems with the DVD player and other extras - problems with the gas gauge (showing that it was full, but still taking an entire 15 gallons of gas) -- As soon as i Filled the tank (thank goodness gas prices have gone down), the Low Fuel sensor started going off. So many crazy lights blinking on the dash -- it was a mess. I wish Tim, or Joe (the salesmen) had told me so I could have taken these issues into account when deciding to buy this car.But that wasnt even the main issue. When I brought the car in to have the guys take a look,I was ready to go over the options to fix it, or even to trade it in and look at something different from their lot-- (I should have done my research according to these previous reviews... I believe every word of them now)When I arrived, I received THE WORST customer service Ive ever had in my life. The OWNER, Bill, was rude and unaccommodating. Unreasonable. Would hardly let me speak (Im a softspoken person anyway). But I was overwhelmed, and began to cry in their office. I made no demands, simply asked for a solution. Its difficult for a single mother of three to be without a reliable vehicle --They went to get my paperwork. As I sat in the waiting room, another couple arrived to test drive a car. They saw me crying and gave me sympathetic looks - I simply said Just check the car thoroughlyThe OWNER, (Bill) then threatened to call the police and have me removed from the premises.. They returned my check to me and I left. I will never set foot in this place again.And if you wish to avoid senseless drama and cars that have had sub-par safety checks, you should not set foot in this place either.

Wanted to leave a nice compliment because these guys are amazing. I bought my car in april 2015 in july i got in an accident. These guys saved me over a grand. The car i bought has worked perfectly other than needing a new batter which they corrected quickly. When i dropped my car off they gave me a ride home since i didnt have one. And when i left my lights on in walmart parking lit they came over and jumped me. All the employees are sooo nice and i couldnt be happier with the service and compassion i recieved. If you act like a human and not an ass whole they will trat you like human being nit just a check. I will be buying many more cars from here

My car broke on Friday and I had to go to work on Monday. I just got a second job I start on Monday. I did not know what to do I called Auto Lane where I got the car and told them exactly what happened. They looked at my car on a Saturday morning and they gave me a loaner car and will fix my car and let me pay them Friday when I get my check. Thank you for all your help.

DO NOT.... I repeat DO NOT get a car from this place. Got a car from them... Had alternator issues not even a month after getting it. Then had another issue took it to them they were over charging buy 140$ to work on it... But the worst part about it was, when they looked to see what the problem was they told us one issue that was easy to fix and cheaper, but when we took it to someone who gave us a deal to fix it he told us the problem was way worse then they told us... Waaaaaaay worse! And they werent even going to tell us that the problem was extremely bad and dangerous. So now I am without a car!!
