I started using Auto Xtreme Service when I was looking for BMW dealership quality without the price tag. Auto Extreme Service met that perfectly. I have taken my BMW there many times from oil changes, engine tune-ups and brakes. Their work ethic and honesty shows. They will let you know what needs to be repaired and what doesnt. And in my case, saved me thousands of dollars. An example, my ABS light came on, I went to Brake Masters to get an inspection. Their inspection found my ABS unit needed to be replaced for $3500. I called Auto Xtreme Service for a quote and they quoted $1700 for the same repair. In the end, it was only a speed wheel sensor. Highly recommend.

I have had a total of 3 negative experiences with Paul. After the first 2, I was able to communicate and work things out with the owner after the last time Paul became very easily flustered for no reason. After receiving a business card in a parking lot and being satisfied with how the owner communicated and handled my situation, I decided to stop by once more. The answer that was provided on todays visit was a fair decision for a shop to make, but again, came off as very rude/demeaning in the process. Its a shame, as I think the owner is respectable, and operates with integrity, but does not so well get passed to this staff member. Sadly, Id suggest taking business elsewhere as to be treated in the manner Paul treats people, is simply not okay.

My experience at Auto Xtreme Service was excellent. Jenn and David were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I brought in my Jetta after getting it diagnosed at the dealership and a BrakeMasters in hopes that they could assist me; they identified an issue that had not been identified by the dealership and fixed my main issue. Amazing customer service all around!!

The owner of this place is great!! Their techs do excellent work and they stand behind their work….my only regret was that I didn’t find them sooner. My parents paid a few thousand dollars to the VW dealership and totally got scammed!! The guys at Auto Extreme fixed my Benz and my moms VW and did them both very quick and efficient.I can’t say enough about their ability to find what is actually wrong and their communication is the best I’ve ever seen. You drop your car off then when they have it diagnosed you’ll get a text and an email that shows you details of exactly what they found…including pictures of the issues, prices to fix it and from that link you can authorize or decline the work to be done…..then once it’s done you’ll get a text telling you it’s done and ready to be picked up. I thought the entire process was very impressive. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing their import worked on!! And again I’ll tell ya the guy who runs the place is one of the nicest auto repair shop owners I have ever met and very knowledgeable and courteous.

Such a pleasure to deal with Paul who was friendly and a great communicator. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and check if it needed any other service. The oil change was done in a speedy manner and was told everything else looked good. The price was very reasonable and wasn’t pushed to pay for something unneeded. Will definitely be back!

They sent me a text message with all the things that were wrong along with the prices. I called Paul and told him that the car was still under warranty. He called our warranty people for us and we couldnt have been happier that the repair for our A/C was minimal. Brought in an Audi, I was test driving, for a pre-purchase inspection. Got a full run-down on the car, several little things but only one moderately significant. Gave me a some negotiating power plus an assurance that, otherwise, the car was in great shape. I bought the car and, obviously, these guys will be servicing it as they have been my previous Audi for the past couple of years. Great German (and other European) car guys. Extremely competent, perceptive of the customers level of knowledge and able to talk to me at the right level without going over my head nor talking down to me. Very willing to go into any detail that I want to drill down to and always pragmatic about how serious something is—theres no You gotta get this done today when it can really wait six months (unless, of course, it really does have to be done right away ;-))I had an amazing Audi shop when I lived in another state so Im extremely happy to have found Auto Xtreme since my move to AZ. Its a 45 minute drive for me but well, well worth it!

Love this place.I’m not sure I can adequately express my admiration for the care/repair that my very badly neglected 2005 Audi A4 received here recently. The list of items needing attention included, among other things, replacing engine mounts, transmission mount, rear brake pads, rotors and sensors. The car had been dangerous to drive.I was provided an estimate and had a discussion with Paul regarding what could wait and what was absolutely necessary. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. This was my first experience with with Auto Xtreme, but I was treated like a valued customer. My Audi runs great- like a new car. I’m very happy. I wonder if I tell them my Kia identifies as a Mercedes if they’ll work on it...

Auto Extreme not only has the best service rates, but their ethics are untouchable. They have frequently identified other issues of potential future concern but never push to have the repair done immediately if they feel it just needs to be watched! They also fully back the work that is done without requesting further fees for related corrections. While you dont necessarily desire to require the need for their services, they make you feel relieved and respected as a customer! J Wendt

Recently purchased my first German car (Audi). Took it to them since they only work on German cars for an oil change, general inspection, and some weird electrical gremlins that I couldnt figure out. Long story short, the electrical issue went down a rabbit hole that was deeper than initially diagnosed, but the shop was very fair and reasonable about the repair charge and did a great job with the repair. They communicated with me well about the whole process and after my interactions with the owner, I trust that they are a very fair and and competent shop that I will continue to trust my Audi to.

The shop specializes in German auto makes. Mine is an Audi. They take good care of you and rates are less than dealership. Great shop to go to on a car that doesn’t lend itself to owner maintenance and Xtreme gives you a good option over dealership on a very technical automobile.

Got my Schedule A service done on my GLC300. Arrived a few minutes early, but they were able to take my car in right away. It was done quickly and professionally. My car is still pretty new with less than 5k miles. Didnt try to upsell me on anything, which I appreciate. Highly recommend!

I had brought my VW jetta here for a simple service, oil change/18 point inspection. They did good on the jetta, let me know of a few issues that needed attention but didnt pressure me to get them fixed.The main reason the 1 star is because I do own a Audi a4 that was having an issue with it shutting off when coming to a stop, Everything ran perfectly on it just that one issue and its obviously a pretty big issue. I had spoke with Paul Bloomberg, the Service Director, about the issues I was having when i picked up the Jetta, as going over everything that has been done to the Audi, he gloated that he had the same engine and is familiar with them and was pretty confident he could figure out whats causing the Intermittent Stalling Issues without a CEL or at least diagnosis it. After we talked a bit about the car and anything it might be he said to just bring on down to the shop. I told him Im not comfortable with driving it on main roads since it does have the stalling issue when coming to a stop, as i live about 10 miles away from the shop. I told him ill be towing it to them and dropping it off and they can have it for as long as they need to get it fixed this was on Saturday 6/25. I rented a U haul the following Monday and dropped it off. NO BIGGIE.This is where the customer service and professionalism just take a tumble. After about a week or 2, I finally get a call from Paul. He goes on to tell me that he CANT get the car to shut off, he said hes left the car running, scanned for codes ( even tho i told him Ive scanned the car already with VCDS and nothing ever came up), he kept saying he ran multiple tests and what not. I had asked him if he drove the car at all. His response was, We drove it in the parking lot and nothing happen. He kept saying there was nothing wrong. I told him that he needs to like actually drive the car to get the issue to happen, not drive it in a 20 x 20 parking lot which isnt very big. He said i can pick my car up whenever. I was actually pretty excited ya know because when a mechanic that specializes in your car model says its safe to drive then youll of course trust them right? Even tho I tried to make sure all proper tests were done on the car to find the issue they said it was safe and good to go. Paul word for word on the phone said you can drive off the lot with no issues said thanks and told him ill be getting my car MondaySo i show up with my parents since they gave me a ride. Paul was outside with a group of 4 people, NOT WITHIN ^ FEET FROM EACH OTHER WITH NO MASKS ON, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, I had one on when i walked up FYI, anyway, h said go around the back the keys are in it and walked away. Got in the car, started right up, went through its cold start until it was up to operating temps. Once ready, I pulled out from the back of the shop, car was running good, but as soon as I go to pull off the car dies right at there entrance... The frustration I had was sky rocketing.. Paul walks up after he hears me trying to start the car after 10 mins, MIND YOU ITS 114 out in Phoenix/Peoria area, but he says to me in a smart*** way, well wow, once you show up the car wants to die and chuckles. I asked him as Im trying to get the car to start what kind of tests did he run, all he kept saying was we scanned it for codes, thats it, he couldnt tell me what sensor or electrical tests he ran to rule that out. He kept saying it might be a vacuum leak but he would know for sure if he did a vacuum leak test right LOL. Anyway He literally left me stranded in the shops parking lot instead of calming the situation down ( like a manager should )and doing more tests on the car. I had to call a tow truck but i wont ever recommend this company. Terrible customer service when you as a consumer have an issue with the way they provide their services... I really hope this review helps Paul get a little more training because it was un-acceptable.. My parents will be leaving reviews from from their accounts since they were present to witness the actions.

Ive been here multiple times now and every visit is amazing. everyone here is very friendly and very good prices. my last visit was for motor mounts. I was given a price and when i paid it was slightly less as being very honest they didnt end up needing to repair everything that was previously thought great experience and saved me some money

Very pleased with my experience. Contacted Auto Extreme Monday afternoon and repairs to my 2007 Sprinter Van were completed Tuesday afternoon. They completed part replacement and also made sure all attached hoses and fittings were replaced at the same time. This will be my go to shop, from now on.

Auto Xtreme takes care of both of our cars, a C250 and a E350. They complete the service we asked for and also fully inspect the vehicles for any other items they feel might require service. They inform you of the costs up front so that there are no surprises at checkout and all the work is done to high standards at a rapid pace and at a reasonable cost.

The crew is friendly, helpful, and always do their best to be timely ! I feel confident bringing my mini to them, and enjoy dealing with the folks working there!

Engine light came on after an oil/filter change but they did run a diagnostics and eventually the light went off. They did explain that the sensor may be wearing out so now I know what to keep my eyes open for.I didnt give a five star rating as the first time I took the car in Paul did forget about me. But most of all I was disturbed that COVID protocols were not followed. Example: not all customers wore a mask, no signage that a mask needed to be worn, service techs did not wear a mask (nor did Paul even though he had one sort of on his face), car was not wiped down when it was brought out. Having said this, once COVID is over I would take my vehicle back.

After taking my BMW to a few other places and getting the run around and leaving with the feeling that I was charged for work not done I was very excited to find Auto Xtreme. They have been amazing to work with. They are very honest and guarantee their work. Paul in the front office is always pleasant .We will not take our cars anywhere else but here.

This was the third time I have taken my 2001 Mercedes SL500 into Auto Xtreme. I took it in for an oil service and they found a crack in the Idler-arm which they repaired and also replaced the heating element in the drivers heated seat.
