Its hard to find a shop you feel comfortable with. This shop is a good 35 minutes away and I will never go anywhere else. They are professional, helpful and always honest. Every year I come in for an inspection and get any repairs done that I need, tires, oil changes, etc. Years later, I have zero complaints. Thank you RGA for a great experience every time. You guys are one in a million!!

I want to give my sincere apologize for my prior review on this company. I was given information about my vehicle from a third party that I thought was part of the company. I went there today and found out otherwise. All of the men working there were nothing but awesome, helpful and professional. I truly and honestly feel bad for the mistake that occurred. The RGA men are truly great and I highly recommend them. Very understanding. Again, I am truly truly sorry and I was wrong. Will definitely bring my business there and recommend them to anyone who asks. Bring your business here and you wont be disappointed. Sorry again.

They were professional, efficient/quick and very reasonable on their pricing. Ive gone to them twice for two different tire problems over the past few months, the most recent being yesterday. I couldnt be more impressed with their service. I plan to buy tires from them this summer. Im glad you guys are in town.

RGA tire is by far the most professional and reliable business out there. In the last 20 years I do business with them for service and and repairing all my cars trucks commercial vehicles and construction equipment. They are not the cheapest one but is the best value here your dollar.One-Stop-Shop for all your mechanical needs. And if you in a pinch they have a fleet of recovery vehicle ready to help you at your request. Highly recommended.

I have been going to RGA for over 25 years and have always been treated well. They have gone above and beyond for my family when we have had an accident or a serious repair. They always have squeezed me in for oil changes, tire changes or inspections. It is wonderful to see Jason and Shawn keeping the high standards set by their fathers and uncle. They stand behind their work, their prices are fair and they are good people.

I dont know about their repairs I only dealt with the impound part. But the receptionist was very nice and respectful, although I nearly cried About the price, they were nice and worked with me a little.My car came back as it was,What more can u ask for?

Not horrible people or anything, but would only go here for matters of convenience. Had a failed inspection and staff was very vague on how to go forward with fixing the issue. This could have been just bad communication between the mechanic and front desk staff, I dont know. Im sure the mechanics are knowledgeable there, but when I ran into issues passing the inspection, what was communicated to me was very vague and not helpful.Also had another issue that I knew for sure was only a bad hose, but I wanted to see what they would charge to fix since I didnt have a ton of time on my hands. They quoted $260. They have on their price board that they charge $95 an hour for general repair labor, so instead I made the time to get online, get the part I need for $13 and do about 45 minutes worth of work to get the part replaced. Not sure where they got $260 from, but that would basically be the part, plus 2.5 hours of work. They could have easily done this job for $108 and it would have been consistent with their pricing, but they were going to charge me way more than double that.Again, I didnt have any absolutely horrible experiences here, but with the general vibe I get about this place, I wouldnt want them to be my primary mechanics. I know others around who are more directly involved with the customers and more clearly communicate the issues and how to move forward. And theres certainly more out there that are consistent with pricing and wont just jack up prices for no reason.

On communication with clients and their insurance claims. Dont reach out with any information. Charge for storage without trying to let you know how long or how to get your car back

RGA cleaned up the scene and towed my car after an accident on the highway. I was hurt in the hospital for 5 days and they worked with me considering the situation, it could have been a lot more expensive. In addition to this I had an article of clothing that went missing in the accident that contained important personal belongings such as wallet with a significant amount of cash, credit cards, license, etc. I can’t recall his name but the owners son went way out of his way to track down this jacket and even more to retrieve it when it was as good as gone as it got discarded because of blood from the accident and not knowing the ownership of it. Any other place would have said sorry your out of luck. If your looking for professional exceptional friendly service that will go the extra mile and fair pricing, use RGA.

Great company. Always very honest and personable.

I asked the guy who came to tow my car away where he was taking it, he told me my inurance will let me know, i was like, its my car ans i need to know where it was going, then he handed me a card, so mean. Later, i realised i had left my meds in the car, the gentleman who answered the phone was said i couldnt pick up my meds till i had my insurance paperwork. I needed my inhaler promptly and i thought that was inhuman. I mentioned to him when i later got there to pick up my inhaler and he justified his poor behavior to people abandon their cars there, i told him i was not people, i am a responsible person who needed to access my property. Its like i was being held ransom for giving them bussiness. I also sensed a degree of racism in my interaction with them. Wish i had a choice to call a towing company of my choice, id never wanna deal with them ever again.

They just installed a flatbed on our ram 3500....super professional group.

I recently totaled my car and not only did I not know what I was going to do with the mangled mess but also how was i going to pay for it all so soon after Xmas. People are scum bags. I asked to look at the car to make sure it was mine. My car got taken and into a car accident while I was out of state for work. I come back and ask to.see a picture or be able to go there and not touch it, just look to see the damage and pictures to prepare legal work. They wanted $300 plus the title just to look at the car.

Nice people but the service is horrendous. Come to this garage if you want to pay top dollar and have to bring your vehicle back multiple times for the same issue! I refuse to ever go back here as well as my family and friends to give them any business again. Seem like they are getting to big to handle business.

They do everything they can to meet your needs and what they do is always thorough and complete.
