The mechanics at DTM are the best! They always explain everything to me and show me the issue when they can. The prices are good, and I always have confidence that if they say a repair is needed, theyre giving good advice.

These guys are absolutely awesome. I just bought my BMW which had some issue with its transmission and the dealer couldnt solve it. I took it to DTM and they fixed it for me without charging me a dime!!! They have also done a check on my car to make sure that everything works fine. Eric is one of the greatest guys there that Ive ever seen, so fair and honest. Im totally amused by their work and will definitely go back to them whenever my car needs something. Thank you guys for my great thanksgiving gift :)

Dan is great. Fixed my car, and it runs awesome. They are very knowledgeable on german motors. I will be taking my car here from now on.

Thank you Dan and DTM crew! Your customer service and generosity is top notch!Background story -- I took my e46 M3 for a spirited drive up Angeles Crest highway last Friday morning. As I was coming down the mountain, the dreaded traction control, EML, and amber brake light went on. Car immediately went into limp mode and I even lost brake pressure. Scared sh#$less, I called DTM to see if they could fit me in the same day. Sure enough, I hobbled my way over to the shop and dropped my car off. The guys at the shop were kind enough to call a Lyft driver to get me home.Fast forward to Monday morning and got a call from Dan. He performed a series of diagnostic tests and determined my throttle actuator is showing signs of failure. Since it was an expensive repair, I decided to hold off on the repairs for now and that I would just pay for the diagnostics.Thinking I would pay between $100 to $200 for his time, he charged me $0. Thats right....$0!! And they gave me a free Lyft ride home when I initially dropped the car off!Thank you guys again!! You definitely got a customer for life! Will be calling you for rod bearings, and maybe even cams in the future!

Took my Mini Cooper here because of a rattling sound. THey assured me it was the clutch: it needed to be replaced and doing so would fix the problem. Well over $2000.00 later they tell me its fixed. When I pick my car up the SAME HORRIBLE RATTLING SOUND is still there. In fact the car runs, sounds, performs exactly like it had when I brought it in. I was told essentially too bad - but they would gladly put in a new transmission for me for another $7000-$8000.I would NEVER, EVER, go back to this place.Took the car to Mini Monrovia and the service manager diagnosed problem in about 1 minute and fixed it properly. Wish Id taken to the dealer to begin with.
