Diagnosis of a bad vibration that I thought was front end related. They were very honest and let me know that I had a U-joint going bad. $20 to check out the front suspension and find the U-joint problem. Great shop !!!

I’ve been using axle and wheel co since I had my first car. They actually remember me when I go in and ask how I’m doing. This place has definitely gotten busier over the years but for good reason. They know their stuff. I wouldn’t trust any shop like I trust them. They will fix any issues you have with your car and let you know whats worn down and what to expect down the road. They don’t pressure you to get things fixed like other shops. If they tell you need it, it’s because you need it. That’s how much trust I have in them. I installed a lift kit myself on my F-150 and came for alignment, they spotted some mistakes I made during installment and professionally explained the problem and gave me the option to redo it myself, or they could fix it... which I had them do and they did for a ferry reasonable price!!! truck is perfect now... They got me in and out in a timely manner. They also explained that the alignment was successful but one of my tires was causing the steering to pull. Would definitely recommend.

Took in my Lowered 2016 f150 Crew cab and they left it PERFECT just like if it was Factory Height. Previously had another shop do it that was recommended by the shop that lowered it and drove very bad and steering wheel was off.Definitely recommend this place 👌🏽

Been using these guys for over 10yrs for my alignments. Everytime I put aftermarket wheels on my vehicle I always take it to them and they never disappoint. They have aligned wheels for me from 20in wheels to 26in to 22x12 with 33s they can do it all! Highly recommended!

I went to get an alignment for my 2013 Ford F-150. The alignment was done in a short period of time, for a reasonable price, and the truck drives nice and straight as it should. This is not my first visit to this business. I first came here at the suggestion of my dad about 38 years ago. I’ve visited a number of times through the years and have always received professional service. This is the only place I’ll go if I need an alignment.

Made an appointment to drop my truck off due to my work schedule. They were able to check my truck while I was waiting on my ride. Truck didn’t need to be aligned, truck was within Mfg specs, tires were bad causing “wheel hop” therefore the rough ride.This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to use them and recommend them.

I originally went in to get something as simple as an alignment, I received a call 10-15 minutes after they took a look at my car and I was told that I had so many issues that an alignment could not fixed. Mind you I had all of these issues “fixed” by another shop prior to coming in. I was extremely upset and discouraged about the finances but the team worked with me and I ended up getting my problems resolved. Everyone was extremely pleasant and seemed to truly care. Very pleased with the outcome I originally took my car to NTB for an alignment but unfortunately was disappointed - car pulled much worse than before & not to mention I had to upgrade something Everytime I went back(3) yeah I know I was just trying to abide but apparently never met standards. My tire guy recommended A&WA, they had me in & out with much better alignment.

In fact, the whole crew at Axle and Wheel talked knowledgeably on the phone and in person as I was waiting for my turn. I only needed an alignment and no other serious parts and labor. Brought my Pontiac G8 struts in to have new strut mounts put on. I originally thought something wasnt right and asked if I could bring it back. They checked it out again answering all my questions and made sure everything was correct.

Took my car 2014 dodge charger to get aligment done. When they finished with my car as soon as i get in and put it in reverse i hear alot of poping noises, well brought it back and apparently they forgot to tighten bolts in the suspension they didn’t want to admit it was their fault and told me just to keep driving the car like really i dont feel safe driving it because of the noises and you telling me is ok i did not have this problem when i came into your shop and now i do and your telling me to keep driving it.Well even after going there again for the second time i could still hear alot of poping noises and all they had to say was “we really dont know whats the problem” thats telling me these guys dont know what their doing and just loosing bolts on suspension i could of been involved in a wreck because of this or something else could of happened never again coming tothis place it sucks, poor and unskilled work .

I have used Axel and Wheel for years. My father started using them in the 50s. I had new struts, springs and shocks installed today. The staff is friendly and polite. As long as they are in business I will not take my vehicle to anyone else. They are the best.

This place told me 67 dollars with the taxes for the alignment, I went they checked out my car turned around and told me that it was going to be 221 dollars for the alignment since they had a lot of parts to adjust so I asked for a regular alignment to find out that they were only aligning the front wheels nothing else, came out to 60.22 that if I wanted all the wheels aligned it would be 80 something dollars, so theyre prices kept changing and at the end they didnt even align my steering wheel right its still a little slanted and I know for a fact that the steering wheel is supposed to be centered when you align the front wheels. Called NTB and they said theyd charge me 110 dollars and they will align all adjustable parts on all 4 wheels as long as they are not bent or broken, on top of that I had 6 months to take the car back to get alignments whenever I needed them for the next 6 months. So axle & wheel literally just took my money and didnt help with the issue at hand. Plus I waited a pretty long time all tho there was a bunch of employees just sitting around/ smoking/ talking/ playing with a RC jeep toy. They had more then enough workers to get the cars in and out of the place in a timely manner. These people are not worried about your vehicle they only care about the money, DO NOT GO HERE, GO TO NTB they will definitely take care of you and not over charge you.

Even though their insurance wouldn’t cover the type of work I needed done, they helped out with recommendations for who might be able to!

White guy in the front was rude and acted like he had a problem with questions being asked. Tried to get an understanding of why my car was still pulling to the right after getting an alignment there and he was just getting mad that I was asking questions. After they re aligned it, it was fine. -.-

Went in there for an alignment, walked out with a estimate of $1,500 to replace certain parts that NEEDED to be replaced. Went to 3 different mechanics afterwards and told me nothing was wrong besides the alignment. Also talked to a former employee and he said they do unnecessary charges to make their money.

I have been going here for 20 plus years. They have always been reasonably priced and very honest. They have always provided excellent service. I have never had to go back because something wasnt done correctly the first time. I highly recommend them. Go see them you wont regret it.

I went for a noise it was making when I turn the wheel. It had a bad wheel bearing and they fixed that and did an alignment as well. Charged me $350 just for labor total was $746 for everything which is expensive but I needed the truck for work. If I didn’t need my truck back right away I would have gone somewhere else.

I’ve been taking my cars their for 50 years.Ive taken everything their from a Volkswagen to a Excalibur.I have always been treated fairly.They are so good that they are super busy.They do not stick it to you.You will know your cost before they make a repair.They stand behind their work. I just took my 1956 ford their quoted me $195 the bill was $90.

I went in thinking I needed an alignment and after inspecting everything they only charged me $20. I needed a tire rotation. The alignment was fine. They were recommended by the guys who do my inspection. I got the rotation at Walmart because it was free to me because I bought the tires there. I will definitely go back to Axle and Wheel
