I went to check if they can fix my air conditioner of ny car a Ford fusion . Awesome!!!! Workers Edgar & his partner fixed it super fast...I will come to them if I have any other problems. Planning to take my Yukon soon.
Went there for some rush rear axle repair and oil change, the shop get it done on time even at saturdayHowever when I am driving back with from shop, I notice large smoke coming from engine bay, put it on side of road. Pop the lid, what I found the shop forget put back my oil cap, the smoke is from engine oil drip to exhaust, Cant imagine a mechanic forget to put it back, this is one of basic thinhg, I think I will need to recheck every thing they did, and they forget give back my wheel lock too....
5 stars doesnt cover it! They are prompt, work is done quickly and correctly. And in my case, as a third party was covering my repairs, they ended up taking care of things twice, when the third party didnt pay them and when I said do I need to pay, the response was, dont worry about it! I would highly recommend them to any one, saying that they can be trusted and the repairs will be done correctly and on time! Big thumbs up!
A good local spot in the city, I came in and was immediately treated with care. Moe assisted me on the oil change and let me know I needed a new air filter which was filthy. I would recommend this place to others
Pick up and drop off service. Fixes whats needed. Advises of status and tells me when I DONT need to fix something. Also good value. Mechanics are also friendly.
I have been here twice--once for a Groupon alignment deal, and once for a rotor resurfacing+brake pad replacement--and had a good and straightforward experience both times. I like that they seem to work continuously to get the job done in a timely manner.The setup is simple, spacious, and efficient for an easy in-and-out experience. And there is also a comfortable waiting room with a TV and magazines if you dont feel like walking around the area.It seems like they have the prices for most, but not all, of their services posted in-store, so I would call in to check prices before coming in-person, as you would with most auto-servicing centers.Overall, very reasonable prices and wait times for the services I had done, and I would recommend this place to others.
Went for change oil and filter, and they showed me that my cabin filter was dirty so I went ahead and have them change it for $18. I know this seems high but when I’ve gotten it before at Auto Zone it was around this price and I did not have to do it. My biggest compliment is when I pulled out they noticed that my brake lights was not working so they called me to let me know of what was going on. I went back, they changed it and they even stayed open past their closing time. Kudos for great customer service and attention to detail. I’m not from Pasadena, so I’m not a repeat customer, but I will definitely tell my son to bring his car there if he has any issues with his vehicle.

The coupons on the website are wrong. They misdiagnosed my car. Said the starter was broken when it only needed power steering fluid.
My date of service was long before now, but I wanted to make sure my review was known! The guys at Autocare really take CARE of you. When I heard squeaking while braking, I was recommended to go to AutoCare to get it checked out. The owner/manager was quick to ID the problem, and even told me he could get the car done that DAY. I was floored! We were leaving on a trip the next day, so this was important to get done ASAP and he was true to his word. Our new brakes and rotors were installed in just a few hours. Additionally, I was dropped off at home, AND picked up after that time, so that I could do other things during my day. Im so grateful to the guys at AutoCare!

I recommend autocare to anybody looking for a honest and reliable mechanic,i was introduced to moe by a co worker to do service on my 2012 Bmw, and i saved the headache of going to the bmw dealer and wasting a whole day of work, he communicated with me atleast 4 times during the service as for i had been asked to replace things that werent needed (suggestion of bmw dealer) he only charged me for what the car needed and when i got my car back it drove like the first day i bough it.thanks Autocare!!
I had to wait for an hour before being seen, even with an appointment. On top of that they couldnt even call me about the delay before I left home

Got a good Groupon deal and decided to take time off work. When I arrived, the mechanic barely greeted me or explained the procedure. As expected, the fix took an hour but there werent any accessible womens bathrooms and he didnt bother pointing out any alternatives. There was green algae growing in the water of the coffee pot. I pointed out that it needed refilling. He took it to the back room, annoyed, and came back with a filled tank with the algae STILL IN IT! I didnt drink the coffee.Afterwards when I picked up my car, I noticed that he didnt bother placing a disposable mat for his feet or wipe the grease from his hands. He dirtied the interior without any apology. I had to ask for an explanation of the documents he provided during check-out as he was reticent and antisocial throughout the entire process.
This guy is SHADY. The typical mechanic who will try to sell you on a whole bunch of fixes you don’t need. Looks like I’m not the only one this happened to. If you don’t know much about cars, DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY. If you do know about cars, you are laughing with me and you already know this guy is shady.***Story***He has a groupon for an alignment, so I called to schedule an appointment before buying. He says not to buy the groupon and to just come in to get an even better deal.I go in, he says he can’t align me because one of the rims was the wrong size, and can’t use the new spare instead. He has to call everyone to find a new rim. He also offers to sell me 2 new tires, which were at a normal price of $69. This is a new car to me, and I went against my gut because the price of tires was in line with previous tires I had bought.So I agree to the fix, but felt in my gut something was wrong so I investigated. I got a 2nd and 3rd opinion at another mechanic and a tire shop. I even got in touch with the person who sold me the car and got an invoice for tires bought for the car 6 months ago, and confirmed they were the right size.I then learned that all tires, of course, have markings to indicate all important seizes, including the rim. So I showed him all of this and asked him why he did what he did to try to get a refund, just for the rim. He says his machine’s sensor said the rim was the wrong size and thats that.Go to someone who at least exists on the BBB website.
This is the first time ever that I am writing a review but unfortunately I was very disappointed that I had to share it.I paid a steep price for an oil leak repair. They gave me verbal guarantees that for this price leak will be fixed completely for at least couple years. Only few weeks after work was done, I noticed leaks again. Went to shop and after less than hour they told me “somebody did not tighten up filter (?) so they fixed and everything should be fine”. However, again few weeks later I noticed leaks are getting bigger and bigger. It took me almost month to get appointment, in parts due to my schedule. Anyway, once I came I was told that now I have a new problem that to be fixed will cost about same price as I paid first time, approximately only two months ago. So, I would say they are either under-qualified or dishonest, but regardless, I wild advice not to go to this shop.
Unlike many repair shops, they will not add on services that are not really necessary. They sometimes get busy with their regular customers, so its best to make an appointment.
Bait and switch. They wont honor the quote they give on the phone and the explanation is that its an upscale car.
The guy didnt even know how many quarts to put in the truck he put 5 my truck takes 6

Guy answering phones is awful, hung up on me.
