I’ve taken my car twice to get an oil change, and so far so good! The service isn’t over the top wonderful or anything but I’ve never had an issue with it. Service can be slow sometimes but I just walk to the mall or grab a bite at Jack in the Box.

5 reviews10 minutes agoOn 2/8/2020 I took my car to the sears auto center in Pasadena TX for 4 brand new tires, alignment, and brakes. After the services were complete the Mechanic approached me to inform me of a “accident” with my truck. The mechanic allegedly was backing out my truck and ran into the garage damaging my driver side (left) side of my truck. The damages were severe enough that my drivers door would not close and I was unable to drive home in my vehicle. Me and my 3 young kids had to hike a ride 40 minutes away from my home. One of the managers called Sedgwick and gave me a claim number and explained that someone would be in contact with me. Today is 2/13/2020. I have not heard from anyone representing this claim and I am still unable to access my vehicle. I have called, left messages and have not heard back from anyone. Please can someone help me.

I have gone into this location twice now to get an alignment. they most definitely put my life at risk and never could get the vehicle aligned.the first time they did not let me know that the ball joint was hanging out of the control arm and released me on my way. this was right after I asked them if they check all the tie rods and control arms because of an incident I was in. the ball joint flipped out I almost lost control at 60 miles an hour.the second time I went was right after fixing the ball joint with another mechanic. I went to have sears try to align it now that the ball joint was fixed. I parked in the corner of the parking lot away from all other vehicles went in and sign the paperwork. the technician drove the car into the bay proceeded to give the alignment. when he was done he pull the car out, I was standing outside. I noticed my bumper was not right. I walk inside but the sales manager was not there. I walk back outside to the car and look at it. the car bumper was halfway ripped off I walked in the technician was standing there watching something on the computer when I told him why hasnt he said anything about my car? he told me, I pulled over the curb and when he backed out he heard it pull against something then he told me that he didnt do it, I told him why didnt he tell me then before going to the alignment and he said I was the one that caused it trying to put the blame on me. the funny part about that whole conversation was I have video of my vehicle before going into Sears and there was nothing wrong with that part of the bumper.(now I have a insurance claim with Sears and have a hassle dealing with, thank you!) manager proceeded to take pictures of the vehicles I showed him where the curb was he was talking about and there was no signs of disturbance on the dirt around the curb, on the curb, or in front of the curb. this technician is the same one that worked on it previously that didnt inspect the ball joint but said he did.I pulled out there parking lot after all that and noticed my car pulled harder to the right then it did prior to showing up there and now when going real slow the steering wheel bounces from right to left.I had a very very horrible experience with this store no matter what they offer I dont believe I will ever come back

I was very disappointed by the service and help that I did not get, guess thats why there going out of business. They do not deserve the star more like an almost a point of it. I was there to purchase battery and instead was turned away by the individual at the cashier due to he could not lend me no tools to remove it, had to take my business elswere.

After my recent experience, I completely understand why Sears Holdings Corporation is rapidly closing their stores. I also see why sales have declined and customers are shopping and taking their business elsewhere. As a stockholder in Sears Holdings Corporation, I still give them my business. On Tuesday, I called the Pasadena Sear Auto Center and spoke to a man who was so rude! He spoke over me and spoke condescendingly not to but at me! I ask a simple question and he answered me extremely rudely. I ask to speak with a manager. He stated that he was the manager! Then he gave an excuse for his rudeness, by saying that he was too busy. Too busy to earn my business and too busy to answer two simple questions!I made this call from the Bluetooth speaker in my car, so my husband heard the exchange as well. Customer service is everything in the world of retail. The products are important but the experience customers have while shopping is extremely important as well.Because and only because we are stockholders, we decided to call the Sears Auto Center in Texas City. I spoke with a knowledgeable professional who earned my business, and left us satisfied with a great experience. As we waited for my oil to be changed, we shopped, found a sale on appliances, and made a few unplanned purchases as gifts for my in laws!Take your business to the Sears Auto Center in Texas City if you want to have a great experience. It is very unfortunate that customers can have a negative experience at the Pasadena store and cause the reputation of Sears stores nationwide to lose business, but customers deserve customer service from employees (especially managers) who are not rude, too busy to earn their business, and too busy to behave as decent human beings.

Long story short. Had a 10am appt for a 1 year full alignment special. Total cost originally was $119. With a $20 off coupon. When i show up, i feel something is fishy because the place was vacant, i couldnt even find the place to begin with. Anyhow, i walk in get checked in. Not even 5min of waiting they come back and tell me i need a ball joint just to get an alignment. Im like, wth. For the whole thing they were charging me close to $400. I knew something was fishy because i have had my car for a while now and i have never been told that. Not to mention i get my car inspected on a regular for EVERYTHING! This place was trying to rip me off, because 1 of 2 things. Either because im a female and they thought i didnt know about cars, or 2 because i told them i had the coupon and they werent really going to make $$ off of it. So i left. I go to my mechanic at EXPRESS LUBE AND INSPECTION in baytown (multiple locations btw) and they checked it to make sure. Come to find out i didnt need a damn thing. I got my alignment done without an issue, and also i needed freon so i went ahead and took care of that as well. I am giving this place SEARS AUTO CENTER 909 PASADENA BLVD, PASADENA TX 77506 A BAD RATING FOR NOT BEING PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST. If you want or need work done on your car take it from me GO TO ANY OF THE EXPRESS LUBES AND INSPECTION LOCATIONS. I have been going to them for years. I just happened to go to sears bc i was referred but im glad i left when i did.

Horrible customer service. Told 2 hours till I’m done, so I waited. 2 hours gone by and my car hasn’t even been pulled in. Should of never bought tires here. Sears is going out business and I see why. They went out of business in Texas city. Now I’m obligated to come here. What a big mistake. This will be my last dealings with Sears., which will be bankrupt soon anyway and these reviews won’t matter
